nuh uh you have to catch the 3 legendary DAWGS NOT CATS and you have to have clear bell 4 suicune,and then when you have proven yourself,a stairway will apear and you can go on

actually u only have to move 1 boalder. when you come up the stairs to the rock moving placewalk up,all the way,then go over,than down,push the bottom rock out of your way,then go all the way down,then go all the way over to your right,then go up 3 steps then to the left as far as you can go,then up and push the boulder into the hole above it,then go to the right and down the stairs and then go as far as you can go down without strepping on the ice,then go left and go down and ta-da your where the necermeltice is and just continue on your way. hope this helped and it is easier than pushing all 4
