Well I was using internet explorer at the time. On the comp thats messed up I can still access Internet explorer and use it but it's super slow. I can access other programs too. But all my music, video, and document files are gone. The only thing thats left is my programs and folders. And nothing still shows up on the desktop but the background the toolbar is still gone too.
