[/font] [/quote] They have in the manga, but when it came to the dubbing of Soul Eater, the Japanese language had a unisexual word for he/she, his/her, etc that English doesn't. So the dub people did the generally-accepted thing of making unisexual words masculine, thus addressing Crona as a boy, though it still isn't totally determined.

In Death Note, I, like many other fans, mistook Mello for a girl.....until I heard him talk. I watched the anime before starting the manga, so I didn't spend the whole time thinking it or anything, but yeah it was a surprise hearing a guy's voice at first. I hate Rosario + Vampire for the obvious fan-service related reasons.....though it could partially be that when I looked it up on My Anime List I didn't notice the ecchi tag, so I went in unaware.

for a school assignment: [i]For Whom the Bell Tolls[/i] for myself: the series [i]The Morganville Vampires[/i] by the time I finish that, [i]The Slayer Chronicles: Second Chance[/i] should be out for release, as well as the graphic novel adaptation of [i]The chronicles of Vladimir Tod: Eighth Grade Bites[/i] All of these are ones I haven't begun yet, though for the last two I read the first book at least. - The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod - The Slayer Chronicles - Legacy of Tril all of them are very good books by a lady named Heather Brewer. Big fan. Good teen novels. Lots of action, and does vampires how they are supposed to be. Good humor too. Legacy of Tril is the really different one, mainly for katana sword-fights with deadly monsters, but it's a cool fantasy. I'd recommend all of them.

Hey there! I'm MoonSpider96. (should be 95, but there was a typo XD) I'm a girl who likes anime/manga as well as american comics and a few video games. I'm a proud Risembool Ranger and a Minion to Auntie Heather (another fandom thing, great vampire books). I'm going into my senior year of high school, then onto college where I will major in Creative Writing. Mainly looking at Hollins University. I plan to either write novels or work for a company like Marvel on a series. I really liked Otaku's quizzes, and I mean I have a whole line of the result banners on my Deviant Art profile page......eventually I caved and joined since I liked it so much, lolz.
