I'm hoping this is the place to post to find my friend some help for her otaku account. She can't access her account and doesn't want to make another email just to make a new account. Okay My friends otaku name yamisgirl. She has tried every password she knows and her email and hasn't been able to log in. The password retrival system everytime she tries it, it says that it doen't recognize it. She asked me to do it fearing it was just her comp. It told me the same thing the system doesn't recognize that email. [email][email protected][/email]. I tried useing the password retival system. Though it knew my email its been an hour and I still haven't gotten an email from it. yamisgirl did say that she used the contact us method and the last one she sent was friday and she still hasn't heard back from anyone.
