1.) Gamercards: Go to http://www.mygamercard.net/ and fill out the form. It'll provide you with code you can use on websites, forums and so forth to display a dynamic Gamercard. It's very similar to the ones utilized on Xbox.com


2.) 360 Voice: This is as simple as going to http://www.360voice.com and registering your Gamertag. It creates a blog that is posted to through information provided by your 360's activity online. The posts have personality to them, so it's fun to read from time to time. It's more of a novelty than anything, but I find it fun.

There used to be a lot more Guild Wars players around here back when Prophecies was new and the Quantum Kabuki Troupe was thriving. (Man I miss those days, it was such a fun guild.) Barely anyone from OB plays anymore though. The only people I see around are Alex (aka Papa Smurf, aka Brasil), Boo, and occasionally James and Chaos. Even I've been playing less lately, though I've no doubt I'll be hooked again when Eye of the North is released, if not sooner.

Unfortunately, no. If you had signed into your "James" profile, you could have made that into an Xbox Live account instead (you would probably have had to change the name, though), but I guess it's a bit too late for that now.

Anyway, I have a new gamertag. I've actually had it for a while now, but I had forgotten to post it here. My other account was suspended because the Visa giftcard I used to create it ran out of money, so I probably won't use it anymore.

Cool. I have that one month free Gold thing (I doubt that'll apply again will it?) but I haven't paid for Gold yet. So I'm probably better off doing it this way before I start paying for a subscription.

Also - this question may be obvious - when you choose a name are you tied to it? Or is it like MSN when you are tied to an email address and you can change your name whenever? I figure it's probably the former but I thought I'd ask if there was anyway to change names on an existing account (but keep the email the same).

You can change your name for 800pts, I think. I know you can do it, I'm just not sure about the amount.
