I heard of something called The Science Warrior Appears in New York, but after spending about an hour, I can't find jack about it. If you do know of any please tell me where I can find more info. As far as I (and Google)know, it's not an anime but rather a 1943 propaganda manga by Ryuichi Yokoyama. EDIT: Hope that helps! Sources: 1.
