I have already pmed James about the banning of a member called WGCH. And he detailed reasons why moderators don't give him a report of bannings. So now, I amn directly appealing to the moderator who banned the following.

Morph
wgch
boogets
gojay

Most of these people have been respected members who have never put a foot wrong, trust me, I've read all their posts and there seems to be no reason for banning, and wgch, why was he banned? he had only a post count of 7! I said to James that wgch should have been given more of a chance. He replied saying that at OB, they are given a chance, but if they purposely break the rules, then they are banned without notice.

However, the users i have pointed out are users who have done nothing, except maybe missing some punctuation, but we all do that sometimes and I will not get into an argument about that one ;) . It just seems to me that there might be some good reason, but at face value, these four users have been banned for nothing.

I know that most of the staff are very lenient (look at my name change thingy)So this is not against the staff in general. And it's not necessarily against the moderator who did this if there is a good excuse o_O

Never set a foot wrong? With all due respect, you must not be looking very hard.

Morph: Posted pornography in his signature.

wgch: Poor post quality and other spam violations (read the rules for definitions on spam)

boogeta: Posting irrelevant threads and erroneous/unrelated posts.

gojay: Poor post quality, consistently poor behavior, re-registering once already being banned (thus causing another ban).

Let me remind you that we never ban lightly. We only ban if we need to. And all of the above members have broken our rules.

I would also like to remind you that generally speaking, a ban is discussed by staff before action is taken. Additionally, we reserve the right to ban for any reason -- if someone is behaving inappropriately, they may not necessarily have violated a specific rule (they might be generally rude to people, for example).

And as such, we generally have no desire to discuss the banning of members publicly. However, on this occasion I am providing information to clearly demonstrate that there is always a reason for banning of members.

May I add to this list of "Why were they banned" the user mollyblue? When you read her post, you should also take a look at her profile - and realize she claims her birthday as 12/31/1970. It seems that her problems would have been caused only by being in a forum whose members are about half her age.
