What part do you start on first when you draw?

i usally start on the head then go to the hair then the face then the rest of the body.

when i draw dbz i start at the hair, then move to the eyes, adn kep working my way down. all though i rarely ever draw a body. i mostly just draw the hair adn face. i am not good enough to draw the rest.
