Manga Revolutionary Girl Utena/The Adolence of Utena question

The new series for Revolutionary Utena just came out this october. The question is: Why haven't anyone aged? Two years or more has passed but no one seemed to age. It's just strange to me 'cause usually you get older. Anyways, it's sort of strange for people to have red coloured hair when their hair is black in the manga(refering to Touga) and also green hair when their hair seemed blonde in the manga.(refering to Kyoichi) Well, the manga is really good(just good, not exellent) but it could use some improving. Check it out. I've read all five volumes of the first Utena series but only a little bit on the new series.
