Katana Posted July 6, 2004 Posted July 6, 2004 This isn't applying to me, but to my friend. (EowynElf) She's trying to log on to the OB, but can't remember her password. She tells me that when she clicks on the button to e-mail the password to her, she never gets an e-mail. -Her e-mail account hasn't changed since she joined -OtakuBoards isn't on her Spam list -She uses AOL (would that have something to do with it?) Thanks a lot if you can help!
Patronus Posted July 6, 2004 Posted July 6, 2004 The email might be going to her junk box, even if it's not listed as spam. Does mine all the time, but I use Hotmail, so it might be different.
