Vash's girl Posted September 21, 2003 Posted September 21, 2003 I have no idea if there is a thread for this, if there is, don't hate me! I looked and didn't see anything. OK, i just wanted to know how do you become a junior member? Is it the length of time you've been a member or the number of posts? I'm just confused about the whole process. Oh yeah, i feel silly for asking this, but, what's an "otaku"?
