You should also feel free to private message staff members if you have questions about our policies. Please be aware that we have pretty strict standards when it comes to post quality--you don't have to write a novel, but it's important that you seem as though you're trying to be coherent and clear. Preferably, this involves using decent grammer, punctuation, etc. We generally don't allow introduction topics, which is why I've locked this thread. It's not that we don't want to seem open or friendly, but we'd rather get to know new members through their posts. So if you think you have a feel for OB, you can go ahead and start participating in whichever discussions interest you most. If there's anything you really want people to know about you, your signature & profile are good places to include relevant personal information.
