So, the summer is about over, as sad as that is, but I was wondering how was everyone's summer? Mine was a big waste, but I guess I'm the only one to blame for that. Please share any interesting or (if nothing else) boring stories.

My father forbids me to give out any personal info so I can't actually tell you my name but I can tell you what it means. 1st name- means water 2nd name- means reaper screen name- was given to me by one of my friends. She likes to shorten words so she shorten my real name. I think I need a new screen name though.

I was at a restraunt with my counsin and after we done eating my mother and aunt were talking about going shopping as soon as we were done. Well, I opened my fortune cookie and it said "You will soon be getting new clothes." We laughed so hard. I thought it was funny but creepy at the same time.

Well, it wasn't any where near as hard last year. It was pretty fun then.

Ah, it's so good to not be a freshmen anymore. Don't worry about it. Your freshmen year is probably your best year. Just keep your head up and don't make it to obvious that you are a freshmen. Everything will be great, just don't stress to much and don't let time go by to fast. Have fun! Good Luck!!

I just got back from camp today! I hate it! We were the best they had in years last year, (we were two spots away from state!) and well, they thought we'd be even better this year, but all the really good seniors left and our band shrunk to half it's size. And so they decided to take a jump and give us really hard music and drill, and now we just suck!!

The scariest movie I ever saw was When A Stranger Calls Back or somethin like that. I saw it at like three in the morning, then I had to go to sleep in my mom's friend's house in a room lined in clown boarder.

I've heard of ICP. I watched a show on how bad of an influence the band was on kids and teens. I agreed with the band though when they said it wasn't there fault if kids parents don't monitor what they watch.

I'm currently in band camp. I start my second week tomorrow. I hate it, but it's all fun once camp is over. Thanks to camp I have sun poisoning! And I was wearing sunscreen and everything!

Doesn't it make you wonder why they can watch nickelodeon and not be called imature while we watch anime and still be called imature?

I'm still pretty new here, but I'd have to say the people who make think more about what I put in my threads are Double B Daigo, because he has replied to just about every one or my threads, and noodleboy, just because of what he says.

I totally agree with you Double B, but I was only doing this for my dad. I hate both Reign and Aeon. Thanks a ton, GoKents, that's all I was looking for.

Ok, so my dad wanted me to ask any of you in the OB who bothered to read this, What happened to Aeon Flux? I don't know if anyone has even heard of it (but I'm sure someone has, at least one person). Well anyway, it's a pretty old show and hasn't been on TV for a while, I think. It was on really late at night on MTV, like years ago, maybe nine? I don't know, it was about some girl and that's all I remember. It's from the same people who made Reign. So if anyone remembers it and knows what happened to it, my Father and I would greatly appreciate some info. Thanks.

I was simply curious if my peers here in OB had problems finding good anime where they live too, or they had friends that don't like anime either. I figure most of you people here in the OB are young, and by young I mean in school. I figure everyone likes anime or else they wouldn't be here. Well, I was wondering (I do that a lot) if you people are considered a dork for watching anime. I mean, I am. It's not a big thing where I live. It's hard to find it in movie rental places or even places to buy it. Only little kids watch it; sure there are others of course but if you're over ten you're consider a weirdo. My friends just don't get it. They think I'm really weird for watching it. They like to watch stuff like Sponge Bob (nothing against him), but they don't like the japanese cartoons. I personally don't care what they think. Is it like this for anyone else?

I don't buy anime, I usually just watch it on CN but I don't have cable anymore! *crying softly* But anyway, I would rent it but the rental store only has like three tapes. Anime isn't a big thing where I live, it's more of a thing only little kids watch.

My grandpa likes anime too. Everytime I go over to his house he says "Hey, are any of them japanese cartoons on?" And of course I jump to the oppurtunity not just because I love anime, but because I don't have cable or anything to watch the anime on! *sobs*

Well, Asuka, I watched the X movie like three years ago, and I'm not shocked by what I see in anime anymore. I take it back, I was shocked at how gruesome some of the Animatrix was, but whatever.

My parent's both like anime. My mother likes the cute girly romance kind and my father likes just about every thing else. My mother is asian so of course she likes it and my father grew up watching Speed Racer, and he was a big fan of Aeon Flux or whatever. I was just wondering if anyone else's parents like anime. It makes me mad somethimes cause my dad doesn't like me staying up late to watch adult swim when he does.

I think I watched the movie on pay per view. I made the mistake of watching it with my little brothers, they weren't mature enough to handle it. It was a little weird to me at first because it was really different from the other anime I usually watched, like Sailor Moon, or DBZ, but I liked it.

I actually got it out of a magazine, The Anime Insider. It said the show was coming back on April 7 2003, and it would show on kids WB. Then it just went on to give some info on the show. It's supposed to debut with 26 episodes. Sorry bout that.

I heard Astro Boy was coming back to the U.S. in April. Does anyone care really care about it coming back? I've never seen the show, I wonder if it's any good.

My brother was telling about a gundam wing manga that was about Heero's daughter. I own most of the GW manga and I've been checking online to see if there is any such manga and so far I haven't found any. My brother doesn't remember the name of it, the only thing he does remember is that the girl is Heero and Relena's daughter and her name is Zero. Has is any one heard of it? Or does it not exist?

I'm telling all of you now who have not seen the movie yet DON'T READ THIS!! If you read this it will spoil the movie for you. Now then, to those of you who have seen it, you know how to lift the curse they needed Turner blood? Well, how come before Jack gave the stolen coin back he slit his hand too? I mean, he and Will aren't related are they? Just curious.
