Flash

Flash: Heh, I always have a back-up plan... [i]Flash switches his Jet Adaptor into 'Maitenance mode', the two boosters retracting back into his suit... From his boots, 8 wheels appear, 4 on each, like a pair of inline skates... Flash jumped up high, and over Warlock, landing on a Highway...[/i] Warlock: Highway? This is a weird arena indeed... [I]Warlock uses his Speed-Boost to dash after Flash, who is speeding along down the Highway with his Skates, his Jet Boosters still repairing... He senses Warlock behind him, and spins around... He is still moving in the same direction, and not losing any speed... His Twin busters begin to churn out a barrage of small energy blasts, reminiscint of Neon Tiger's Ray splasher... Warlock tries to avoid the attacks, and manages to block a few with his sabre, but the speed and number of bolts is too great, and Warlock begins to take damage, and loose speed, While Flash continues to speed along the highway... He jumps up, does a swift spin, and lands perfectly, now facing fowards... He moves his feet faster, and really begins to speed up...[/I]

Flash: You want speed? Heh heh... You ain't seen nothing. [I]Flash jumps into the air, firing the Gravity hold... Warlock clenches his teeth, and holds onto some railing, as gravity reverses, and everything begins to get pulled towards the clouds... He looks up--or rather--down to the sky, seeing no sign of Flash... The gravity increases, and the wind pushing against him becomes more intense, until finally, he loses his grip, and falls.. He sees the clouds below him, and wonders what awaits him under them... He falls through them, and sees a huge yellow wasteland... He attempts to self-right himself, but hits the ground before he has a chance... He looks around, and sees sand, dusk sky, a few palm trees, and somewhere in the distance, some pyramid type structures... Then something in the air catches his eye... He zooms in on it, but it's already gone... He then realises he is being circled... The thing circling him stops... It's Flash, in his Jet Adaptor armour... Build for one thing, speed..[/I] Flash: Catch me if you can... [I]The boosters on Flash's suit light up a bright blue, and massive heat waves begin to shoot from them... Many pyraminds and egyptian structures rise up from the sandy dunes of the desert... Flash turns, and jumps, clearing a Pyramid in a single bound... He jumps from structure to structure with incredible speed and agility, his boosters kicking up alot of sand, literally leaving Warlock in his dust...[/I]

Flash: D[u]a[/u]mn you! [I]Flash aims his Buster, loaded with the Time Stopper, inches away from Warlock's torso... He clicks it into action, and huge bright light erupts from it... Flash opens his eyes, and everything around him is distorted... The distance swirls with a strange purple hue, and a mist of somesort seeps up from below... The sky is black, a void of everything... But a massive whirlpool in the center of the sky is the only thing there, a massive storm of lightning going on inside it... Flash doesn't know what it is, and he doesn't want to...[/I] Flash: Never seen that before... [I]For the moment, time is stopped, everything except for Flash.. This is the power of the Flash Stopper, Flash man's weapon... Flash checks his buster, and sees that the charge meter is dropping... He needs to get ready.. He runs behind Warlock, and readies his other buster, charging it to halfway... Then, as his Flash Stopper runs out, he fires the buster shot at Warlock's back...[/I]

Flash: Skyrise? Looks like we're in the City now... But where is Warlock... [I]Flash jumps through the window, and begins to plummet towards the ground... But as he falls, he activates the boosters in his feet, which slow him down, and eventually bring him to a complete stop... Hovering in the air, with no ground in sight, Flash activates the Dash Engines, which boost him up the height of the Skyrise, until he finally reaches the top, and steps onto it... He looks around, but his sensors can't pick up Warlock anywhere... [/I] Flash: WARLOCK! WHERE ARE YOU!! [I]Flash charges up his hand, without forming it into a Buster... After half a minute, he slams his fist into the ground, sending out a massive invisible shockwave, that breaks the glass on every floor of the high rise, one floor after another... The pulse hits the ground, and sends out a wave that shakes the ground around the city setting... A few cars and the like tumble over, and then the pulse fades out... Flash looks around, still waiting for Warlock to emerge..[/I]

Flash: One shot... [I]Flash turns on his Pulse Shield, and holds the shield up to the blast... The shot is absorbed into it, and the shield then transforms, revealing the Buster cannons, each glowing a Light green... Flash fires them, the two beams combining, forming a massive concentrated beam, which ploughs through the air, making as huge boom as it breaks the sound barrier...[/I]

[b]Name:[/b] 'Flash' [b]Age:[/b] 154 [b]Height:[/b] 5'10" [b]Weapons:[/b] F(lash)-Buster, 'Terra Fatalis' Beam Sabre, G-Shield 'Savior'. [b]History:[/b] Flash was the Ultimate Proto-type robot. He was first 'designed' by Doctor Wily prior to the events of Mega Man 2. Flash was based very closely off of Mega man, being equipped with the same Armour, Weapons, everything. Wily, fustrated by the difficulty of upgrading such a robot to beyond the powers of Mega man (who will now be refered to as 'Rock'), gave up on Flash who was Code-named 'Giga man' for the time being. After the defeat of his 8 new robot masters (MM2) Wily became Lights Assistant again, fooling both Light and Rock into believing that 8 robots had turned evil, and needed the power devices that they had stolen to power the new 'Peace Keeping' Robot, Gamma... (Mega man 2..) Anyway, while he was in Light's lab, He found plans for new robots, and the old plans for Protoman (who will be refered to as 'Blues'). After MM2, Wily used these plans to upgrade his 'Giga man' plans. He activated Giga man prior to MM3, and he was only equipped with his 'Giga-Buster', which was effectively a Mark VI Proto-Buster (Blues' Buster). Giga man asked about his purpose, and Wily told him it was to destroy Rock.. But, because of the Mega man Programming Wily used for him, he disliked the idea of killing anyone... Wily was most displeased, telling him he was 'a failure, a stupid failure'. Giga man felt angered and rejected by this, but stayed loyal to Wily, as he was his creator.. Giga man Helped Wily alot around the lab, constantly helping him make improvements to his Robot masters. It was Giga man that helped Wily create the likes of Doc Robot and Dark man. Then, around the events of MM4, when Bass was being designed, Giga man had trained himself for combat, and even designed himself a Shield, similar to the Proto-Shield. His Buster was also upgraded to a Mark I F-Buster (Bass' 'prototype' buster), which he later upgraded to feature a Variable weapons grid like Megaman's, only his had alot more data storage, which allowed him to store weapons permanently... But Wily was not impressed. He was more worried about creating Bass... Giga man was angered, but he continued to help Wily... However, Wily refused to listen to Giga man's suggestions, and thus, Bass was built inferior to Rock. Wily was even more Infuriated when Bass turned on Wily, and became Rock's Happy-go-evil Ally. Wily began work on another robot.. This one beyond the power of any built before it... Giga man studied this robot, and even got a chance to test one of it's new weapons, a Beam sabre. For 3 years Wily worked on this Robot, and with each day he rejected Giga man more and more. Eventually, Giga man became fed up with this, and left. Over the next 4 years, He developed his fighting skills and upgraded his own systems, Weapons and all. After a long time alone, he found a large lab, belonging to none other than Dr. Light. At first he was met by 3 Busters, belonging to Bass, Rock and Blues.. But after a long disscussion, he was accepted, and his name was changed to Flash, because of his impressive speed. He became good friends with Protoman, as he felt they were two of the same... During this time he also fell in love (Robot love.. o_O) with Roll (Wouldn't you know it...). Anyway, he learnt alot from the Light bots, and became a much better fighter training with them. He also informed Light of the new Wily-bot, which he knew Wily had termed a 'Reploid'. Light was thankful for this information, and in turn helped Megaman design his own Support System for his Shield. (They based the Adaptors off of Rock's Rush adaptor, Bass' Treble adaptor, various robot masters, and alot of Light and Flash's own design..) Thus, Light began construction of X. A few years later, Flash left, much to the disapointment of Roll. He had a bad feeling about something.. He set up a base in an old station of one of the old Robot masters, and began upgrading himself once more... After a few years, he felt it... Something terrible was about to happen... He fat once travelled to Dr. Light's workshop, and told them of the message... Dr Light was forced to finish work on X early (which explains the capsules in the MMX series... He would have been built with them). He then rushed to Dr. Wily's lab, though he disliked the doctor, he felt it his duty to warn him of what he felt. Dr. Wily was angered by Flash's statement, and then questioned where he god his upgrades from. When he informed Dr. Wily of the Light bots, Wily called him a traitor, and attacked him with a large battle suit. Flash fled the scene, not wanting to hurt Wily.. Flash walked for a very long time, until he came to a place of tranquility, an ancient ruin, most likely of greek origin. He sat atop the high ruins, and watched the sun set for what could very well be the final time. Suddenly, Roll appeared next to him, obviously teleporting in from somewhere... Flash was happy to see her, yet he knew this may be their last time together... As they spent a romantic time watching the sunset, as the twilight was dwindling, something happened.. A huge explosion erupted from the horizon, and a firestorm sped towards them.. They fled inside the catacombs of the ruins, hoping to find shelter... They did.. When they emerged from the rubble, the entire valley was scorched, everything on fire and such. The events had destroyed most of the world... They tried to teleport back to Light's lab, but couldn't, seeing as the lab was destroyed, and the teleporters along with it. They were both saddened by this, but went on, over the horizon. They travelled together for many years, until one day, a mysterious robot confronted them... Roll suggested they approach him, and try to learn what was going on, but Flash knew it was none-other than Wily's creation, who could have very well caused the Cataclysm. Flash took out his own Sabre, and launched into Battle with the robot, who quickly responded with attacks of his own. The robot was outmatched by Flash, and left... But as he left, he attacked Roll with his Sabre, damaging her critically... Flash ran to Roll's aid, but she was already beyond repair, and shutdown in his arms. Flash greived her Death for many years, and swore revenge against the Mysterious Red Maverick... Flash foward to present day, Flash now operates in the Reploid hunters, but secretly awaits his chance to destroy Zero... [b]Persona:[/b] Flash is strong in battle, and still holds a grudge against Zero. Out of battle, Flash is a helpful yet stern member of the Hunters...

[I]Flash and Warlock appear back in the middle of the forest, which is now on fire... As the inferno scorches in the trees around them, the two face each other, each charging their busters... Flash makes the first move, firing a charged Buster shot straight at Warlock, who counters by shooting his own piercing beam into the oncoming blast, which makes it shatter... Warlock turns to his right, and meets another of Flash's blasts, disperses it, and then turns to his left, but sees nothing... From Behind, a massive bolt of energy knocks him to the ground..[/I] Flash: You're good with your Buster, Warlock.. But not good enough for me.

[I]In AD 21XX... War was beginning...[/I] Megaman X: What happen? Zero: Someone set up us the Bomb! *cough* Seriously though... [I]21XX, the world is in turmoil... A recent uprising of powerful Maverick Reploids has kept the Maverick Hunters very busy, and they have not yet found the cause of the disturbance... And in various parts of the world, some very strange occurances have been presenting themselves... Reploids similar to the Robot Masters created by Dr. Wily many years ago have begun springing up near their original stages/areas... As well as all this, reports of a Mysterious Black robot have been surfacing around the area of Dr. Wily's lab ruins... The Maverick Hunters have termed these new Reploids 'Replimasters', after the Old Robot Masters... However, with most of the Hunters damaged/destroyed from previous battles, there are only a few left in the Squad who can fight these new Replimasters... And so the few remaining Hunters assemble at the Hunter's HQ...[/I] So how do I start this? I'll keep it simple. And I remind you that you don't HAVE to be a Reploid, you can be an enhanced human if you want.. [I]Flash thinks... He's been in this situation before, and realises the only way to get out of it... He quickly activates the Lightning Bolt weapon in his Buster, and jumps into the air... In mid jump, Flash points one finger into the sky, and a huge storm of Lightning rains down from the sky, in a wide radius... The bolts explode on impact with the ground, which sends out more sparks, which in turn begin to ignite the area... Warlock takes cover as the Lightning falls around him, and Flash begins to Charge his buster as he Dashes towards Warlock, sliding and jumping to avoid the Lightning storm... Once the storm resides, Warlock looks up, and sees Flash only metres away, aiming his Buster..[/I]

Flash: Not a.. chance! [I]Flash grabs his G-Shield, and holds it up, the blast crashing into it, dispersing into the air around him... He spins around, smashing another Blast away as he turns... He attaches the Shield to his arm, in battle position, and charges towards Warlock... Warlock fires multiple buster shots, but they're all deflected by Flash's G-shield... Flash reaches the rock, and jumps above it, landing on it with a downwards punch, that shatters the rock like glass... He aims his G-Shield at Warlock, and it folds down and out, two large Buster Cannons protruding from the center of it... They begin to Charge, only inches away from Warlock's face...[/I]

Flash: Clever Warlock, but not Clever enough... [I]Flash spins his Beam Sabre around his hand, and then charges at Warlock, quickly changing the weapon loaded in the Sabre to Atomic Fire... He slashes at Warlock, his super-hot lazer blade slicing through Warlock's own Cossack sabre, and creating a firestorm in its path... Warlock jumped back, and then, through the flames came Flash, charging towards Warlock, bringing his sabre down and around, crashing it into Warlock's own... Warlock ducked a swing, and Flash's sabre sliced through a tree behind him... As the tree fell down, Flash aimed his right arm at the tree, and quickly formed his buster, firing a single Metal blade at the tree, cutting it in half.. The two halfs fall on either side of Flash, who then spins around to face Warlock... He flicks his Terra Fatals Beam sabre back on, and then jumps into the air, sabre raised behind his head..[/I]

Erm, Never mind then. Back to teh story... o_O

Ahh, Silly me... God I want some Chips. Not Potato Chips, Chips ya get down at a Fish and Chip shop. Real chips. Not this French fry sh*t. Some real chips... But not the ones you get here, the ones ya get from the Akaroa fish shop down along main street... It's a 2 hour drive from here, but it'd be worth it... Hot D[u]a[/u]mn, those are nice. They've got the whole Lemon pepper thing going on.. And they're greasy... in a GOOD way. Plus, they have a seafood kinda taste with them, rather than just plain chip taste... Ahh, I think it was called Speed Punks in the NTSC version... It was called Speed Freaks for us PAL people anywho. I've played it, it's an alright game... Can get a bit boring though.. :P I finished it a few times, but I could never get 1st place on the last level, and thus, couldn't get Beamer, the secret Robot... Got Cogsworth and Tetsuo though.. :)
