[i]When we were finally let in, I noticed the worried look on Ryan's face...[/i] [b]Darken:[/b]What's the matter? Lose your nerve? Get scared? What? [i]He looked at me like he was going to say some thing, but then he stopped and started stareing into my eyes. I hate when people do that....[/i] [b]Darken:[/b]What?! Don't tell me this is the first time you noticed my eyes are like Vukodlak's!! [i]Before he could answer, we heard a low growl behind us...[/i]

[i]I look back for a moment and see Team One's flare coming from the steps of Cosmo Canyon. When I tell Vukodlak of this, he says nothing and keeps going...[/i] [b]Darken:[/b]Shouldn't we pail them out? I mean, they must be in some deep sh*t to already put up the flare... [i]I don't know if Vukodlak even cared... Hell, I didn't know if he'd even go to the Cave of the Gi....[/i]

[i]Back up? We're the BACK UP?! Oh well, I'm going on the mission any way...[/i] [b]Darken:[/b]People here are stronger than I thought... I'll have to keep my guard up..... [i]I hadn't seen people with this kind of skill for awhile. What makes it worst is the fact Resistence members where dropping like flies...[/i]

[i]Boy, was I having a good time... Nobody I asked was going on the mission. I guess I'll have to wait for the next mission... Any way, while I was walking, some moron bumped into me. He said, "Watch where you're goin'!" and then drew his sword. Too bad for him, he didn't know WHO I was. Before he could react, my katana was at his throat and his sword was in my hand. We stayed like that until some one came over to break it up...[/i] OOC:Some one [b]PLEASE[/b] work with me on this one!

[i]I found out I was too late for the mission that was about to take place...[/i] [b]???:[/b]"Ahhh... Now I can't have any fun... Oh well, I guess this mission will have to go without the 'Great Darken'!" [i]Darken isn't my real name, as any one can tell, but I went to a place where I didn't want my name known. So I told them my name was Darken, and the name stuck. As I hear it, I'm famous for my skill with my katana...[/i] [i]I thought if I bugged some one going on the mission enough, I could go, so I found the nearest one and started talking to them.[/i] OOC:Remember, he really wants to go on this mission.

[i]I walked off the Gold Saucer tram, checking to see if I still had my katana and my 6,000 Gil. I did. I was here for the same reason every one else was, to join the Resistence. I filled out the form and handed it in. The man looked as if he had had a hard time...[/i] [b]???:[/b]Cheer up. Even in hard times we gotta stand tall.... [i]He said nothing and handed me my uniform. God, may be this was why he had a hard time... Any way, I put it on and kept my cothes, I had heard that once up get some-what high in rank, you could wear what you wanted... When I sat down, I saw a guy dressed all in black and thought, "You know WHO'S gonna get himself killed..."[/i]

[i]Darken's sleep was broken. He was sleeping in, the walk wasn't short. He was awakened by some one yelling "GET BACK HERE!" Darken looked outside to see some one running into the inn...[/i] (Meaning you, DarkOrderKnight.)

[i]Darken was feeling pretty good by now, he was paid more than he ask for. He now had armor, lots of healing items, and 5,000 gold pieces. So, he headed into Seles.[/i] [b]Darken:[/b]I should do this more often... With this, I won't have to worry much so I can train more.... [i]He desides to rest at the inn, then he would head from the best place to train that he could find...[/i]

[i]The plan was easy, in a way. Well, it would be easy for some people. But not Darken. He was in the main attack force. He only agreed to be in the main attack force because his payment was 2,000 gold pieces and some healing items. "Fair enough," he had said...[/i] [b]Soldier:[/b]HERE IT COMES!!! [i]Well, the plan might have worked, but no one followed it. Everyone but the leader ran in fear of the dragon...[/i] [b]Leader:[/b]Well, I guess we need a plan B.... [b]Darken:[/b]Make my payment 4,000 gold pieces... [i]Before he could say any thing, Darken ran at the dragon. As he thought, this startled the dragon; it didn't think someone would attack it head on... Darken didn't waste any time. When he came to the dragon, he jumped under it. He stabbed it in it's underside, then he used his legs to push himself until the cut was too big for the dragon to live from. When the dragon finally died...[/i] [b]Darken:[/b]Get your men... It's time we go to this camp of your's...

[b]Darken:[/b]NO WAY! [i]Darken made it most of the way to Seles, when he ran into some the "army" he kept seeing all those days. They had stopped him and brought him to the highest ranking officer in the camp. "So," he had said to Darken, "you came from the area where the dragon was headed? You look strong..." After a while, he said, "Alright, you [b]will[/b] help us kill the dragon..."[/i] [b]Officer:[/b]No way you say? What makes you think you have a choice? [i]Darken smirked. Then he freed himself from the guards holding him. With a flash of his katana, both guards were dead. The other guards got ready to attack.[/i] [b]Officer:[/b]Very well... We cannot have any more deaths. We don't have the men left! [i]The guards went back to how they were before.[/i] [b]Officer:[/b]May be we went about this the wrong way... We'll pay you with what ever we can if you help us. We [b]must[/b] get back to our main camp, or we'll die out here... [i]Darken thought about his for awhile...[/i] [b]Darken:[/b]Alright... I'll help... But you [b]better[/b] keep your side of the deal... [i]With that, they began planning how they were to kill the dragon and Darken's payment for helping them.[/i]

[b]Shadow-Spider:[/b]Well, that didn't go well... Do we have a plan? Or, at least if that was the plan, a back up plan? [i]SS sounded cool and calm, but, on the inside, he was freaking out. He wasn't scared, but his head was buzzing like crazy, as if to tell him some thing, or warn him... Some thing was happening to him that started as soon as he got his Symbiote...[/i]

[i]Oh yes, some thing [b]was[/b] chaseing them, but it wasn't a monster, not, at least, by what most people judge monster by. It was, unbelievely...[/i] [b]Darken:[/b]A DRAGON?! How the-?! I thought all dragon's were dead... [i]Unbelievible or not, it [b]was[/b] a dragon; and it [b]was[/b] mad, real mad. Darken didn't wait, he ran to Seles, he hoped it was safe there...[/i]

(Oh... My big mouth got me into this... :grumble: ) [i]Darken was training in near Seles. His journey had taken him far, he once lived in a mountain village far behind Seles, until that day... The day monsters attacked his village without warning. That day was his birthday... They say it had to do some thing with "The Moon That Never Sets" coming down... Well, any way, he has tried to put it behind him... He started his break, when soldiers marched by. This didn't surprise him, it had been happening a lot lately...[/i] [b]Darken:[/b]What's going on....? [i]Some thing was different this time... The soldiers were almost running, as if being chased by some thing... Some thing BIG.[/i]

[b]Shadow-Spider:[/b]Give me a break, will ya? I'm new at this! [i]Shadow fires Impact Webbing into the face of the first Goblin. Then he webs him up with extra strong webbing.[/i] [b]Shadow-Spider:[/b]Acid! Don't kill them! We need them alive... Trust me... [b]Nick:[/b]Yes, that may be a good idea...

[b]Shadow-Spider:[/b]Yo, Acid, how much you willing to bet this is a trap? [i]But he spoke too little too late, for just ahead, another Goblin appeared almost out of no where.[/i] [b]Shadow-Spider:[/b]IT'S A TRAP! TURN BACK NOW! [i]Just then, both Goblins threw bombs their way, and the wearhouse they were over blew up.[/i]

PEOPLE! START POSTING FOR THE STORY ALREADY! WRITE WHAT YOU CHARACTER IS DOING! STOP POSTING WHO YOUR CHARACTERS ARE AND POST WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!

[i]Shadow-Spider was swinging through the city, racing to get back to the roof-top he was to meet Nick on. He let go of the web-line, did a flip and landed in perfect "Spidey Style" on the roof where he was to meet Nick, but no one was there. He waited for a while, but Nick still didn't come...[/i] [b]Shadow-Spider:[/b]Just as well, I didn't find any of the Spidey-Wannabe's and he most likely had some thing to do... [i]With that, he let out a line of web and began his protrol of the city. In the morning he landed in a back-alley and had his Symbiote come off for now. He had on his cothes from the other night... He walk to a newsstand and bought a Daily Bugle newspaper. On page 3 he read an ad that read "Meeting for Super Heroes that can help in time of great need, 3:00 tommorow at Central Park!" He knew what to do....[/i]

[i]In a underwater government lab...[/i] [b]Sciencitst 1:[/b]Sir, about that Symbiote that escaped a month ago... [b]Sciencitst 2:[/b]Do you have the data ready on it?! [i]He walks over and looks at the computer screen.[/i] [b]Sciencitst 1:[/b]Yes sir! It's all here. It's abitilies and changes... [i]The computer screen reads: Abitilies: all old Symbiote abitilies; abitily to change host's DNA to be like Spider-Man's; gives host the abitily to heal Changes: can withstand high levels of sound; will act as the host tells it to[/i] [b]Sciencitst 2:[/b]My God! They were trying to to make a controllible "Super Symbiote"! And after they said man-made "Super Humans" weren't right... Is there any more? [b]Sciencitst 1:[/b]Not that I've found, these are sealed files after all... But I'll keep digging to see what I can find... [i]Little did they know, that same "Super Symbiote" was in New York City at that very moment. As Shadow-Spider![/i]

Well, I want to help the city, no matter what is happening...."[/i] [b]Shadow-Spider:[/b]Well, we should look for the other "Spider-Men".... I'll go look north of here, we should meet back here in one hour. [i]With that, Shadow-Spider let out a web-line and swung north, looking for any "heroes" that would help.[/i]

[b]Shadow-Spider:[/b]Yeah, I can help, and I'll bet so can the other Spider-Man wanna-be's... [i]Shadow-Spider had no idea what he was getting into, nor did he care. "With the Symbiote," he thought, "I'll be ready for whatever comes my way..." But, will he really be ready...?[/i]

[b]Shadow-Spider:[/b]Let's put it this way.... I'm the new kid on the block..... Shadow-Spider... [i]His Symbiote recovers his face[/i] [b]Shadow-Spider:[/b]Who are you? What do you want?

[i]Shadow-Spider was web-swinging through the city, he saw nothing that needed him...[/i] [b]Shadow-Spider:[/b]This is a good sign... No need to worry... For now... [i]He headed home, glad nothing was happening. But he knew some thing was amiss. Some thing was going to happen, but what it was, he wasn't sure...[/i]

[I]A Symbiote! That's what the blob was. It was once a piece of Eddie Brock's Symbiote that was taken by the government and experimented on. It grew because of the experiments, lost it's memory, and became good. But it still had the drive to find a host. So it found Nathan Janes....[/I] [I]Nathan woke up an hour later to find he was hanging from a building by webing in a Symbiote suit. On him, it looked like it did on Spider-Man himself![/I] [B]Nathan:[/B]"A Symbiote? How?" [I]Suddenly, it all comes back to him.[/I] [B]Nathan:[/B]"I need a name, don't I? hmmm... Let's see..." [I]He thinks about it.[/I] [B]Shadow-Spider:[/B]"I got it! I shall now be known as Shadow-Spider!"
