Kotetsu calling Barnaby "Bunny-chan" the way he did was enough to snap him out of the mind control. So yes, in a nutshell, Friendship is Magic.

=p More than a bit camp, but considering how things got ramped up to srs biz by the time the episode ended, I think we can forgive them that one.

I'd lean towards similar deal that resulted in his

implanted memories falling apart in the first place, some detail in regards to that nickname wasn't gotten right, like how the tattoo didn't exist.

Would have been more believable if they'd bothered to show why like they did the first time.

Oh and right, I watched this show. I blame Kei since I've been curious why she's had a banner set over here at OB. :p

Anyway, aside from the near lack of development of other characters my biggest complaint would be how Lunatic ended up

he practically begs for more quality screen time. After Kotetsu he was my favorite and I was disappointed to see so very little of the guy.

Now it just needs more. They left it nice and open for a second season so hopefully they'll actually do one.

. I was like "Oh hey sup haven't seen you in awhile".

In any case, best keep our eyes peeled for this Hero ceremony going on in Japan...I think it was this month or next. Season 2 has to be announced then. Just has to be.

In the meantime, I will wait for an announcement of a license with growing impatience.

I try to recommend this show all the time but because it is subbed instead of dubbed they blow me off.

It sounds like movies aren't all they plan to do, though, so there is hope yet, but...

I am sure it will depend on the success of the movies, and maybe how well it does when they bring the series here.
I am just glad they are giving us more.
