Ok I'll just explain a bit more about the RPG Any of the people in the RPG which aren't actually saiyin's or are hiding on the planet have to report to me so I can give them permission to stay on the planet. and ofcourse this wouldn't be a DB RPG without dragonballs!! The planet has it's own set of Dragonballs because when Goku and Vegeta left they brought Dende with them.
