Crap.... the text turned out horrible. I was using impact but when I saved it it looked like that.... DAMN YOU .JPG!!!!

When erasing from an image on a top layer (ie. your character), don't use a brush that's so hard (this causes some aliasing). This will make the edges of your character more smooth against the background.

Otherwise, your background is excellent and even though the text didn't turn out as you wished, it still looks rather good.

what are you talking about? The background was part of the image.

Kyo, it's not what you save it in, the font is like that because it's too small to be bolded. You can't use bold on smaller fonts because it'll come out fuzzy like that.

Actually, it is.
After I got used to saving images in .png and went back to .jpg, I realized how crappy/fuzzy/pixely/blurry things became. It's best to go with .png.
It's a nice baner, it would've been greater if not for the text. ^^
