Gaming What Does It Mean By R3?????

What does it mean on gta3 when it says press R3 to toggle missions off or on what is the r3 button?????

When you get into a Taxi, Police Car, Fire Truck, etc. you have the option to do exclusive missions for that vehicle. In the taxi, you can pick up people and drop them off in a set time limit for fares (like Crazy Taxi). Of course, the other vehicles allow you to do things that pertain to their theme (extinguishing fires in the city in the fire trucks).

Pressing R3, or pressing in on the right analog stick, allows you to start these missions. If you don't press R3, you will continue on with the normal game, driving the vehicles like you would any other vehicle. Anyway, I'm sure that the instruction manual explains this.
