Dan Rugh Posted October 27, 2003 Posted October 27, 2003 To make this as simple as i can... Open the file in MS Paint, get rid of any unnecessary white space, then go to Image, Stretch/Skew, then change the percentages of the horizontal and vertical size, and that's it. By the way, keep the percentages the same so it will keep your picture in proportion.
