Oooh... so hard to choose... Okay, this'll be kinda random: The Princess Bride This has to be one of the funniest movies of all time, and it's got a good plot w/ both romance and action. The Nightmare Before Christmas Great music, great movie. It takes such an awesome twist on the idea of holidays. It's a little morbid and freaky at times, but I love it! The Importance of Being Earnest Same as Princess Bride minus the action. The characters are incredibly funny. They're always so sure of themselves and everything they say. A lot of dry humor. This is the kind of stuff that get laughs out of me. (not Austin Powers...*gags*) The Lord of the Rings Trilogy Okay, so I'm adding the 3rd one before I've even seen it, but if the first two are any indication, this last one is gonna be awesome!!! The Great Mouse Detective I think this is honestly my fave Disney movie (disregarding Nightmare) of all time. Basil is one of the greatest characters I've ever seen. Anastasia Awesome music, awesome story, and pretty good animation. (The ghosts coming out of the walls to dance with her., the nightmare she has, etc.) Monty Python and The Holy Grail  Wow, I just watched this last night. It's such a great movie. "Help me, help me! I'm being repressed!" (see signature) The Scarlet Pimpernel Yeah, it's old and black and white, but it's a great movie. I don't even remember any of the actors names but the guy who plays Sir Percy is simply unforgettable. It's also one of my fave books of all time. The Matrix The original was incredible. 'nuff said The Ring *laughs at sister* I thought it was amazing. The fact that I could get through the movie and not be repulsed (I can't stand blood and gore) is unfathomable. I'm not very good w/ horror movies. (The Poltergeist freaked me out...) I was able to appreciate this one. (then again, I did watch it in broad daylight...) lol An honorable mention goes to Good Burger. I really don't think it's a great movie, but I quote it so often it may as well be... "I don't remember what my dad looks like either, but at least I get to see him every day..." Movies I don't like: -nearly every horror movie -Titanic (I don't understand the obsession. *gags*) -The Mothman Prophesies (Did anyone ever find a point to that movie?) -Out Cold (Disgusting...'nuff said) -Austin Powers, all of them (see above) -Westside Story (Maybe I just wasn't in a good mood when I saw this one, but the whole "dancing at people" thing didn't seem too intimidating to me. And I usually like musicals. This one just struck me as corny. Then again, I don't like Romeo and Juliet either.) I could go on, but I'm tired... ~art~

*shakes head* Thank you for those ever so intelligent thoughts, Tony. lol I'm not exactly sure what you're talking about, but okay. Yeah... I know Rohan's supposed to feel Medieval (big LOTR fan here). I was just mentioning it. It made me really happy to hear it in the movie. *giggles*

Has anyone else noticed a problem with how many guys treat girls these days? I think it's extremely disrespectful. My biggest problem is a certain guy I'm going to call "Evan". He can be really nice. He's good person, pretty smart, good singer, and, unfortunately, a good actor. That's where the problem comes in. You can never tell when he's genuine. He's also the type of guy who flirts very seriously with many girls all at once. What makes it worst is the kind of things I'll actually hear him say. It's all very shallow regarding whether or not a girl's pretty or has a large bust, etc. Maybe we just live in a shallow world, but I wish a lot of people would just grow up. Many of the things Evan says are very demeaning and bitter (as though he's been stung by a girl before...I know exactly who and it wasn't me). So, do you think he's like this just b/c he's a bit jaded, or is it b/c he's a guy? It's really annoying b/c he has this charisma that just draws you in, even while you're thinking to yourself, "He's so fake." More regarding chauvinism, I really hate it when I a guy tries to hit on me while acting like he's "all that". Arrogance turns me off like nothing else. I think we ladies deserve more respect than having a guy act as though we'd be privileged to be w/ him. If that makes me a "player-hater" then so be it. I can't stand guys like that. Ok, I sound like a complete feminist now. I guess I am, in the classical sense. I want your thoughts on this, and remember guys, I've got hope that some of you are wonderful people. I just always happen to run into the losers... lol ~art~

Cloricus, I'm not trying to disprove science. Science is a perfectly wonderful way to gain knowledge. However, I don't believe it's the only way. It can only tell us about physical realities. It's a limited path of knowledge. You can't tell me that you've never heard of something unexplainable by science. The fact is, it doesn't account for everything. BTW, your little comic was real cute... But that's okay, b/c I don't quote the Bible left and right. Catholics believe it's not the only medium of Revelation... That, and we honestly don't read it enough to quote it like that... lol (I'm working on it though. A certain priest I know is trying to shove it down our throats...*cough*cough*Fr. Weldon*cough* Oh, I guess that was only funny for me, duorocks, and lovelyeowyn. Oh well.) *shakes head* Anyway, cloricus, I'm really sorry that you can't imagine anything existing beyond the physical. That's too bad. ~art~

I don't think you're "controlling" me at all, Katana! I'm glad you're back! :D Oh, and just to clear something up, Stocatta is not Legato's sister like Mai is... It's a little confusing since we all have the same last name. "Great," Stocatta muttered. "The last thing we needed was another one of them..." Komeko blinked at her in confusion, "Another one of what?" Stocatta shook her head, "It's not important. Anyway, I've got a few questions for you. You seem like the type of girl who can take care of yourself. You think you can handle all of this?" Komeko eyed the taller woman warily before replying, "Of course I can." "Alright," Stocatta replied nodding. "Now, I need to know: Have you seen a large group of people, most of them armed, leaving this town within the last 12 hours? One of them was a man carrying a large cross. You can't miss it." Komeko stared blankly back at her, "No. I haven't. You were afraid I couldn't handle this??" Stocatta calmly met her gaze in reply, "That's not what I thought you couldn't handle...What I'm worried about is whether or not you can handle the proposition I pose for you. I need to track them down, they're dangerous people and they need to be stopped. I'd like your help." I wonder if this'll help me find Vash at all. Komeko stood in silence for awhile trying to decide. A grin nearly crept onto Stocatta's face after hearing that thought. "And I can tell just how dangerous they are," Stocatta began. "They're trying to track down and kill Vash the Stampede. Apparently, they've got something against them. I'd like to think Vash is a nice guy, not nearly as terrible as everyone makes him out to be. I think he deserves better odds than one versus seven." (Did i count right? I can't remember how many people we've got.) Stocatta let her words sink in for a moment before asking, "Are you with me? I'm not match for them alone." Stocatta watched the girl's face as she battle w/ the question in her mind. What d'you think you're up to, Stocatta? You don't need any help, and I can't control her from this distance, not yet at least." Look, I'm sick of being your toy. This girl has skills. I'll bring her to you. You can take her like you took me. Then, you can let me go... I'm no use to you anymore. After that fumble in town, I'm clearly not qualified any more. Don't fool yourself into thinking that I'll go for this. I'll make a deal with you. See how she handles our quarry. If you think she's good enough, I'll bring her to you. Give me a chance. Fine. We'll see, but I make no promises. The frustration in his thoughts amused her. There was now a possiblity she could get out of this trap. She'd never even had a glimmer of hope before. Now she was nearly giddy with it. She waited expectantly for the girl's reply. The choice is up to you, Katana. Just remember that Komeko doesn't know the thought conversation that was raging b/t Stocatta and Legato.

I space out and day dream as often as possible...Guess that's my guilty pleasure. I like to imagine myself in fictional situations or make up my own. I've been creating fan fiction in my mind for quite some time before I realized there were sites dedicated to it. I also have some odd habits that I've had since childhood: whenever I eat a sandwich, I always eat the crust first. I also put my earrings in and take them out in a particular order: insert left first, then right, take out right first, then left. Weird, huh? It's just something I picked up and do w/o thinking now. I also relate odd things together in my mind. It has something to do w/ thinking one thing while seeing/hearing another. I equate the two things together for the rest of my life when they have nothing in common. Lastly, I will space out to the point that I start wondering if my surroundings are real and wondering why anything exists at all. I've done that since childhood. I think I must have some serious mental issues. Either that, or I'm a pyscho genius... who knows... :twitch:

My friends and I make a big joke out of staying through all the credits. I find it somewhat funny when all the theatre workers are standing at the back of the theater waiting for you to leave so they can clean. The first time we did it, it was just to be stupid. Now, it's sort of tradition (provided we don't have somewhere we have to be or someone doesn't desperately need to use the restroom.) Another friend pointed out to me that out she watches all the credits for sheer respect for all the behind the scenes people who put a lot of work into the movie and are hardly acknowledge. She figures, the least you can do is watch their names roll by...lol I also have fun making an idiot out of myself by dancing crazily to the music playing during the credits... :P

Who else here loves Celtic Music? I'm a pretty big fan of The Chieftains (a traditional Irish band). I've convinced myself that I must have some Irish blood in me b/c I look best w/ red hair and I love just about anything Celtic (music, art, mythology...) Maybe it has something to do w/ being raised in St. Patrick's Parish, but I'm convinced that if I go anywhere in the world I wanted to, I would go to Ireland in a heart beat... :love2:  :love2: So, if you like Celtic music, who's your fave artist and why. I also like Enya and Loreena McKennit (both have an Irish feel in a few of their songs) and the vocals of John McDermott. And James Galways does an awesome job at the flute and Celitc/Irish pipes. There's something incredibly moving about Celtic music. It can make me want to jump up and dance a jig or it can depress me and make me yearn for Emerald Isle I've never even been to. It's some of the most emotional music I've ever heard. I've noticed definite Irish flavors in the LOTR music (particularly for Rohan).

1. The fifth was a little too long a depressing. (Don't get me wrong, I don't have anything against long books, but it seemed too dragged out.) I'm the kind of person that puts myself too much in the shoes of the main character in any book/movie/etc. I experience. Therefore, anything frustrating that happens to Harry affects me as well. Because of that, I had a difficult time likely books 2, 4, and 5 because of Lockhart, Rita Skeeter, and Umbridge respectively. The other thing, is that, for me, I prefer that the main character no be whiny. I have to be able to admire him/her. I hold people to higher standard than the way Harry acts in both books 4 and 5. Ok...so I'm a little judgemental...so sue me. 2. The 3rd book was by far my fave. I LOVE Lupin! He's my fave character in the series (tied w/ Hermione). I also liked Sirius
however, I wasn't too upset when he died, for some reason...
I'm a little worried about this movie since they don't have Chris Columbus or *draws a blank*--the guy who played Dumbledore, the guy who died. 3. I think the movies could have been better/worse. I think Emma Watson does an awesome job of Hermione. McGonagal is awesome. What I don't get is all those girls obsessed w/ Rupert Grint...what is up w/ that??? :twitch: I guess what bothers me is that he sort of looks like my cousin. I can't find that attractive (not to mention that he's probably 4 or 5 years younger than me...) :twitch: I did sort of go for Sean Biggerstaff (Oliver Wood)...it must've been the accent...*sighs* :love2: lol As long as we're comparing HP to LOTR, I'd like to point out that Tolkien's is written as an epic to be compared to Beowulf and other classics. It's supposed to be much more mature. Comparing HP to LOTR is like comparing Shel Silverstine to Edgar Allen Poe. Sure, Shel's fun to read and has some good points, but if you want something deep, you'd pick Edgar over Shel.

*cough*cough*Othello*cough* Talk about dirty. And then you get a whole bunch of giggling sophomores reading it out loud in class...chaos I tell you... lol I guess I get kinda lazy when I'm reading it. Sometimes I just completely miss stuff. And, while reading it, I never got the impression that they had a physical relationship. Hey, doukeshi03, which book were you referring to? They're both pretty good. (The sequel to The Shakespeare Stealer isn't as good, but it's not bad either.)

The Number Nine one is actually pretty creepy. Dad told me that if you play it backwards it has something to do w/ Paul dying. gotta go ~art~

Dido's pretty good. I like Hunter and White Flag b/c they've both applied to me right when they were coming out. However, White Flag, at least, has gotten old for me. Primarily, I'm a Sarah fan. I guess I feel like her music is more mature. Dido seems more pop-teen oriented (although she's a very good artist). Sarah has more of an adult feel. And I have to agree, most of her songs haven't gotten old for me. They both have beautiful voices, but I think I could probably tell them apart even if they sang each other's music. ~art~

I'm a big Scarlet Pimpernel fan. Did you know they made a musical out of it? They performed it in Wichita this summer. It was awesome!! Anyway, to get back on topic, the necro thing was a joke. I've got a question regarding Hamlet and Ophelia: Is there any evidence in the play that they've been sleeping together? The movie portrays it that way, but I thought that might simply be artistic license. (I'd rather not think that they'd been sleeping around.) If you've read "The Shakespeare Stealer" by Gary Blackwood, you want to think of Ophelia as rather innocent because you really get to know 2 (fictional)characters who portray her at the Globe theater. ~art~ :D

Stocatta strolled confidently out of the jailhouse. Looks like I'm free for a bit... It's nice that you're up and about again. I want you to follow them. Figures... Stocatta shook her head and began walking to the tavern. Someone there was likely to know which direction the group had left in. If she was lucky, she wouldn't even have to ask questions. Question: Did Komeko fall off the face of the earth? I want to know what happened to her character. I need a way for Stocatta to meet up with the rest of the group.
-
Stocatta woke up in daze. She looked around to find her self in a jail cell. Shit! If you'd stopped being so obstinant, this wouldn't have happened! Oh, shut up! I'll figure this out myself! Suit yourself. Stocatta got slowly to her feet and walked up to her barred door. She winced in pain as she touched the tender spot on her head. There was no one in the jail to guard her. Man, it's like they wanted me to escape. Her weapons, a long sword and her gun, were lying peacefully on the table. She closed her eyes and concentrated. Within a few moments they were floating slowly towards. A grin crept on her face. Again, she closed her eyes and her cell key floated up as well and unlocked her door. Boy, are they going to be confused when they find this

I just finished reading it last night. Laertes kills Hamlet. (he's Ophelia's brother.) Claudius (Hamlet's uncle, the king) sort guides Laer's thirst for revenge towards killing Hamlet. (Hamlet killed Laer's father, Polonious, thinking he was Claudius.) Laertes and Hamlet end up filling each other with Laer's poisoned sword. Afterwards they apologize and forgive each other. So, there's a better version of Othello out there than "O"? *sighs* Thank God! For those of you who've seen "O", I'm sure you'll agree that it was disturbing to put those kind of adult actions in a high school setting...over who got to their MVP in basketball...ridiculous... :twitch: Oh, yeah, and as far as Hamlet's sanity goes, I believe he was sane nearly 100% of the time. He flat out tells his friends at the beginning that's he's going to pretend to be mad to throw everyone off. There's meaning in nearly everything he says when he's supposed to be mad. He knows what's going on. He's not stupid. He actually sort of reminded me of Sir Percival Blackney of The Scarlet Pimpernel. The person who did go completely mad :drunk: was Ophelia. She actually ends up somewhat prophetic while insane. As to the suicide issue, Hamlet knew all along that it's wrong. He discusses it on at least 2 occassions ("to be or not be" an once before). The only thing in Hamlet that really bothered me, was Hamlet and Laertes fighting in Ophelia's grave after they've both been hugging her dead body...:twitch: Can you say "necrophilia"? ~art~

"Every damned one of you had better leave this instant. I'll give you a chance this time. Next time...no promises," Stocatta said evenly. "Who the Hell are you???" the tall blonde woman asked inquisitively. "Your life is on the line and you're askin' questions?!?!" Stocatta asked indignantly. "Who I am isn't important. It's who you are...You're Knives' kin...that's all that matters to Legato. Now, like I said before, get the Hell outta here!!" The group faltered slightly. "What are we gonna do?" "Is she actually gonna shoot?" "What the Hell is her problem??" The thoughts reverberated through her head. "To answer your questions, you're going to leave now, I am going to shoot, I don't have a choice. Now, get moving." They began to back away, several of them raising their guns to her. What if I was shot right now, Legato? What would you do? I'm "valuable to you, remember?" They're not going to shoot you, love. Oh, cut the crap. You know you can only control me from this distance. You're so full of it... By now, Stocatta's gun was again raised and cocked. Her finger braced the trigger. "I'll be shooting any second now, folks. Run!" Stocatta commanded. The tall blonde woman spoke again, "Listen to her guys...She's serious..." She's probably Knives' sister. It'd be a shame to kill her. I hope she creams Legatos' ass someday. Hey, I heard that! The group scattered as the bullet released. Unfortunately, she couldn't stop until she'd released the last four shells. You, bitch!! Why didn't you bring more ammunition?!?! Oops! Must've forgotten! The smoke cleared. At first, she thought she'd missed them all and began to sigh in relief. Half-way through she realized that a tall man with black hair next to an odd large cross was clutching his left arm. "Shit, not again!" he shouted. He flipped his right arm around clutching a gun of his own. He fired three shots above Stocatta's head. She ducked, but that didn't stop the loose tavern sign from hitting her in the head...everything went dark...

My dad raised me on the Beatles. I grew up liking Ringo, but now I'm a diehard Paul fan. (I guess I had a problem w/ the John/Ono scandal. I felt sorry for Julian--John's son who Paul wrote "Hey Jude" for when his parents split up... :( ) Their diversity in sound is a big step up from most of the Beach Boys songs...nearly all of them sound alike (except for "Good Vibrations" and "Kokomo"). The Beatles had variety all along. I like a lot of their songs, but those written by Paul tend to be my faves. (Yesterday, Hey Jude, I am the Walrus... ) I really think they've influenced modern music like no other artist/group. (I'm not a big Elvis fan...though I've been to Graceland...) They [the Beatles] were certainly prolific. I've lost track of how many different Beatles CDs we have...too many... Anyway, closing point: The Beatles are awesome!! It doesn't get much better than them!! ~art~

How many of you here like Shakespeare? We're reading Hamlet in my English class, and I like it a lot. We've started watching a movie with it. They have Professor Lockhart from HP2 playing Hamlet. He's FANTASTIC!! The only weird thing is that the setting seems like turn-of-the-century Russia rather than 12th-13th Century Denmark... :therock: Of all the plays I've read thusfar, I think it's my fave. (Macbeth and Othello are really good, too.) I hated Romeo and Juliet (or maybe I just hated Romeo...he was a pathetic excuse for a man...Mercutio was the only good character  ) Anyway, if anyone has any Shakespearean plays they'd like to comment on...please...comment! ~art~

I skipped a bit, so please forgive me if I repeat what others have said. When it comes down to it, men are turned on by sight, and women by touch. Naturally, a person is far more likely to see many people of the opposite sex than touch them. Additionally, men often have more trouble with committment. Though that's the case for some women, it's more common with men. I believe, however, that as men grow older, they realize they want only one connection, and this is how (w/ religious and soceital influences) most wind up in a monogamous relationship. However, temptation is always there. As far as I can tell, men have a harder time resisting those urges than women do. That's were greater infidelity comes in the place of the man. For those of you guys who are worried about admitting to your girlfriends that you're still (as in natural) attracted to other girls, explain to them that despite the fact that there are so many others who are also attractive, she (your girlfriend) outweighs them all. That's why you're with her, is it not? It should score you some points for complimenting her...

A lot of you are saying that you "hate" your siblings. I think "hate" is a very strong word. It's the opposite of "love". If "love" means anything, then "hate" is just as strong in the opposite direction. There are moments when I strongly "dislike" my almost 16-year old sister, but deep down, I love her more than life. I would never anything happen to her. Unfortunately, she is the cause of nearly every conflict in our house. As the second oldest daughter, she feels inferior to me and thinks our mom picks on her and doesn't understand her. We all do our best to understand and love her, but she tends to be an extremely selfish person (at home, at least). She's only nice to us when she wants to something. She's been going to counseling, but it hasn't helped much. Somehow, she's very dissatisfied with everyone at home and every pain she feels from the rest of the world is taken out on us--those who love her most. It's really a very sad, extreme situation. I would never ask to get rid of any of my 9 siblings. Though (not counting the affore mentioned sister) there are little fights here and there, we all get along pretty well. You're never lonely in a family this size! :D Oh, and I'm sorry, Guess, if I sound like a snob or something here, but "they make me mad" sounds like a pretty weak reason to hate someone. You can control yourself better than that. Sure, you'll get angry sometimes, but you've got to be the bigger person and look past it all. In a few years, they won't seem so bad. You're at the age when it feels like the entire world is against you--it's not. There are plenty of people who truly love you and care about you. They may not always show it, but they do. I wish you the best of luck in handling your sibling affairs. ~art~

First, Emme888, I love your banner and avi!! Ok, now that I've gotten that out of my system, let me tell ya that I know what you're going through. I'm battling w/ myself right now b/c I like a guy(Matt) who I've been friends with for a long time. We're seniors now, and we almost got together sophomore year, but I got burned instead (and ended up w/ a different guy(Adam) for nearly a year). Matt is an outrageous flirt, but, all-in-all, a good guy. However, he's gotten a big head b/c so many girls like him. I've realized that he's honestly a shallow person. He's actually said that girls are only beautiful when they wear make-up and have their hair down. I've found that it's never safe to place your feelings in a "ladies' man". (Unfortunately, those are the type I'm immediately attracted to.) The best thing I can say is try to move on. (I know, easier said than done. Sometimes I wonder if I'm really over a break-up--my very first--which happened nearly a year ago.) Trying to develop a crush on another guy will NOT help. (believe me, I've tried...) Instead, try to focus on enjoying your singlehood. Hang out with friends and try not to let yourself get caught up in the mentality that you must have a boyfriend. It's not really healthy. (I have a friend like that.) There will be bad days when you can't help the feelings that come over you. Just keep reminding yourself that it wasn't meant to be. I don't think I can advise you much more. PM if you have any questions or concerns. Trying to Help "Dear Artemis" lol BTW, has anyone noticed how pathetic "Dear Abbey" is these days? It's her daughter now. She chooses the most obvious letters and gives two to three sentence answers.

Let me just say, here and now, that I appreciate everyone of you guys out there who participates in choir!! There is a severe shortage of guys in most performing arts. (at least in choir and dance...not as much in theater, except at the high school level) By the way, guys who sing (well) and act...*sigh* I think I love you already, thethespian!! lol  Normally, I prefer tenors, but I'm finding that they have chronic "prima dona" syndrome. Basses and baritones are much safer...

Dan L, The books in the Catholic Bible have always been there. Shortly after the Christian faith developed, the Jews wanted to distinguish their scriptures from the Christian scriptures. They decided to only keep that which they could find in Hebrew. If there was no Hebrew text, it was excluded. Unfortunately, some works written during various exiles had been written only in Greek. For years they had been accepted by Jews, but, at this point, they were scrapped. When Luther broke away from the Chruch, he decided to use the Old Testament that Jews had been using. Ergo, some of the books were missing. With the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls, some of those books (which had previously been known only in Greek) were found in Hebrew. To Catholics, "apocryphal" writings are those such as "The Gospel According to St. Peter" and "The Gospel According to St. Thomas". It seems they were written by others and were never approved as being "inspired".

I've taken the liberty of resurrecting Legato. I'm not sure what twist was intended, but I'm going to imply that Knives is still a villain. If anything I say here doesn't make sense, PM me and I'll change it if possible. Alright, I've gotten an update from JoyKaiba. She wants Knives to be good, so I'm editing this accordingly. Also, to clarify things, Legato's voice in Stocatta's head will be in green. Her thoughts will be blue. Others thoughts/feelings will be red. Enjoy! Outside a lonely desert town stood a tall woman dressed in black. Her silver hair matched the silver moon which she gazed up at for guidance. Kill them!! The command echoed through her mind. I do not wish to. She answered back. Stocatta, you belong to me!! Kill them!! You have no choice! You know, Legato, you can be a really B*s*a*d sometimes..., she thought back as her booted feet began to walk towards the town against her will. She knew her targets. She knew her mission. He was right: she didn't have a choice. She didn't have a choice unless he let her have one. "Capture the humanoids. Kill the others." The order was never altered...until now...Now, he wanted them all dead. If they would not join Knives, they would not live. Stocatta Bluesummers found herself entering the town, approaching her targets stealthfully from behind. As she neared them, she could hear their thoughts pounding in her brain... "Why can't I trust them?!?! Why can I only trust Vash?" "What kind of a priest is this Nick? The guy's willing to shoot a kid!!" "This girl had better learn to trust us, or we're gonna have to do something about her..." "Shonya shouldn't be here. She's just going to cause trouble." "They're all gone. I'll never see them again! Travelling is not going to keep me from grieving! It'll only bury it." "I hope Nick'll be okay. We haven't even left town yet, and we've already run into trouble!" "The trouble's only beginning, gang," Stocatta muttered under her breath. Their emotions surged through her body: fear, anger, distrust, sorrow, and even a hint of love. Damnit, Legato! You're not like me! You can't see into them before you kill them!! she thought to herself...and him. The unseen puppet strings pulled her behind a building into hiding as one of the young women began to look furtively around. You know, if you'd just trust me to handle this myself I'd get it done. You don't have to baby me through this. she thought at him angrily. But his voice echoed through her brain: You know as well as I do that if I let you free for a moment you dash off in the opposite direction. You have not the same ends as I do. I can't afford to let you do as you please. You're too valuable to me, darling. Stop acting like you even give a s*** about me!! All I am to you is a tool. Go screw yourself, a**hole!! Suddenly her arm contorted against her will. It reached into the holster concealed under her black trenchcoat and grasped her gun, made with the highest of precision and care--All for Legato's revenge on Knives...for abadoning him on the brink of death. It's bad enough that I have no free will. What a curse to be a puppet of a psychopath seeking vengeance...", she thought bitterly. Legato's anger surged through her brain and her right hand, clenching the gun, whipped up, aiming into the street at the clueless people gathered together. God grant you peace. Stocatta's eyes welled up. Her finger pulled the trigger.
