1. Just finished Gurren Lagann. BEYOND EPIC. Now watching Mushi-shi. :)
  2. Bad day. Trying to make it better with anime and video games.

  3. I finished Gurren Lagann. My favorite anime ever. If epic were ever defined, it would have to have been in that show. AMAZING.

    1. Pleiades Rising

      Pleiades Rising

The 2 films are boss, as well.

Day 1 of Sakuracon has been a great success and we are having a freaking BLAST. Also I got to meet Ace and hang out with Missy and her sister so you know, that's pretty kewl.
I was not able to go. D": I wanted to go sooo bad, but my budget wouldn't allow it. But my friend got me some t-shirts, atleast. :D

    Nintendo 3DS

I have a 3DS and I have to say Im very impressed. I love everything about it. The battery life really isn't that bad either. It's been about the same as my PSP. I never have my brightness all the way up. The highest brightness setting is completely unnecessary unless you're in mid-summer-sunlight. I usually leave it on 2 or 3. People complain about the launch titles, but personally, I love Lego Star Wars and Samurai Warriors. I'm a huge Koei fan, so a Koei launch title was a huge plus for me. Btw, Megaman legends 3 has just been confirmed as a launch title for the Virtual Console. Sure, there aren't a lot of games coming out in the NEAR future, but I figured I'd end up buying it when OoT came out anyway. Why wait? And it was a nice change that Nintendo actually manufactured enough consoles to avoid a shortage. And also, if you have read up on the 3DS graphical capabilities, then you know that it is slightly more capable than the Wii. Yes, it could run Metroid: Other M and Moster Hunter Tri. The 3DS has a very bright future, and I'm very much looking forward to the inevitably awesome library of games that come out for it.
  6. Gurren Lagann and 3DS....all day.

  7. 1. DNAngel 1-5: The first manga I ever read. Unfortunately, I never got into it more after I finished all of these, until I was about 16. I was in 8th grade. 2. Love Hina 1, 2 & 3: The best Harem of all time. Ended up watching the anime so I never finished the manga 3. Fruits Basket Vol. 1: Bought this and liked it, but I didnt have the money to buy more and eventually forgot about it. I plan to buy the anime. 4. Gintama 1-10: Best gag-manga ever. Love this series. It's a shame they're doing away with it after Vol. 23 (in the states). I plan to buy the rest eventually. 5. Soul Eater 1-5: Love the characters and action sequences. Very stylized art. Love it. 6. Bakuman 1-4: My favorite Manga ever. I am buying them as they come out. 7. Death Note 1-12: Love everything about it. An absolute masterpiece. I've seen the anime and movies & read the manga. Can't wait for the US live action. Yeah, it's taken me a while to get into Manga for real. Mostly, I used to be only an anime fan, but I've been switching my focus over to manga a lot more lately. I should have my collection up to about 150-200 volumes by the end of the year. :) I need to get Gurren Lagann, 20th Century Boys, ToRaDoRa, Durarara, Great Teacher Onizuka, Monster, Beserk and a lot more.
  8. I think you are all forgetting Mello from Deathnote....
  9. Well, let's see. When I first started watching anime/reading manga, I merely went off of suggestions and reviews that were posted online. I was also a lot more picky than I am now. I think I've learned from over the years (mainly from the gaming industry) to not rely on others thoughts or opinions on picking a show or book to read. Now when I go to the store, I usually buy just about anything that I think I could like based on story, animation screenshots on the box, studio and director/writer. I still go off of suggestions from friends some times, but now the only time I read reviews is after I finish a show/comic/game. It's much more enjoyable without bias. :)
  10.
Its okay JeJe... we will just clone more.
That costs wayyyy too much! Why not just buy a printing press?

Headbutting a wall seems to be a good alternative for the victim on a budget.
  12. Reading Death Note. I'm on volume 8. :))
