1. I knew Island Turtle sounded familiar... Gryphon Wing: --TRAP/ Counter-- When your opponent activates "Harpie feather Duster", negate the effect and destroy all of your opponent's magic and trap cards instead. Or soemthing like that...
2.
Originally posted by Mitch Anways...back on topic. Mods are people, too. You have to stop and realize that one time or another.
You say that as if you everyone thought mods were mindless robots set out for global domination...
3. I have gotten my hands on the list of the cards in the SDJ and SDP cards. I think you''' be surprised on one card in the set. Polymerization! It's in here! Your hopes are answered. But to tell you the truth, I'm quite dissapointed with the content on new cards. SDJ has only thwo. -Scapegoat - Penguin Soldier SDJ has three. -Gryphon's Wing (Feather Duster counter-card) -Graceful Charity (YAY! A good reason to buy this deck) -Toon Alligater Anyone else feels like they were let down? (Slightly) No Toon Gemini Elves... No Thousand Eyes Restrict Some good cards, that you can get in Common-form from starters: -Seven Tools -Magic Jammer -Mystical Space Typhoon (And the obvious ones) Hopes have been shattered for some of you. But Polymerization, will make you happy. I'll post the complete checklist when I can. Heh.
4.
Originally posted by SS5 Gogeta I thought the Great Moth at 2600 attack wasn't it's fullest potential. Wasn't it like 3200 or something?
That's the Perfectly Evolved Great Moth your thinking of. He'll make his appearnce soon in Battle City.
Originally posted by Dark Knight The strongest card is the Winged Dragon of Ra
That's not entirely true. Yes, Ra is the deadliest of the God Cards, but you can't really compare it to other cards because it has no base attack. And you can make it into enormous sizes. But you can do that with any other monster as well. Ra also has much more effects. But you really can't use Ra. It has no effects. Its not even a promo you can play. (If you see the back of them you'll notice the color). Thats only its flavor text. You can't even compare Ra in sub-types and elements. Its totally different. (????/????/10/God/DIVINE) And a few of the rulings don't even even apply to the TCG, Japanse or English.

Zelda is an RPG? Reeaallly? I never knew that. I thought it was one of those Action/adventure genre thingies.. (Actually, I had no specific Zelda game in mine)
6.
Originally posted by James But having said that, I do plan to produce at least one other "brighter" option in the future. Right now I can't decide whether it will be a part of v7 or a third skin for v6. If I make a third skin, it may mean that I won't produce v7 at all. It just depends how much time I have left.
Well if we go to V7, Industrial Otaku, and this one will still be accesible right? I love this current skin. (BTW, maybe we shall call this one somethin' besides "Version 6". Just a thought)
7.
Originally posted by Juuthena 'Oh I'm bored, might as well go close one of those threads...'-
Besides, if they were bored, they'd post in the thread, rather than close it.:)
8. Nope, its Dark Necrophia. Bald and Blue should fit the description. ;)
9. Too many tributes, and not enough staples. For Tribute Monsters, try using two Barrel Dragon's and two Wingweavers, since you enjoy using high-level monsters so much. Add that Jinzo in, and your tributes should be set to go. Try focusing you magics and non-tribute monsters. Some magics and monster's don't belong. Why? Cards like Mechanical Snail lack the abilites in the common tournament metagame. See what you can do. ^_^
10. Its not necessarily Yugi growing. Yami just is taller Yugi, so when he takes over, some things change. Think about it like this: When Yugi is as old as Yami, (When he was sealed inside the puzzle) if he transforms, nothing in size will change.
11. Since Asuka's made so many... Is there a limit to how many we can do? Otherwise her plusies will invade us... (Ignore attachment)
12. Well i recommend goign to the rae My Deck Thread for that Hiei Jagashi. But anyways, If you're going to post your deck, I suggest posting the entrie deck. Just aprt of it won't do. From your tiny preview it looks like your deck lacks a theme. Since your selection of monsters looks scattered.
13. Heh. Any story that makes the reader want to read more is good. And this is one of them. Although in terms of "pairing" you're the exact opposite form me. ^_^
14. Heh. My Semi-first fic. May be a bit short for Chapter 1, but I don't care. Anywas its a Yu-Gi-Oh! Fic, so it wil be much easier to understand the card game and anime. It you It takes place AFTER Battle City, just so ya know. There may be a bit of a surprise if you havn't seen it already. So be careful. Card Effects may be a bit different so don't mind them. I did that for a purpose. (Note: My grammer is horrible! So don't midn that either. ^_^) Silent. Seto Kaiba stood silent, standing upon the technological metropolis of Kaiba Corporation HQ. The large room was empty, only a small dock high above where the technology of his company is operated and monitored. The walls, as hard as rock. The steel floor beneath him was as cold as ice. As cold as heart, the heart of a duelist. With his long flowing silver vest, cascading behind him, his eyes fixed ahead of him. His face, a stern expression, lost in the blankness. Ever since he had lost to Yugi Mutou, the best duelist in the world, at his own battle City tournament, Seto Kaiba had become lost in thought. ?Everything I try...all the statistics. Still Nothing...? he thought to himself. ?There has to be a way to beat Yugi Mutou.? He sighed. Kaiba was beginning to run short on ideas. He need something new - an inventive twist for Duel Monsters. A normal tournament would do nothing for him. He was still defeated at Battle City. And after winning the tournament, Yugi has claimed the three most unstoppable cards - the Egyptian God cards. Slifer the Sky Dragon, the first Yugi had claimed from a Rare Hunter slave. Obelisk the Tormentor, Kaiba?s very own card, a destructive behemoth, lost to Yugi in the semifinals of battle City. And lastly, the Winged Dragon Ra, the deadliest of the three. The one capable of the most destruction. Also won by Yugi Mutou, after defeating the toughest of his rivals. ?But no more! I will be the one to claim victory from Yugi. Maybe with this even further improved version of the duel disk, I can finally attain victory...? He said to himself, as the thought struck his mind. ?Seto! The virtual systems are ready!? Mokuba shouted from the top of the control room. Kaiba smiled. ?Mokuba, activate the duel monitor. I?m going to test this new duel disk, the Duel Disk III!? he shouted back. Way high up in the tiny cramped room, Mokuba pressed a few buttons and pulled a switch. The duel computer was activated along with the monitors to keep an eye on things. ?Safeguards off...I hope you know what you?re doing big brother, holographic projecters...launch!? Mokuba whispered to himself, as he pressed a few keys to set the options of the duel disk program. Down below, Kaiba?s Duel Disk, conveniently located on his outstretched left arm, launched to small projectiles horizontal to where he wa standing. They hit the ground, and activated the holographic simulation technology that Kaiba Corp. was famous for. The Duel Computer, was lowered from the ceiling. The Duel Computer was one of Seto?s greatest inventions (ext only to the VirtuaPod). It had just about as much skill as he had himself. Last time he had been able to beat the computer easily. With the assistance of Obelisk of course. But no Kaiba lacked the one key to victory. This duel was on a whole new level. ?I?ll have to come up with a different strategy to win this...? Kaiba said with an ominous look upon his face. ?But with this new and improved version of my deck, I think I?ll have just what I need.? Kaiba thought as his gloomy expression ahd turned into a tricky smug of satisfaction. ?Time to Duel!? he shouts as he picked up his first five cards. The Duel computer also did the same, analyzing each one as it was drawn from its deck. Kaiba had a good opening hand. Already he had drawn key cards in some of his powerful and elaborate combos. Deciding which cards to play, reflected on his new ruling; only one monster per turn. ?I?ll play Vorse Raider in attack mode! (1900/1200)? Kaiba declared as a large muscular savage warrior appeared from the projections. Its bloodthirsty blade ready to pounce. ?And I?ll lay two cards face down in my magic and trap card zone.? As he spoke, two images of Duel Monster cards had appeared behind his Vorse Raider. And with that Kaiba ended his turn. The Duel Computer drew its card and paused for a short moment. Although it was incredible AI, this duel Computer had a slightly slow reaction time. Not a problem for Seto though. The Computer declared in its virtual voice, that it had played one card face down, and one monster in defense mode. The turn then switched to Kaiba. That one card, like with any other duelist, worried him. He figured he would a need a defense against any traps against his favor. He looked at his hand. White Dragon Descent, Wall of Illusion, X-Head Cannon, and Monster Reborn. He decided with to play Wall of Illusion in defense mode. Moving on to his Battle Phase, Kaiba sent his Vorse Raider to attack the Computer?s Face down monster. As soon as he ordered his monster, the viscous Vorse Raider lunged towards the face-down card image with its large ax. With one sweeping blow from the Vorse Raider, the card was cut in two pieces, revealing a 3-D version of Sangan. Kaiba, being a master of the card game, new exactly what this card does. When Sangan is destroyed, the player is allowed to search for a card with under 1500 ATK. The Computer pulls a card from the deck, and reveals it ot Kaiba. ?Invitation to a Dark Sleep...interesting.? Kaiba and the computer both knew of the tribute rule for powerful monsters, including the card selected by Duel Computer. Now it was time for the Computer?s turn. Kaiba had already guessed that it was going to use Invitation to a Dark Sleep with his superior talent to look several turns ahead to think of strategies. But with no monsters on the field, the Duel computer had to do something, otherwise Kaiba would be free to attack him on his next turn. The Computer activated a trap on its turn, Ultimate Offering, allowing it to summon more monster, 500 LP per monster summon. The Duel Computer laid a Ryu-Kishin Powered in attack mode (1600/1200) then used Ultimate Offering to sacrifice it for Invitation to a Dark Sleep. The cost of 500 LP had brought the Computer down to 5500 LP. This act caused Kaiba to notice another new rule he designed for play. He had set the Life Points higher. In Duelist Kingdom, duelists played with 2000 Life Points, which caused minor trouble. In Battle City, they played with 4000 Life Points, turning some duels into all-out wars. With 6000 Life Points, Kaiba thought, could get Yugi off guard for an attack. A dark portal had appeared across from the Vorse Raider, and out came the Invitation to a Dark Sleep card. The Computer selected Vorse Raider as a target for its effect. As long as the Invitation card is on the field, Vorse Raider cannot attack. But since Ultimate Offering allowed for a Special Summon, Invitation cannot attack, a rule brought from Battle City. Back to Kaiba. He drew the card from his deck. His content smile had turned into a smug look, and then into a burst of cocky laughter. He placed a magic card on the field. ?I play White Dragon Decent; A ritual card!? He declared as his brought forth a Ritual Monster from his hand. ?I just drew the Knight of White Dragon, the result of the White Dragon Descent! This card requires sacrifice card of Four Level Stars, my ingenious idea of sacrifice ritual rulings. And for the cost, I sacrifice my Vorse Raider, breaking the spell of your Invitation card!? Kaiba said ecstatically. The Vorse raider started to glow and transformed into a burst of blue-white energy. White Dragon Descent card had appeared behind the energy, as all the power of Vorse raider merged with it. The result was a blinding flash of blue light. When the light had dimmed, there floating was the Knight of White Dragon. (1900/1200) ?Now my Dragon Knight, I order you, attack the Invitation to a Dark Sleep!? Kaiba said, satisfied with the newest addition to his deck. The blue knight flew across the floor and tore the Invitation to shreds. Both the Knight and Kaiba donned the same expression of satisfaction as the Computer?s Life Points were reduced to 5100. Kaiba still ahead, focusing effortlessly on the duel. The Computer use more of Ultimate Offering?s effect paying another 500 to summon Goblin Attack force, along with its other monster, La Jinn the Mystical Genie of the Lamp. (C: 4700) The next card played was Dark Energy, equipped to La Jinn, raising its attack from 1800 to 2100. The Computer sent La Jinn to attack the Knight of White Dragon, but Kaiba, anticipating this, activated a trap card, Widespread Ruin, which destroys the opponent?s monster with the highest attack, during the Battle Phase. The card destroyed was of course, Goblin Attack Force. But the attack from La Jinn had not been stopped. The fist of the stern djinn had kept coming. But the Computer was in for a surprise. Where the Knight of White Dragon had once been, Kaiba?s signature card, the Blue-Eyes White dragon had taken its place. But La Jinn continued for a straight on attack. Kaiba watched, pleased with the effect of the Knight, allowing ti to be sacrificed to special summon a Blue-Eyes from your hand or deck, in this case Kaiba?s deck. After La Jinn had been destroyed in its own attack, the Computer?s life points were decreased, and the turn shifted to Kaiba. (C: 3800). He drew a card, and placed it on the field. The card was Axe of Despair, which raised the attack of Blue-Eyes by 1000 ATK points, making it a 4000/2500 monster. The Blue-Eyes lifted its head into attack position and charged up an energy blast in its ferocious jaws. Kaiba looked dead ahead at the Duel Computer, which was on the edge of defeat. ?Blue-Eyes White Dragon!! White Lightning Attack!!!!? he shouted, as the all powerful Blue Eyes launched a direct attack at the Computer resulting in a blinding flash of electricity and thunder. As the light shined Kaiba thought to himself. ?The super powerful deck, the new dueling system. I?ll create a new tournament of my own, where I can finally defeat Yugi Mutou!? he thought as the blast started to clear. ?This is the only way. This is my second chance...? Kaiba mentioned to himself as the light cleared, with the Computer?s Life Points reduced to zero.
15.
Originally posted by Devlin -Millenium Shield (Yes, I know that that's a duel monster)
Both actually. Many owners fo the McDonald's Millenium shield will notcie that card description states that the Shield is a Millenium Item.
16. Thats Per Ante. (Can be used with soethign that is not cards) Once you play it a few times, people won't duel by those standards, in fear of losing good cards.
17. Thats more strategy than style Crimson. Another style: Special Ability - This is liek the tV Shows, where all those sepcial effect stuff, thats not in the card game are played. Some stuff includes fusion monsters counting as as many tributes as to Fusion cards required. (Example: BEUD would be Three Sacrifices) also this woudl work with cards liek Gemini Elf.
18. Heh. Mechanicalchasers are extremely rare where I am. Although I don't live in Texas, I've always wanted to go there. Easier to get my hands on more MechanicalChasers...^_^ My friend might trade me a Mechie. He's going to sell it for $70, or I can trade hima Mirror Force. Mirror Force is much easier to get $70. I have other thigns to spend with...lol
19. Heh. I know a bunch Kinetic. Some were comlete freakazoids. As Kinetic said, You'll fins someone who likes you. I didn't think so at first, nor did I care. I was a nerd. I still AM! But then everyonce in awhile things surprise you. Just keep your head up. Like they did with me. (Twice actually) There's a perosn out there for everyone. The time will come. Soon.
20. Isn't AG's sig monster also a Tyrant Dragon? I personally like my Demon/Summon Skull. Just the usefulness of it. Although as I'm tryign to get my hands on a Mechanicalchaser, sand seeing as how no one I kow has one, I might be looking at a new siggy monster. As for signature deck? I'm tryign to see about a HellRaiser/Chaos Soldier deck. I have some really werd ones..
21. Yup. Thats what I was thinking. Gemini Elf should be in TP3. Which should be coming soon. I heard TP2 is coming to a close.
22. Heh. Now I can post that attachment of Hyper-Guardian. I hope Ginny doesn't kill me for this. *gulp*
23. Gemini Elf in english? Actually, Cyber Shield is not out yet. At least I don't think so. There havn't been any promo releases recently have there?
24. Ohh another one to add onto the Hyper-cards. This is so much fun.:D Name: Hyper-Guardian Magic Type: Dark Type: Demon ((Protection - While this card is one the field, HyperShadow's attack and defense are increased. (You decided how much. Reasonabley.) ((Death Count - Choose a monster. Roll a dice. Destroy that monster in the turn fo the dice roll. While the turns are passing, This monster and the selected may not attack or be destroyed. [If you roll a 3, in three turns that monster will die.] Pic: See attachment [EDIT]Acck!!! I forget the attachment. And I cant edit it back in[/EDIT]
25. From what I can bets make out of Code 3: (Things in italics are stuff I'm not sure of) You Are very Smart And You Will Get A Nice Pal(???) And for the Final Code: Buen Trabajo = Good Job Not necessarily random. I tried. Heh.
