Only 2 tributes. If it was different, there'd be something on the site or in the rulebook about it, and there isn't. 3 sacrifices are only required for Gods and cards that require them for their effect (Moisture Creature, Gilford the Lightning).

My win/lose/draw record's in my sig. It gets updated whenever i get around to it, and only if I remember. Almost a year and a half of duelling under my belt, and I can only account for 5 matches...
-
It doesn't, really. Although, Kazuki Takahashi *apparently* originally had them as Spell cards in the manga, so it's sort of a half truth... Better than openly admitting WoTC forced the change on them.

Breaker will be restricted to 1. Add a Magician of Faith or two. I think Gravity Bind'll hurt more than help, since just about all his monsters will need demotion to attack under it; only a few of his monsters will be able to do so. He'll need to use it sparingly, or it could stop him dead as well as his opponent. Definitely get a Heavy Storm in there, if he intends to use that Strategy. Ditch both Fairy Meteor Crushes to make room; add a Big Bang Shot and Storm. Maybe drop 1 Axe of Despair for United We Stand.

Quick Save I can't see getting popular outside of Amazoness decks. Even if a Control or Burner deck throws in a Swordswoman or Fighter, the card would still be too situational for them to really consider using. Most people, if they want a free high level monster, will use recursion. Book of the Moon...has never been in any deck I've built, nor have I seen it in any deck in my local metagame. Dark Core might see use as a counter-measure for Jinzo in a few decks in preferrence to OttD or Fissure. However, it hurts your hand, and Hand Disruption decks have gotten popular with the arrival of Don Zaloog and Yata.
-
Okay, something simple... What reason was given for Jinzo not being effected by Time Wizard?

Catapult Turtle's effect can be used over and over as long as you have monsters to use its effect on. Generally, people who intend to use Scientist in the english environment will be using cards like Last Will and so on that allow them to special summon the cards they need.
I don't mean to be...negative for my first post here, but I disagree. Pretty much all the commons in LOB are useless. You can use them, but if you do, then you will lose more than win. Even though Niwatori isn't from LOB, it's still useless. No duelist that has a good grasp on the game and its' rules would ever use that card.
My point was that they aren't completely useless. Sure, they'll probably hurt more than help in most cases, but they still have a use. Edit: I messed up the vB code. Is fixed now.
I don't know what a Bad Reaction to Simochi deck is. Could someone please tell me? Also, Upstart Goblin and Jar of Greed will not help you get Exodia or another card combo any faster. As I said in my previous post, the end result is the same(you have card A in your hand).
A Bad Reaction deck revolves around using cards that increase your opponent's LP to hurt them. For example, Upstart Goblin and Rain of Mercy. Also, you may only have gotten "Card A" with that Jar of Greed or Upstart Goblin, but you're also a draw closer to Exodia, since you've drawn 1 more card than normal during your turn. It may not seem like much, but it can make a difference.

No card is completely useless... Sure, some are far less playable than others, but there's always some use you can find for them. Although, the uses do tend to be a little too situational to really be practical. Gather Your Mind could be used for deck thinning, and as Solo has mentioned, adding Magic Counters to cards that can use them. Skull Servant and all those other monsters with weak stats and no effect can also be put to use (generally by giving them to your opponent). Creature Swap and Magic Box of Death, for example. Swap your puny monster for Jinzo, or kill the Jinzo, give them your monster and attack it with something else. If it's the only card in your hand, play Exchange. What you get off your opponent's bound to be better than what they're getting off you. Every card has a use of some kind. Sometimes, you just have to look harder to find it.
-
Quick Plays don't need to be set; they can be chained from your hand during your turn (still at spell speed 2). They only need to be set for chaining on your opponent's turn. Screencap from the tournament PDF concerning MST and IO:
Umm Kakashi that would work in theory and probably would against new duelists but, there is one card that will always haunt you for quite awhile and that is called "Barrel Behind The Door." Seeing as how Catapualt Turtle's effect is not Battle Damage your opponent could activate that card and you would take the damage instead.
I've seen people with a fair amount of experience fall to Scientist decks... Besides, not everyone runs Barrel Behind the Door. Way too situational in an environment where the predominant deck type is Beatdown. They'll maybe have Cylinders and Ring of Destruction you could use it against, little more.
-
Just wait 'til scientist decks become popular. They can slaughter beatdowns (or any other type of deck) in a turn with the right draw... Catapult Turtle+a series of 2000+ fusions

I found something on Altavista...well, two things, actually. There's an RPG and an actual fighting game, neither were released in America. Go onto Altavista and enter "Rurouni Kenshin Video Game" as your search string. I think there were a few American retailers in the results. Edit: Also, the box art:

You could stand another trap or two...try getting a Mirror Force, at the very least. Take out a Warrior Returning Alive for Change of Heart. More tribute fodder for your archers.

My Paladin deck, more or less as it is now. Forgive the mixture of Japanese and English names. Fusion Deck 3x Super Magical Swordsman, Black Paladin Total: 3 Tribute Monsters 3x Dark Magician 1x Jinzo Total: 4 Non-Tribute Monsters 3x Versago the Destroyer 3x Magician of Faith 3x Skilled Black Magician 1x Cyber Jar 1x Witch of the Black Forest 1x Sangan 1x Yata-Garasu 1x Blood Vors (probably to be replaced by Breaker) Total: 14 Magic 3x Mystical Space Typhoon 2x Curtain of Black Magic 2x Polymerization 2x Fusion Gate 1x Dark Hole 1x Heavy Storm 1x Monster Reborn 1x Raigeki 1x Change of Heart 1x Pot of Greed 1x Graceful Charity 1x Harpie's Feather Duster 1x United We Stand 1x Premature Burial Total: 19 Traps 2x Waboku (possibly to be replaced by Imperial Order and Ring of Destruction at later date) 1x Mirror Force 1x Magic Cylinders 1x Call of the Haunted Total: 5 Main deck total is 42. My side-decks currently being re-worked, on the grounds that it wasn't much use at all.

Flipping and Flip Summons are not the same thing. His attack forced a flip, so he couldn't use Solemn Judgement, since it's not considered to have been summoned. Not too sure, though.
-
Needle Worm (from DL4). "Top 5 cards of your deck, please." They're so much fun to use, even though I don't run them any more. Especially if you kill your opponent's staples or cards that could potentially turn a match around. I put a fear of set cards into a metagame where the only person who owns Nobleman of Crossout or Sasuke Samurai is me.
-
You could... But there are better monsters you could use. A GAF, Giant Orc or Zombyra the Dark could quite easily walk all over Dark Elf, and if you're not on the offensive, your opponent'll try taking control of the match. The one monster you don't destroy by using Dark Elf to stall could be sacrificed next turn for something like Jinzo.

Jirai Gumo's attack was changed to 2100, and they increased it's defence. Looks like there were a lot of mistakes in that episode...
-
He's using the Japanese names... Black Forest Witch is the Witch of the Black Forest. Anyway, I don't like Newdoria. I think Cyber Jar would serve you better.
-
Yes, the attack was wrong...
They put it down to 400 when it should've been 1400.
There was something else wrong, though.
-
Breaker will be restricted to 1, as will Virus. Why do you have a De-fusion without a Fusion deck?
-
I know you said not to bug you anymore... But why not use 3 Limiter Removals instead of 3 7 Completeds? Since they've been unrestricted and all. Maybe take out Horn of Heaven and Nightmare Wheel for DNA Surgeries so you can change them from Machines before they die.
-
Okay...I'll try making this one hard. What mistake do the dubbers make during the Rebecca/Yugi match in regards to Cannon Soldier? There are at least two things wrong.
-
Malik/Marik then Jounouchi/Joey Neither Yugi or Kaiba are knocked out, since with the elimination of two players, the semi-final matches are already decided.
