Hmmm... you say that nothing can be done, but what have you seen on the news for so many years? Death. A whole crap load of death. Now, I am not, repeat, NOT promoting acts of random violence, but I see it liek this... Let them die. There's too damn many of us, so let them get blown up, or stabbed, or run over. Sure, go after the person who did it, but let the person die. The terrorist attacks on 9/11? Hell, in a way, they did the world a favor. Now, I'm not saying that 9/11 wasn't a pretty sad day for everyone, but think of if mass killing like that happened almost everyday, until there were onyl a handful of large groups left... The world, my friend, would be saved.

"Mmmm..." Rodney thought this over, "Sounds a little bogus, if you know waht I mean." He layed back in the grass, not caring about much, as usual. He plucked a piece of grass and stuck it in between his thumbs... fweee "That's... annoying." Joey said, looking over at the home-made instrument. "And hey, who wants to be part of a club, eh? I just wanna go to school and be crazy, ya know?" Rodney sat back up and looked Hunter straight in the face. "Fine... leave if you want. You might regret it." Hunter said, a little to seriously. "Hey, what's that supposed to mean?" Rodney said, hopping up and putting his face in Hunter's. "Well, the ghosts might get you..." there was a visible snicker in Hunter's expression. "Fine... I'll be a part... jsut to show ya!"

One word for ya... overpopulation. Ever since humans practicaly existed, we've been, well, a bit different, no? As we evolved, one of the most prominent differences between us and our other cousins on Earth, is how much we reproduce. Of course, it compares nothing to some small furry mammals, and bugs, and so on, but we... well, big. The problem is, we humans no longer reproduce to survive... we do it for pleasure. This, inevitably leads to way too many humans. We are choking our planet... Earth con not sustane us forever, especialy at the rate we are growing in numbers. We, if I may quote Agent Smith, are a virus. Not to mention the irreperal(sp?) damage we have caused the planet, and fellow creatures. We are responsible for hundreds of species going extinct, and because of us, the Earth's natural life-time has already been greatly diminished. The question... do you think us humans really should even be aloud to exist? We cause mroe damage than we're worth, and the world would be much better off without homo-sapians.

Rodney found the note in his locker, and read it over quickly. "Stupid pranks..." Still... he thought, this could be interesting... He sat on the ground, cross legged, thinking over wether or not to go. Eh.. why not... He got up and went to class... ~~~~ Rodney appraoched the creek, surprisingly with several others walking next to him. He assumed they had gotten similar notes. Spotting Damian/Hunter and a girl he didn't know, he ran the rest of the way. "Hey, what's the big idea... well hello." Rodney got a closer look at the girl. Hunter nearly glared at him, and he instantly pretended to lose interest. "So, uhh... let's see... oh ya, what the hell are we doing here?"

OOC: me no have a real life girlfriend... talkin bout you, Love. IC: Jacob nudged his way out of the crowd, and to an empty table. He leaned his head back, his face still hot from their brief experience. He smiled to himself, and thought of what his friend would say... score one for unpopular people! Man... how did girls do that? Make guys feel so... helpless. It was a good helpless though... whatever. Having no other way to keep his mind occupied, he put his skates back on, and went out into the rink.

Jerid still sat on the high wall, the little dragon still casting annoyed looks at him, when a bolt of lightning struck in the forest. An after-affect of the storm those two had generated? No... it was induced. "My Queen...Clesia..." he had no idea how he knew she was involved, but it was his job to serve her, and of course to protect her. All other rules were dropped when someone of a higher rank was in danger, and Clesia was the only one above Jerid. He drew his short-sword, and leaped off the building, going as far out as he could, into the forest. He grabbed a thick branch, and began running through the trees, Torinte flying not far behind him. Reaching his destination, he landed with a dull thud, and pointed his blade at Soul Taker. "You have threatened the Queen. Are you ready to accept the consiquences?" Clesia grabbed his shoulder... tightly. "Jerid, put your sword away, he may be our next solder."

:love2: He blushed even more, but listened to her, and tried not to pay attention to the others. Every joint in Jacob's body seemed to be against him, as he tried to mimck Steph's movements, even though they wern't very complex. They looked into each other's eyes, and kept doing so... you have to wonder why humans love to look into each other's eyes. Their noses touched breifly, but somebody bumped Jacob in the back, and his lips touched hers... woops.

OOH, someone finally replied! Oh, right. Thanks for the advice... it's gonna come in handy. Ketsurui, I do intend to try and improve my drawing abilities. And Lady Katana, thank you so much for that... The only manga I actualy own is Naruto, the rest I borrow from my friend, but I shall deffinately start trying that. Oh, by the way, just about everything I do is comedy, mainly because it doesn't matter what they come out like, as long as they're funny. Time to work on those eyes aye? Thanks to both of you! ... again...

OOC: woopsies... lol IC: Jacob put his arms around Skye's waist nervously. God, he had no diea how to dance. ((What? It's true...)) He looked out at the skaters for a moment, and noticed several of the others here with Skye watching... he blushed insanely. He hummed along with the music, half out of nervousness. Not having a girl-friend until eighth grade hadn't helped. She was beautiful though...
-
Thinking of no faster way to get there, Jacob strapped on his skates and went as fast as he could without killing himself. It seemed everyone else was already there. He rolled up to the building, paid, and went in. Looks like Steph's already skating... He rolled out to the rink and waved at her. She waved back, and slowed just enough for him to catch up.

Some poetry I came up with at school... very boring US History class  Body Before Soul In my last hours, My existence contemplating, And all those Heavenly powers, Sitting, watching, waiting; I brought myself to thinking, That when I pass away, while my body sits here, stinking, My soul will fly away; And I wonder here in Death, That when my soul is gone, After breathing my last breath, What shall my body become? What is the hand without the brain, And what is the brain without the hand? For when my soul to Heaven came, My body turned to sand; So now here in Heaven sitting, Watching my body turn to dust, I find my soul is missing, My body's mortal lust; Is it not that lust that defines a man, Not this soul devine? But where, I ask, in God's sacred plan, Is that human lust of mine? END So what did ya think? I actualy think I need one more stanza, but my mind was drawin' blanks, so this is it. Hope you like it.

OOC: Heh, I could send you a copy... lol. IC: "OK..." Jacob replied quietly, still blushing. He watched her go down a different street, and stood a moment, watching her go. Damn... if only she had been around in fifth grade... He came up to his house, and tried not to show his face to his mom. "Hey Mom, I gotta go to Sparkles later, K?" "Oh? What for?" "Uhh..." Jacob was lucky he was in a different room, or he would have been really emaressed, "It's Steph's birthday." "Oh... let's see, was she...?" "Yes mom." He replied before she could finish.
-
"OK! Ya got your..." Rodney nearly skipped happily, explaining the layout of the school to the new girl. Clesia she had said her name was. "Oh, and... wooh, hey we're back at the library." "Thanks for showing me around." Clesia said, a little quiet. "So... you said this is your first time in a public school?" Rodney laened against a white plastered wall. "Ya..." "Well, you might have to get used to the nick-names around here." Rodney said before she could finish, eager to talk to just about any girl. "People call me crazy... that's because I am... so, what are you like?"Clesia blushed a little. "Woops, I meant so we can give you a nick-name." The blush decreased, and she leaned on the wall next to him.

It was Gym for Jacob... and the teachers were having them run laps around the gym room to "warm up". He ran next to his friend, whom shall remain nameless... "Hey, you know it's Steph's birthday ..." Jacob fell on his face. Getting up, he said, "Damnit, why does nobody tell me these things?" "Hey!" the Gym teacher's voice rang out, "On your feet! Keep going!" "Slave driver..." He got up and kept running. Later, in between classes, he caught Steph in the hall. "Hey! How come no one told me it was your b-day?" Looking over, she said, "I did... you were half-asleep." "Oh... damn... there gonna be a party or what?" "Yep... after school." "Right..." Jacob ran off. After school, he searched desperately for a quick-gift... and found one... eventualy. A Monty-Python DVD... well, she had never seen it, and she did love to laugh... it could work.

^^;; sorry LA... Right, so... the first one, I actualy thought flowed rather well, except for these two stanzas... Reality Just hit me Like a board Frozen cold You can?t trust your ?rents Or anyone else Life?s so difficult But watch your step You might just trip The first one just kinda... well, didn't match up. The second one was hard to imagine rhyming. But poetry doesn't have to rhyme, so it's all good! And you're right... it sends a good, if not grim, message. OK, the second poem... yes, short, but very, how you say... lyrical. It seemed almost liek it should be a song. Except this part confused me slightly... "Darkness know sits on its throne". The words just didn't make sense... maybe I'm just confused. Good job over-all. PS: better L.A.?

Alright, this happened a loooong time ago, but when I was in day-care in Texas, the place recieved at least three seperate bomb-threats. All three times (I think it was three) the police came, checked the building, found nothing, and everything went on like nothing had happened. I remember I was scared as crap, seeing I was only about five or six... Aparently they were all pranks, but some one obviously got ticked. Since then, I can't remember anything major happening, but my memory sucks anyway, so that's all for now!
-
Very nice back-ground. I'm guessing your computer doesn't liek you... still got that pixelated look. Anyway, the image on the left seems a little stretched. Of coarse, I'm not informed on Sailor Moon, so that could be what the person looks like... whatever. I'd say 6 on this one. It's pretty good, like the first one, but it just seems... I have no idea, but the other one deserved the .5
-
lol, oh boy, Sailor Moon... nice image, but was that blurry-pixelated effect intended? If it was, then awesome, if not then too bad.. lol, looks liek it was though, so,ummm.... 6.5! Yes, I almost always put a point five...

Ohhh, yes. Hitch-hiker's Guide... been a while since I read it, but it is hilarious. You gotta admit, the funniest character is Marvin, the paranoid andriod. "What a depressingly stupid machine..."--Marvin. His name was Marvin right? God, I hope it was. Just theway it's written makes you laugh... it makes the most ridicualous things sound perfectly logical. Like, "The Universe is infinate, but there are only a limited amount of habitated planets, and anything divided by infinity, is so close to zero, it might as well be zero. So, we do not exist." Not the exact words, but it was something liek that that Doulgas Adams wrote. You could go on and on about how funny it is... and we shall!

OOC: lol, funny skitto, real funny. ^^ IC: Garren nearly said 'what are you doing here?' but decided against it. "Arunue... you..." Arunue just looked down at him. "What, think I wouldn't come back?" She flipped over on her back and lay next to him. He wasn't entirely sure what to do... should he ask about Kano? "Don't worry, our son is fine." she said, as if she knew what had crossed his mind. Well, she probably did. "But I'm a little worried about you..." she said, turning to face him. After a few seconds, they kissed again, and the thought of ending the kiss never even occured to them.
-
God, that seems familiar... where did you say it before? Can't remember... oh well, I'd give it aaaaaa...... 8.5! Not entirely sure why... it's very touching. Kinda has that romantic mood, ya know? Though I still say the best poetry is depressing. ^^

A screen flickers on, and a face, parcialy hidden by static, appears. The only discernable feature, is that the man is rather old. He takes a deep breath, and begins... "As you are listening, this experiement, excuse me, project, is already underway. I'm afraid we could not wait for your consent. For my own purposes, I will describe what we have already done... Three years ago, in 2113, we began researching a new concept... we called it 'spontanious cloning'. Cloning itself has been around since the late 20th century, but we have taken it to a new level... the prossess itself has actualy little to do with actual cloning, but we use the term for lack of a better one. We named the project "Ziogi", after the late Dr. Ziogi, who had the original idea. After speaking with the government, we reciaeved a vast amount of funding. The implications were... incredible. After completing more research, we made our first attempt at creating a 'spontanious clone'. The process is very exspensive, so we had only enough funding to perform it about one-hundred times. This may seem like a lot, but in science's eyes, it is nothing. Especialy for an experiement of this calibur. Our first try was... unsuccessful at best. Over the course of two years, we made all one-hundred attempts that our funding would allow, and made many advances... but did not succeed in our ultimate goal of making a lving, breathing, thinking biological human from nothing but a few atoms. Begging the government to continue our funding, we recieved anough for only twenty-five more attempts. This was obviously not enough. Nevertheless, we continued, and again found ourselves without any money. Desperate to continue our research, we turned to Generation Corp., the biggest corperation in the western hemisphere. Fascinated by our studies, they agreed to give us funding... for twenty-five more. Upon completing these twenty-five, we had a huge break-through... one of our 'clones' had actualy been alive for a moment. That had been the one-hundred and forty-eighth attempt, so we named the briefly-lived experiement, Ziogi-148. We succeeded in doing this several more times, but they all died. We again ran out of funding... but as desperate as we were, we turned to you. Your scources may not be legitimate, but you provided the neccessary money. It only took three more experiements, and finaly, we had reached our goal! A thinking being, that could live! We named it, excuse me, him, Ziogi-183. He was obviously rather, hmmm... stupid would be the best word. Having been born of nothing but atoms, he had almost no intelligence. Nevertheless, we tought him. Ziogi-183 was a fast learner, and was at an average IQ level within half a year. Amazing still. Showing you our results, you gave us funding for three more, and all were succesful. Ziogi-184,185,and186. To our surprise, 185 was a female. We had not intended this, though it did not delay us. Then, it happened. The first one, Ziogi-183, had amnesia, and only retained basic knowledge. We taught him again, and prayed the same would not happen to the other three. It did. But then an idea came to us... and we instantly prepared. When the four had amnesia again, we prepared them, and sent them into the world. Fortunately, this time they had retained much more information, enableing them, hopefully, to survive in modern society. And so it began. We are monitoring them constantly, though they don't know it. I am deeply sorry for not informing you earlier, but the project had to be set underway immediately... I beg your forgiveness. Dr. Lecturn, signing out." ~~~~~~~~ SIGN-UP Well, I hope you survived my gruelingly long story, and have made it this far. Now, the basic plot is, this group of scientist have made four intelligent "spontanious clones" and released them into the world. The year is 2115, so expect many futuristic, uhh... things. You must take on the role of one of the four clones. Ziogi-183, 184, 185, and 186. Though they may have named themselves something else after the amnesia. After the four spots are full, you may be someone else (a member of the illegal group, one of the scientists, etc.). You will need... Number: 183 184 185 186 (not needed if not a clone) Given Name: (just Name if not a clone) What you named yourself. Age: (only if not a clone) Gender: If you are Ziogi 184 or 186 you are male. If you are 185 you are female. I am taking 183. Appearance: Clones may be just about anything, but keep it realistic. Pics are accepted (no pics from videogames our movies) Bio: Not required if you're a clone, though possibly recomended anyway. Skills: What are you good at? Personality: Try to be very descriptive here. ~~~~~~~ Here's mine... Number: 183 Given Name: Ziogi Gender: male Appearance: 5'11'', and seems about eighteen(18). He has blue eyes, and scraggly brown hair. He has a very strong build, though he appears rather skinny when wearing his usual clothes. Speaking of wich... he wears a brown shirt, under a light-blue jacket that stragnly resembles a lab-caot, and black pants. Bio: All I can remember, is a strange facility, and someone calling me... Ziogi. I have nothing else to call myself, so I'll use that. After that, I'm at some hotel, with everything paid for, and about three-hundred dollars with me. I'm very confused, but I guess things will sort themselves out... eventualy. Skills: Very agile, and more flexable than an average person. He has an un-canny ability to predict people's emotions. Personality: He is largely silent, mostly because he is very confused. The observing type, and a quick larner. He has almost no idea how to deal with many emotions, but copes as bes he can. Well friends... this is my longest RP intro yet, and i hope you enjoy!!

OOC: Runy made me wait to post cause she thought Skitto was going to... heh... hey Runy, I think ya started trend with the child thing...lol IC: Garren sat for what seemed to him like hours... upon hours, upon hours. He was searching for any sign of Arunue, Kano, or Hiroshi's energy. You'd think that all three of them together would be easy to find, but they had forseen this. He had to restrain tears as he thought of what might be happening... what if Arunue had gone back to the Cascade? She had gotten over it twice before... could she do it a third time? What worried him ven more, was what Arunue might be doing if she had indeed become the killing machine again. And with his son... their son. She couldn't possibly harm him... could she? He prayed to anyone, any Diety that might be listening, that she could not. But first he must find what realm they were in... without that, he couldn't do a damned ting anyway.

OOC: it stands for "Out Of Character" and "In Character"... hey, were you really drunk? Somehow I doubt it... I've seen a drunk person type, and it was a lot more confusing @_@; IC: "No... you can't drag him into this! You can't!" Garren suddenly went into deffensive mode. He stepped in front of his sleeping son and had to resist going into a fighting position. Toshi stepped forward, "Hey Garren, calm down, we're not gonna hurt him..." but Garren didn't listen, something had snapped, and it wasn't fixing itself. "Back off!" Garren pointed at Toshi. Not sure of what to do, Toshi went back a few steps. Now Rail came forward, "You fool, this is for his, our, own good." "I don't trust you!" Garren actualy raised his fists at Rail. "You can't come any closer!" Now Kano woke up, yawning. "Daddy, what's happening?" The child said sleepily. Garren looked down at him, the fire fading from his eyes. What had gotten into him? Then waves of memories hit him... the chaos, the pain, and the loss of the past year... he wouldn't, he couldn't let Kano be dragged into that. Yet these fools, these betrayers were bent on it. He must not allow it. He must find Arunue... where had she gone?

Well this is certainly... unique. Count me in dude!! And, uhhh... don't pay attention to the slang... lol. Name: James Henry Age: 26 Description: 5'11'', and not as formal or important looking as most within the city. He has dirty brown hair, wich comes down past his ears, and green eyes. His build is tough, as it has to be in most situations, but he carries himself in a way that makes him seem, well, not so tough. Personality: He finds humor in many things most people wouldn't dream of laughing at, and isn't afraid to laugh at them. His sense of trust is running thin, but you can get him on your side with a bit of persuasion. He keeps his cool most of the time, but sometimes gets caught up in a tight situation, and doesn't think straight. Bio: James was born and raised in Florida, by two, let's just say, not so good parents. As a child, he was silent and often shy, but seemed to but into other's problems, only to be shoved around by someone. After completing middle-school, he left Florida with some extra money he had saved up, and tried to get a job in Georgia. Failing to do so, he found a local school and completed high-school. His life didn't change for a while, and his social life wasn't looking so hot. The few friends he made were never around, and he was struggling to find a girlfriend. At age 22, he left for Pecunia, in the hopes that he would be swallowed up in some corperate dealings and make something out of his life. Again failing, he used the little money he had left to get a small space in the city. For a while, it was his life. He slept, ate, breahted, and did just about everything else in that little spot. By some kind of irony, he got a hold of some money through a desperate triad, and added to his little corner of the city little by little, until he actualy made it into a half-decent bar. The msot amazing thing was, he got customers, and the number slowly grew, until word spread, and he was making a noticable profit. Hard working American corperates would come in after a long day, and sit down with their friends, or even chat with James occasionaly. With the money he earned, he was able to turn the place into a hot-spot for American workers and business men, and thus he stands. One thing he learned... always keep a gun in the back... just in case. Education/Training: A high-school level education, and a good idea of corperate functions. Nothing special. He does know some Japanese. Driving Emotion: Ambition. He just wants to make something out of life (not necesarily his) from the ruin that was his past. OK... I get everything in there? This looks like it could get interesting fast.
