I would try to have four of all the basics, three of the second stage, and three of the third stage to better the chances of the Pokémon you want to use surviving, but whatever works for you. In regards to your question, Cloud, it would be good and bad because of that rule that says that if a Pokémon that isn't a Dark-type has to take 10 damage after either your turn or every turn if it has a Dark energy attached to it might mess up your stragedy, depending on what it is. :ball:
