Request JtHM Banner and Avatar

[Eclectic]

Could someone please make me a banner on Squee and Shmee or Johnny of JtHM? It can be in color, but I'd prefer black and white. Everything else is completely up to you. My username doesn't have to be one the banner and if it is, please make it small. I'd prefer the names of the characters anyways. Thanks in advance.
