spike speigel Posted July 20, 2002 Posted July 20, 2002 Has any one here ever listened to The Dissenters, The Ataris, or The Alkaline Trio. They are all awesome bands.
Semjaza Posted July 21, 2002 Posted July 21, 2002 Punk, pop-punk, etc. Considering all the people here who seem to love theses styles of music, I'm sure most people know these bands as they are pretty big (for punk anyway).
spike speigel Posted July 21, 2002 Author Posted July 21, 2002 actually, it isn't pop-punk. The Dissenters are old school punk (that means they also use brass instruments) and the other two are alternative punk.
vegeta rocker Posted July 22, 2002 Posted July 22, 2002 i gave em a whirl and liked them, i guess they are punk, not bad. Have you heard of 12 stones?
spike speigel Posted July 22, 2002 Author Posted July 22, 2002 yes I have. I think they're an okay band.
