Guest Dusk Posted July 19, 2003 Posted July 19, 2003 I was wondering if it was against the rules to REQUEST art instead of submit.
Nomad Posted July 19, 2003 Posted July 19, 2003 Well, Number One: It is against the rules to post a thread in this forum asking a question, instead of submitting an image/banner/avatar you've made. Two: You can request things, but only banners and/or avatars. And the request can only be one for OB. (i.e.; ''I want a banner and avatar of suchandsuch anime/music/movie/etc. character.'' If you request that then everyone assumes you are going to use them on here. ''I want a header image for my website with....'' That, however, is not allowed.) Three: Hello and welcome to OB. :D
mystikal Posted July 19, 2003 Posted July 19, 2003 but is the request thru pm allowed? like how kaisuke pmed me and asked me for one and I posted the picture saying that it is a request.
juna Posted July 19, 2003 Posted July 19, 2003 Yes, requesting stuff through PM, or sending multiple web links are both allowed, and obviously preferred... ^_^
Alexa Posted July 19, 2003 Posted July 19, 2003 If youre requesting banners or avatars, use the Banner/Avatar request forum, and for other stuff, you PM people. ^^
