1. Orikal awoke the next morning quite early the sun hadn't risen yet. She sighed heavily and felt Kobe stir as well. She had almost forgotten she fell to sleep with him in her arms, and thinking back to her dreams, wished they could act on them. "Are you ok, Kobe?" She asked in a hushed tone so as to not wake the others. "Yeah, I'm fine." She smiled down at him, loosening her grip on his body. He moved himself off of her, sitting at her side. "Ok," she sounded disappointed, she really didn't want him to move. She then felt his hands wrap around her waist as she thought that, pulling her into his lap. She felt his face snuggle into the connecting point of her neck and shoulder. Is this love? I would guess it to be it, my dream self knows me better to say that while I dream. "Orikal?" Kobe spoke quietly to her. "Yes?" She had her eyes closed and was leaning her head ot the right so that she wouldn't bump into Kobe's. "Is this love, me with you?" She smiled as she put her hands on his. "I would summize as much. Why must you wonder?" Orikal didn't have her eyes open and she could feel his heartbeat against her back. "Just wondering. I figured as well, do you think that we will live if we are forced to kill?" Orikal opened her left eye and looked at his profile. She could still feel his breath on her skin. "I don't know, but Callisto won't let anyone be killed. She was very protective if I was to get hurt by anyone she would hit them quite hard. I really think we should be safe if we were to aura fuse and she to be near." "You're right, she seemed definately like Sesshomaru." She nodded and turned her head to look at his face. So beautiful he is. Mom would go ballistic if we were to marry. She was moving forward slightly, he was coming closer too. Inches apart then, "I wonder if their awake yet?" It was dawn and Orikal picked up Inuyasha's voice and heard footsteps coming their way. She was so close to kissing him she cursed Inuyasha for his bad timing. She turned her head when she felt Kobe's breathe in her ear, "Stay, don't move." She froze just for him, but she wasn't comanded to close her mouth. "Yeah, Inuyasha, we're awake. Woke up before you all, we did." She looked annoyedly at Inuyasha. "What are you so unhappy for then?" "Inuyasha, don't push her, can't you tell she's-" "What? I can push anyone if I-" "It is not wise, Inuyasha, she's-" "I don't care, I can do what I want." "Fine, she's all yours then," Kobe released Orikal from his grip and she stalked right up to him. "You!" She mustered up as much malice as she could, eyes burning furious. "You foolish hanyou! You don't just go sneaking up on PEOPLE!" She touched the prayer beads on his neck. "SIT! DON'T YOU KNOW NOT TO SNEAK UP ON PEOPLE? I THINK YOU SHOULD SIT and leave others alone for awhile." Inuyasha had created his mini-crater yet again, but because Orikal used some of her power to enter the prayer beads, she was huffing with steam trying to get out. She turned her back on Inuyasha and walked back to Kobe, once again in his lap. "Are you ok? You seem awefully-" "I'm fine, Kobe," she smiled serenely and connected her lips with his right then, right there.
2. Alchemy gazed over at Katrina, smirking at how pissed off she looked. She stole one quick glance back at Gabriel, still having perfect aim at the man chest. "So, people? What do we do when someone makes a cheap shot at one of our members?" She called to her allies and friends. Clips were inserted into guns and knives drawn with speed. "That's right, we kill them." "No, not yet." Kugo, on the other hand didn't here it and Asmodeus got to taste cold steel first. "What?" Sariel asked about to fire. Alchemy took two hurried steps over to her. "Shoot, don't aim to kill, let 'im limp away." The Demon was taking aim at them, waiting for one to break ranks. "Oh, right," she also smirked. My turn. She pocketed her gun, and threw one of her daggers at him, he dodged it though. Alchemy knew she wasn't going to get that dagger back until he fled, or she got the nerve to go to it.
3. Orikal watched him sleep, his head on the connecting point between her should and neck. She smiled and wrapped her arms around him. Is it just me, or does he look like the child he acts like when he sleeps? She decided he was and ran her pale fingers through his hair. Completely oblivious to everyone around, and she too, fell asleep. She was still holding Kobe to her and her head was resting on his. "What would Kasa say, Orikal?" A voice sounded in her ears. "What?" Orikal glanced around and saw Hitomi staring with a look of complete revoltion. "About him, you dunce." Hitomi pointed at Kobe as she spoke. She seemed to be the only one there. "Where are the others?" She asked, Kobe still asleep in her arms. "They left, of course, after telling me that you guys just went right off to sleep. You looked like you died in each others arms." Her upper lip twitch as she gazed at her sister. "Really? Didn't think that love would look like that," Orikal's voice was cold. Hitomi didn't notice the chilliness in her voice. Why was Hitomi here now, talking about how her mother wouldn't be pleased. "It's rather disgusting, you're a pure angel, and we already have one disgrace living here. I wouldn't like to disown you as a cousin, Ori." Orikal's blood boiled, how she can lecture me about who to be with. I guess she doesn't lose sleep at night, and that nickname! "I can think of something else that's distasteful, Hitomi. You are in good company, at least I haven't resigned myself to give away the one of the things that makes me unique, unlike you," Orikal replied. "At least I'm giving myself to angels, not half-demons. Though, you might have more than one before the end of this. The prophacy is coming true, and Naraku might want a taste of you if you don't play your cards right." "Hitomi, you're so much like Tsu-tsu. The purity of blood has nothing to-" "So Naraku is a fantsy of yours? Even I never thought you would stoop so low." "I don't fantsy Naraku, the one in my arms, is who I feel strongly for." "And he will be your undoing. You're endangering your life thinking you will live long enough to hold him in your arms after the prophacy has unravelled. You're so naive, Ori, so foolish." "You're the one who's foolish, Omi! You've never loved one man, just lusted after them. I guess you got what you wanted." "I guess you will too. I just hope that the prophacy is fulfilled before too much damage is taken, for both of your safety." Hitomi turned on her heel and walked off. "Hitomi, will I see you again?" Hitomi looked over her shoulder. "Yeah, Ori, but I hope that it's not too soon, because I'm dying, and you have such a promising future. Even if I predicted both of your deaths." Orikal woke up and the others were gathered around the fire. She bent down to Kobe's forehead and gently placed her lips to it. Hitomi, please don't be correct. I do not want to be alone before my death. She hugged Kobe posessively to her and closed her eyes, lying her head on his.
4. Alchemy knelt down into the shadows, taking careful aim. I could blow up a building if the thing misses the mark. She couldn't help but smile, though it went unnoticed. Lucky me for not needing any bullets...specially modified by yours truly. Her gun steady she watched each person from the Demon group. They were shoting recklessly, nearly every bullet ricocheted off the metal in the alley. One finally had the nerve to come after her, jumping into the shadows. She dodged a fist, and pulled the trigger. A orangish light emitted from the gun, catching him in the stomach. She walked up to him and saluted to him mockingly before getting back to the fight. "Having fun, Gabriel?" She asked amused because he was fighting in close combat. "A blast!" He growled hitting the one he was fighting with in the head with his gun, knocking him unconscious. Alchemy laughed heartily as she hurriedly placed her uzi in her belt, and bending down to her boot to whip out a jagged dagger. She threw it at the one unproaching her, getting him in the shoulder. She never really could hit exactly where she wanted to on a person. "Damn knives," she whispered, punching the guy in the nose. She swiftly pulled on the dagger and swiped it across his neck. Yeah, two down!
5. "Kobe!" Orikal saw that he was bleeding badly, she rushed over to him. Forgetting everyone there, she didn't care anymore-he was hurt, all because they wouldn't let her go after him. "I'm sorry I wasn't there, what happened to Naraku?" Kobe looked at her almost taken aback because she had known that Naraku attacked him. "A girl came and fended him off, helped me get away." She sighed, and tried to take the shirt off. "I don't need help, Orikal." He said mulishly. "You do, and the shirt's coming off." She focused her mind on his hands, moving them away from the shirt, ripping it more than it already was. The cut was deep, and she had to work fast to make sure to keep him from stopping her. "Who was the girl?" She asked, keeping his mind off of what she was doing. By now she had mended half of the wound. "Callisto," he breathed. So she is still alive after all this time. After applying the last of the cloth to his wound she let his wrists go of the mind bending. She helped him sit up, wary of the pain he's feeling. She blinked her red eyes at him and smiled. Orikal saw him smile weakly back and she kissed his cheek, blushing afterwards. I'm glad you're all right. She pushed a lock of black hair behind her ear, still smiling. Somehow, Orikal had a shroud suspiscion that somewhere close by she knew that Kyo and Itshui were cooing over them. "I'm glad she is still so sweet. She and I were friends until she had to leave, I never saw her again." "Oi, Kobe, what happened!" Inuyasha seemed to have been trying to get their attention for awhile so he resulted in shouting. "Inuyasha, please. Kobe was just attacked by Naraku. Callisto saved him, I doubt she's there anymore though, she usually finishes her jobs quickly. She was always the first to finish eating and almost always won the games we played." Orikal said reminisingly. "Oh, so Callisto really does exist?" Heero asked. Kagome sighed heavily and patted her son on the back, but Orikal really wasn't too forgiving. "What? You mean to tell me that you didn't believe a word I told you?" She asked exasperatedly. "I did believe everything up till that point, Orikal." Orikal rolled her eyes, well at least now you do.
6. Orikal looked at the hellspawn in front of her. What he was saying, it couldn't be true. He was just reading what had happened, he wasn't predicting anything, was he? I just don't know anymore. Meteo's going on about us killing them off, and Naraku will make sure we do that. I'm just afraid to know what really is my fate. "Kitra, my ability is a rare one. I'm on of the few angels that can transform. I took on the form of the stranger that we saw and foolled-" "He cannot be foolled so easily," Inuyasha interrupted. "He the one who foolled us when he was trying to get Kaguya's powers. His trickery is known, don't underestimate it." "I'm not trying to! I've never known anyone but my incarnate to make such chaos, and she was nothing like Naraku." Orikal put the heel of her hand on her forehead, quite unnerved. "I'm going to find Kobe." She said, but Heero grabbed her wrist. "You'll be endagering yourself, Orikal. If Naraku is to take Kobe, it's better the other piece in the puzzle is missing." Orikal looked at Heero. "Please, let me go to him," she pleaded to Heero, still holding onto her wrist. "Orikal, it's unwise. I know you don't like me for what I did, but trust me. It is unsafe to go after Kobe know. We can't let you go after what Naraku told you and what Meteo has said about the prophacy." Riyuna spoke to her, but Orikal was not listening. It'll be my fault if Kobe's captured. I can't just sit by and watch while everyone holds me back. "Please, Orikal. Listen to them. Kobe can handle himself, don't be rash and try and go after him." Kyo had spoken to her next, and she didn't turn away, but she was still thinking. It'll be our fault if everyone is dead...everyone one except... "Sesshomaru's daughter." Inuyasha, Kagome, and Heero stiffened and Miroku and Sango paused. "What did you say?" Miroku asked, as if unbelievingly. "Sesshomaru's daughter...she'll live, and if I'm not mistaken, Heero will have to fight with her." Her brain was whirring and she wasn't speaking fast enough. "The prophacy says that only a half-demon and demon will remain. But the part in the prophecy is corrupt because Inuyasha and Sesshomaru had to fight together to kill Naraku the first time, correct? So it is only natural that their offspring will be the ones to finish him off completely. They'll be able to because Heero has a bit of purifying powers passed from his mom, and has his dad's strength. Sesshomaru's daughter-" "Doesn't exist, Orikal. You're working out something that isn't true. Sesshomaru never had a daughter." Kagome was on her feet walking over to Orikal. "He did! I know, the reason why I say the prophacy is corrupt around the part of the whole full-demon and half-demon is because Sesshomaru didn't have a full-demon child, she's part angel!" A stunned silence followed these words. "What?" Inuyasha, always the first to recover, asked startled. "Her name's Callisto, I saw her here in Gaia. I talked with her. We were fifty years old when we last saw each other, around seven or eight in human years. She had silver-white wings, with silver-blond hair, eyes mixed wiht blue and amber...very uncannily alikness to a Shiori you might know." Yet again there was a silent crowd watching her. "Wait, how can Sesshomaru have a daughter 200 years old, if I'm not even fourty yet?" Kagome asked confused. Orikal thought then it hit her. "He came before Inuyasha was born, that's how," Orikal watched as everyone was shocked completely by these words. "Callisto told me that she never knew her dad, and her mom had died ten years after she was born. There's no other way. I figure he came here by accident when he was fifteen in human years-ten human years before Inuyasha was born." Dots were connecting rapidly as her story unfolded. "Sesshomaru met Callisto's mom, and after the 'meeting' he somehow found his way back to his world. The reason Callisto's a legend is because she's been in Gaia the whole time." "It's highly possible," mused Miroku, and Sango nodded. "How can the prophacy be corrupt?" Meteo asked after listening to the small story. "Because someone didn't want that prophacy to tell that one of the most powerful people in the two worlds, exist." Orikal summized for them. "And I'm suposed to be the other," Heero asked her. "Yes." Orikal sat down, hoping that Kobe would return soon.
7. Orikal looked wildly around. Sesshoumaru's daughter.... Orikal knew who the girl was, ran into her on a flight. The girl was looking worriedly around, and Orikal was just a little girl last saw her...she's my age, I met her 150 years ago. Callisto, aren't you still alive? She felt Naraku's hand touch her face. "My, after you've served your propose-" He started, but was cut off. "Get your filthy hands off of me!" She yelled snapping at him with her teeth, as her arms and legs were tied to a wall. She had just come to, waking from hearing that he could make her... He back-handed her, the stinging was immesne, but she didn't care. "You'll never get that close," she whispered. "You really think so do you? I could have you now and you couldn't stop me," she looked his way and saw a gleam inside of those hatred filled eyes. "Bet me," she coaxed, she would break the chains. She broke the mind control, she can break chains. "Do it." She went to move her wings, but she didn't feel the thrust off the wall. She looked down, wide-eyed, and saw a pool of blood underneath her. Her blood. She turned her head to see where her wings were supposed to be. My wings, what am I to do? She bent her neck forward so that Naraku could see her smile. "Ah, see half-demon, I have already touched her. Her wings have been taken off. She glanced around the room to see where Kobe was. He was on the same wall, but through the smoke of the fire that was burning between them, he could only see her, and whoever was with her. But she could see more than he could. His body was shaking in the light of the fire. Naraku walked away over to Kobe. I can now make my move. She glowed the color of the smoke, so that no one could see a difference in her. She slipped through the chains binding her to the wall, leaving a surreal form of her body that was no longer on the wall. She had now taken on the form of the stranger, Kidymaru. She walked up to Naraku, keeping her eyes on him, so she would'nt give herself away. "Naraku, I just knocked the angel out. She cheeked me, I don't tolerate that from slaves." "That's right, that's why I chose you. You wouldn't dare betray me, would you?" "No, never, my master. You alone will be able to make me the strongest next to you and whoever else is your ally." She lied, her scent had already taken on the smell of Kidymaru. "Would you please take care of their transformation, Kidy? I can't stand to be inthe same room as that angel, she is like Kagome when it comes to that pure energy." "Right, master, right. The half-demon and the angel will be fused." Naraku walked out in a fast stride, opening the door and slamming it shut. Orikal waited until she felt his miasma leave the castle. Probably to find some girl to satisfy his tastes. She thought with an air of revoltion. "What are you going to do?" Kobe asked her like he wanted to kill her. "Bust us out. You forgot all about my transformation techniques." She said taking off the hood of the cloak. "I didn't forget, I just didn't think aobut it at the time." Whatever, nows not the time to argue. "Close your eyes, I need to transform quick and the light for these transitions are bright." She watched his eyes close, and she becan to form a heart-shaped face, pale skin, wings of black, red eyes, a black, skin-tight tanktop, and a black mini-skirt. When she saw Kobe again, she grabbed hold of his wrists and pulled him off the rack. She created another fake person to take his place, also knocked out. They suck down through the floor, as Orikal moved them down, as though in quicksand. "You failed to mention you could pass though things like a ghost," Kobe said after they landed on the ground close to the camp. "Ok, I can pass through objects like a ghost, happy?" She asked, grabbing his hand, returning them back into the clearing. Naraku was far from them and they entered the clearing to see everyone out of breath and mid-way calling out their names. "Hello, everyone, we-yet again-have some news." Orikal said calmly. "Well? What is it?" Heero asked, abandoning the cool voice. "We're supposed to kill ya'll if we get under his control." Kobe said heavily. Yeah, but we aren't splitting up. Hiding's for cowards.
8. Orikal's eyes snapped in the direction of the new comer. "No, we're trying to destroy Gaia. After I master becoming a dark angel of course." How thick can you get? If you happen to see an angel in the group, one clad in white no less, you're more likely to find a group helping, not destorying. Why do I bother to think sometimes? Her patience had been stretched by the appearence of Naraku, and Riyuna! My life is over, she'll probably throw me back into jail...but maybe I'll be long gone from this place. She smiled and buried her face in her hands, blushing furiously. She felt a hand on her back, whipping around, grabbing the offending hand, she was covered with red. Yet again, Kobe was the one to startle her out of a reverie. She let the hand go back to the owner, blushing scarlet. "Sorry, it's just...a little edgey, you know?" She smiled weakly at him. Kobe's mom was looking just above her head, and she felt the prickle of a thorn. It was then she realized she still had the flower crown on her head! Oh...my...there's going to be awkward questions, mark my words. "Those are some pretty flowers, did you make that yourself?" Itshui asked her. Told you. Orikal glanced around and mumbled something incohearent. "Sorry, didn't catch that?" I can't lie! That wouldn't be the best thing to do...grr! She looked at Kobe and pointed, reducing Kobe to go into the Red Zone, covering him head to toe in red. Orikal patted his back, still burning. "Well, that was sweet, Kobe." His mother said, trying not to laugh at her son's mortified expression. She and her husband went off to chat with Miroku and Sango about 'Naraku' happenings and such. "I'm sorry...I forgot, I thought they fell off," Orikal said in a whisper. "It's ok, it's just, Mom. Are they supposed to embarrass you nonstop? I mean, she could clearly see that I had given them to you..." the shock still hadn't left Kobe's face. "Yeah, their supposed to. It's in their unwritten code. Rule #1: Embarrass you child as much as possible. Rule #2: Make sure they do good in whatever they do. Rule #3: Embarrass more. Rule #4-" "Ok, I get it," Kobe said lifting the flower crown off her head. He flinched when he set it on the ground though. Orikal dropped to her knees, demanding to see his hand. "I'm fine, it'll heal." She grabbed the hand to see the tiny cuts from the thorns. Instantly, the skin was closing over it, stopping the small flow of blood. "Is that the perks of having demon blood? Instant healing?" Kobe laughed. "No, we just heal faster than humans do, that's all." Orikal folded her arms across her chest, sitting on her knees, and making a pouty face. "Angels heal face too, you know." He just laughed more. When he had stopped she still had the look on her face, and she was gazing into his eyes, reading them. It's cute how he can look like a tough guy. It's rather funny to watch his eyes too. He seems to be freaking out about something he thought. How...amusing. She smiled yet again. He just can't help being a child...no, he just acts like one. As I do.
9. Orikal flew just above the tree tops, hearing Kobe crashing through the trees at top speed. Naraku, who is your ally? Why have you come back? Out of spite? She held her arms closer to her body, diving into the forest. Kobe was a blur as she watched him race across the branches. Orikal reached out her arms, catching up with Kobe, and grabbing him around the waist. She put on an extra spurt of speed and within seconds they landed at the camp, out of breath. Orikal keeled over, exhausted, while Kobe stood, breathing heavily. "What's wrong with you two?" Kitra asked abbruptly. "Nar...a..ku...plot...go..ing...to...use...one...of...us," panted Orikal, still trying to grasp a bit of air. "What?" Shouted every one but Riyuna. "He's...gonna...use us...as a...puppet," finished Kobe, almost able to breathe properly. Orikal saw Inuyasha stare at Kagome, both had their mouth open in shock. "You're sure?" Sango asked worriedly. "Dead...sure," breathed Orikal. "We heard it...we saw them...and the Saimiyosho," Inuyasha and Heero cursed at the same time. "No wonder," Miroku looked down at his hand. Kobe bent down to help her stagger to her feet. Orikal gasp as she went down again, but Kobe still had ahold of her. "Thanks," she said smiling. "This happens a lot when I fly too fast." Kobe let out a soft laugh. "I do run fast, don't I?" He asked her. "Yeah, you do." "Ahem, we have a serious situation here." They heard Heero say, annoyed. "Oh, right :animeswea ." Both Kobe and Orikal said simultaniously. All right, Naraku and freaky person, come out with your hands up. She grinned slightly at her thought, knowing nothing like that would happen.
10. Orikal listened intently to the side-effect of aua-fusion. You might not know what it means, but I do... she smiled when she thought about it. "Right, my abilities. I have a sort of telekenisis power that let's me manipulate stuff, that tracking ability, transforming my appearance, making aura weapons, and this..." she trailed off, tugging at the pendant around her neck. "What is it?" Kobe asked, it started to glow slightly. "I don't know, it just glows every now and then." :animesigh I wish that I knew what the hell this is, it creeps me out sometimes, glowing like that. "Who knows, it might be useful. Keep wearing it, it looks..." he trailed off. "What?" She stared off into another direction, completely toning everyone but Kobe out for however long, she was lost. A girl walked out of the bushes and started to talk to Inuyasha, Heero, Kagome, Kitra, Miroku, and Sango. "Riyuna," she breathed to Kobe, grabbing his hand. "Huh?" A few seconds later she said her name, Riyuna Shintoso. "I knew it." "How'd you know that?" Kobe asked. "I know who she is because she turned me into the law men here." "What? You were in-" "Shh! Don't let them hear you! Besides, what I was turned in for was trivial matter, I promise, I didn't kill anyone or harm anyone. I accidently broke a rare flower-a glass rose." She whispered hurriedly to him. Lord, him freaking out for nothing. I want to try that aura-fusion sometime though, it sounded like fun.
11. Orikal smiled at Kobe. He's said that twice now. "Okay, I'll tell you mine. This is how I'm able to track people so well. It's along the lines of voodoo-sort of. I can use anything that Naraku has from clothing to anything he uses. All I've got to do is use a little incantation." Orikal winked. "However the side-effect is that I have to have to use the incantation on the thing that I get from him...instantly :animeswea ." Kobe laughed at her. "Yeah, I know, pathetic," he just closed his eyes grinning and nodded. Orikal laughed at this. "It's still a good technique, Orikal," she smiled sheepishly, but it turned into a grin. "I have other powers. I'll tell mine, if you tell me yours." Ha! Right back at you! You said it to me, now I said it to you! "I'm not afraid."
12. "Uh, yeah, you can say that again...de ja vu." Orikal said vaguely. "But, wasn't Naraku killed?" Kitra asked. "He should've been." Kagome stated. "I dunno, remember? He closed my wind tunnel off when he was drawing out Kaguya, then it-" a cry of pain escaped Miroku. "Not...again." A black whole was forming in Miroku's hand. "What the!" Orikal jumped backwards, accidently taking Kobe down with her. " :animeangr ," Inuyasha was clearing looking for a reason to severely hurt her. "Quick, Miroku, the prayer beads!" Kagome shouted at him. The blue beads covered his hand in a flash; Miroku staring at his hand. " :animesigh , well at least getting rid of things will go a lot quicker," Miroku said trying to be optimistic. "That's hardly a bright side, Miroku." Sango said darkly. Miroku tried to manage a smile. "I know." "Uh, I don't mean to break this up, but what are we going to do?" Restated Kobe as he and Orikal got up. "Go after him of course." Heero said plainly. "Is that right? I had no idea we were going to go after him," came the sarcastic reply from Orikal. Honestly, you would think that we were going to go after him after we've protected the jewels that weren't stolen, and those I'm losing out hope on finding, unless we meet up with the one who is stealing them. "What are we going to do, use the buddy system?" "That doesn't sound like a bad idea!" Miroku called. " :animeangr Lecherous monk," both Inuyasha and Sango said in unison, Kagome, Kitra, and Heero nodding their heads agreeingly. Orikal's eyes snapped over to Kobe, raising her eyebrows and giving him an inquiring look. And now the game: What...Was...He...Thinking! Orikal held a straight face as he adveted his eyes from her. As usual, everyone went to arguing instantly. Orikal walked behind Kobe and wrapped her arms around his shoulders. "Do you want to see a power that can help us track this guy?" She asked him.

You see, Alchemy liked to be the center of attention, and no one was going to stop her from receiving the spotlight. Alchemy also made sure that she could get anything from her parents. This is how the family moved from Paris to a small city in Russia. The end of phase one in her plan for success. In Russia, Alchemy learned three languages, English, Russian, and Japanese. She then began phase two there, taking classes for gymnastics, martial arts, and stealth. Her schooling was for the best of the best, making her brain one of the greatest talents anyone could have. She held a high head and bent each teacher to her will, she had gained the teachers attention. The children in her classes never tried to talk to her because of her reputation and many were afraid to answer a teacher's question because they thought Alchemy would get mad. And Alchemy grew to a greater height in brainpower, leaving her classmates and her brother and sister in the dark. Alchemy advanced through classes like they were candy, and finished high school around fourteen. She kept taking her gymnastics, martial arts, and stealth classes, becoming better than her two teachers and her sensei. She then decided to take classes for becoming a bomb specialist; she heard they were supposed to be the toughest courses. She worked through it all, taking only four years to complete college and graduate at eighteen. She had more eyes on her than she did before, and she glowed happily. Phase three had been a success. When she returned to her family after college, she found a broken home. Kelsey was working at a strip club to fill herself with the attention she had lost from her parents at the hands of her older sister, who never cared for her. Alchemy's brother was a drug-dealer, who also took to the attention of money to buy him some love that had he had been deprived of. Alchemy was full of life and energy, the exact opposite of her parents. They were drained of everything that they were fourteen years previously. Alchemy had finished what she had started, her phases-to make sure her family as miserable as she possibly could-had fallen into the right places and she turned her back on her family as phase four came to a close. Alchemy worked for plenty of government armies to create bombs, highly dangerous weapons, etc. When one day she was phoned a strange message from Gabriel. It was curious because it was the second time she had spoken to anyone by that name. In the message he asked her to move to Haven. Alchemy decided why not and packed her things the same night and flew to Haven. The next day, Gabriel approached her with information that was very interesting, she agreed to what he had to say. She was pretty sure that he had been the same Gabriel from before that called her four years ago. Weapons: Alchemy has a pair of guns like these that are modified and are highly dangerous; she carries them in holsters on her belt. She also has a pair of these daggers that are in each boot. Skills: Has some stealth and martial arts training, she also has beautiful accuracy-even though it's not needed because of her guns, and 12 years of gymnastics that she participated in during school. Character Snippet: Alchemy rolled to dodge the punch her sensei had thrown at her. She quickly landed on one foot, her right leg out. She spun the leg across Sensei's ankles, but it was countered. She felt her body being moved up as her sensei lifted her off the ground. Clenching her abs, Alchemy leaned up cutting her fist around Sensei's face. He released her instantly sending her back to the ground. The volume had turned back on and she heard the cheers of the crowd, louder than they had ever been. "Nice and clean, I have taught you well. You were able to defeat this old man finally." Sensei walked over to a heavily breathing Alchemy. Alchemy stood up hurriedly, and bowed deeply to him. He returned the bow, and smiled at her softly "I'm so proud of you, you have excelled though this so quick, like a foomyurakaa." Alchemy giggled. "Thank you, Sensei." She whispered gratefully. The referee, Koto, ran over to her grabbing her hand. He then flung it into the air. "The winner!" Koto shouted, "she has completed each task of this martial arts school!" She blushed as he was bragging all too hard. Everyone in the audience clapped, cheered, and whistled louder. She strode off out of the gym, into the locker rooms, to change. Her outfit was soaked thoroughly with sweat and her legs were shaking. She collapsed on the bench and smiled happily. She had won, and she had finished her college courses. She was going to be graduating college in fourteen hours. She dressed quickly to meet up with Koto. "Hey, girl! What took you?" She glared playfully at her boyfriend. "I had to get dressed and freshen up a bit, duh!" She slapped his cheek softly, like she was just touching it. He laughed at her, and removed the hand from his face. She smiled lightly and the two made their way down the street. "I'm happy about this whole ordeal, Al, I hope you the best." Alchemy kissed Koto's lips softly. "Yeah, me too." Koto kissed her back fully. It was pleasant serenity, with Koto in the sunset light. Koto held her in his arms for a few minutes. "We should get going, your parents will be worried." Right when Koto said it, car wheels screeched as someone came speeding down the road. He was going to crash into the traffic light if he didn't slow down. Alchemy heard the person slam on the brakes, but the car didn't stop. The person kept hitting the floorboards until a resounding crash met her ears. The someone in the car went through the windshield and crumpled two feet away from the car. Koto ran off to help the guy only a few feet away. Alchemy then heard a creaking sound and looked up to see the traffic light pole begin to slant sideways towards the car. She stared in horror as Koto and the man were completely helpless, and the pole moving ever closer to the ground. She adverted her eyes by turning around waiting for the pole to hit the road, and the crunching sounds to follow. And there it was, with a booming clang! the pole crashed into the ground, simultaneous was the crunches and crakes of breaking bones and bending metal. Alchemy didn't even look at the grisly scene, she just ran, as hard and as fast as her legs would carry her. She got home after nightfall, and the phone had begun to ring. She picked it up before the second ring. "Hello?" She asked in a quavering voice. "This is Gabriel, I hope everything is fine, Alchemy." She was shocked, no one by that name has ever talked to her in her life! "Do, do I know you?" She inquired. "No, I'm just a friend from afar." Said the cool, male voice. "Oh," she sighed deeply trying to get a grip. "Is everything ok?" "No, Gabriel, no. Nothing's ok." "Tell me," and she did, crying but she still told him. He had also asked what she was going to be since she was graduating, and she told him she was going to be a bomb engineer. He had been fascinated as she described different blue prints for different bombs. She had clearly forgotten about what had happened twelve hours ago.
15. Orikal true to her inside remark, kept quiet as Kagome started to ask questions. Kobe had finally had enough of listening to Kagome's voice and went to sleep. Orikal watched him get up and walk over to a tree and jump into it. His black hair was rippling in the breeze. She smiled to herself completely zoning out on the 'People at the clearing' factor. "Helloo? Earth to Orikal...what is up with you?" Kitra was waving her hand energetically in front of her face and Sango was calling her back from daydream land. "Huh? What?" Orikal snapped out of her reverie, jumping slightly. "Uh, you were spacing out." Kagome said somewhat happy. What is wrong with me? I need to...focus... Somehow her thoughts were crowded by the playful little demon. The dark green eyes, jet black hair. It's not like you haven't seen a good-looking guy before, Get a Grip! She tucked a lock of hair behind her ear and got up. Inuyasha, Heero, and Miroku were having their own little discussion, probably about us. She thought ruefully. About twenty minutes later, Orikal stood up, yawning and brushing off her dress. "Going to bed?" Sango asked. "Yeah, I'm surprised I didn't fall asleep." "You almost did," Kagome reminded her. "Night all." Orikal turned away from the camp, walking toward trees. "Where are you going?" Kitra asked accusingly. "Where the ground is soft." She kept going, making her way to the tree where Kobe was perched. She heard the soft sounds of night gently bringing her to her knees, eyelids begging for them to shut. She sat down inbetween the roots, grass had formed little pillow at the base of the trunk and the same comfortable ground was right underneth her feet. She sat down on the dirt and laid her head back, folding her wings around her body like a blanket. As much as she wanted to sleep though, she couldn't. She just kept thinking about stuff, tossing and turning, uncomfortable because her mind was uneasy, not because of the ground. She shut her eyes after half an hour's worth on this before she finally settled into an ueasy sleep.
16. Orikal watched as Kitra passed out. It was odd in how Kitra let go of her stress and pressure on her body and mind-black out. Wanting to laugh, Orikal strained to keep her face straight, she was still tired, only rested for a few minutes. She looked up at Heero and saw the expression of 'Why me?' on his face, but he didn't seem to be complaining too much. Yet again, Orikal had the sudden instinct of laughing right then and there. "I'm sorry, I'm going to go for a walk, relieve this stress, you know?" No one said anything, and she nodded to them and said, "I'll be back soon." Turning around she walked clear into the forest. Birds, crickets, and other animals were making their night noises, lulling the sun further down, making where she was almost completely dark. She then started to laugh, hard, wheezing actually because she really wasn't up to the breathing that was invovled. She hacked catching her breath, and smiled sedately in her settings. What she had found funny was that Heero looked extraordinarily like his father, Inuyasha-had his attitude by the way that Kagome talked, and Kitra was just a priestess, like Kagome was-Orikal knew that Heero's mom had to be a miko. But what really got Orikal to laugh was that Inuyasha and Kagome fell in love, and history's repeating itself. She chuckled nicely, the feeling of serenity in full force. She shut her eyes laying down on the soft dirt, it was perfect. Cool, yet warm, and not too dusty. She figured she wasn't going to get anything on herself so she relaxed and closed out all sound. It felt so good on the ground, she didn't want to get up, and someone was pulling her up. "Mmmm...no....don't wanna get up," her eyes shot open, she hadn't slurred her words just then, did she? She aways pronouced everything close to perfect, what was wrong? And the person was still trying to get her up. "Get off me, now." Her voice was cold, emphasizing the last word strongly with malice. Her what was supposed captor let her go, fast, but spoke soon after letting go. "They sent me to look for you," his voice was familiar but she couldn't place it, sleep still fogging her thoughts. She then took in her surroundings. Night had begun in the time she had shut her eyes, and a brilliant moon was shining from above. "Huh, what time is it?" She asked perplexed. "Way past the time you said you'd be back at, apparently." He had a sort of laugh in his answer. Ah, yes, how could I forget, Kobe. She stifled a giggle at her thought and questioned him futher, "What happened?" "Well, when I came back into camp, probably two hours after you left, they sent me in here." He seemed almost bored telling her this. "Yeah, speak of the devil, here 'they' come." Orikal pointed in the direction of the group. Kagome leading them. Oh, gods. I have encounted the matchmaker of hell. Orikal just stared at Kagome, glassy-eyed and such as. She liked Kagome, she seemed real sweet, only problem, I have no issue with my life thank you very much. I dare you to try and fix me up with someone, I dare you. Before anyone could say anything though, Orikal got up and dusted off invisible dirt, and began her way back to camp. Her mouth was staying shut all night if they began interigating.

18. Orikal smiled back at Kobe, hiding her real confusion. He's doing it too. Why though? She was exausted from the dead village's attack on her mind, and it worked it's toll on her body without cuts and such. Kitra seemed just as tired, and night was falling fast. What we did took longer than I thought, and we're only ten miles away from the village. Inuyasha and Heero were walking in silence-good job, Kagome, Kagome and Sango were talking and gigglingand giving me a headache, Kobe looked happy-faking it, Kitra-is dead on her feet, and Miroku was ahead of everyone else-deep in thought...what are you thinking? Orikal brought her gaze to the ground, they were nearing a clearing, and the sun was setting. "Let's set up camp, we won't see anything but what's in front of us." Kitra stopped dead at hearing Miroku's words. "Yes...thank you...Miroku," she was out of breath too and had settled herself on a tree root to rest for a little while. THe boys went off into the forest surrounding the clearing for supplies and such. "Kagome! You really shouldn't say that!" Sango called out when her friend had said something Orikal didn't hear. "But it's true Sango...remember how Inuyasha was to me? Well at least he's nicer than Inuyasha was." Gossiping grown women. I'm 200 years old and I hardly ever have gossiped, save for some of my sisters and friends love lives. Lord knows how chaste everything was with them. Pure my- "Too bad she's run out of energy...it's pretty easy to rememeber the old times with those two messing around." Their talking about me! And Kobe?? Orikal blushed heavily after realizing who they were talking about. All right, I guess there's nothing wrong with that, they can, but while I'm here?! Orikal laughed nervously and sat down next to Kitra, unable to get the women's remarks out of her head.
19. Orikal was being chased by Kobe, and she was too tired to run for long. She finally stopped, her own Angelic clinging to her uncomfortably. Kobe grabbed her shoulders and turned her around. "Not much fight left in you?" Nodding her beautiful red head, she again flashed a playful smile. "Ha...you're going to learn something new about angels," Kobe looked at her like she was crazy. "Oh, really?" He's being sarcastic...I can do that too, but no, not now. "Yes." Almost as if he decided to let go of her, his hands were being pulled off of her. Mind games...I give them a new meaning. Orikal's amber eyes flickered with amusement at Kobe. Heero, however, did not like the sceen too well. "Would you two quit being idiots and walk!" Orikal let Kobe go from her little mind movement. Kagome glared at Heero. "Would you stop acting like your father, Heero. You should still act like them, you're a kid too." Inuyasha was laughing at Kagome's rage. "And you," she turned on him, "should be ashamed of yourself, letting our son act like you." "Wha? He's fine the way he is." Kagome stared unhappily at him. Orikal gaped, but quickly closed her mouth. She should have gussed that those three were a family, but yeah, whatever. "I don't care if you think it's great, but it's not good for Heero to act like you." Her words were filled with anger, though she hadn't started to shout yet. "Yeah, whatever." Heero and Inuyasha said scornfully. Kagome looked at them both, and Orikal noticed prayer beads on both of the two's necks. "SIT...DOWN." Both Inuyasha and Heero landed face down into the dirt. Everyone but Kagome, Inuyasha, and Heero were laughing. When the spell wore off, Heero and Inuyasha staggered up from their mini-craters they left in the ground. Kagome had turned her penetrating glance at the crowd around her. "Do you want to be subdued too?" She asked menicingly. Immediatly everyone who was laughing shut up. It was Kagome's turn to laugh, and they were walking again. Completely out of the dead village. We shall see were this goes. With so much power, I bet no one can stop us.....I just hope I'm right.
20. Watching blindly, Orikal saw Kobe begin his own transformation. Her fists were clenched, she couldn't hear anything besides the voices in her head. She appeared to be floating a few inches above the ground, making her way into the dead village. She was confronted by several zombie-like beings. Lashing out, she cut many into pieces with elongated fingernails, around two feet long. She was starting to hear shouts of the new comers, just coming in streams of mixed words. She couldn't even make out fragments of the words, just letters. She wanted to scream aloud and rampage, like Kobe will be doing in just a couple more seconds. She was inside the burnt down village, dead bodies reassembling themselves, mangled animals, and rotting flesh over buildings that were knock down. She managed not to gag, being either the fact she had hardly any control over her body, or she didn't feel like vomiting at the present time. Angel, you came. Destroy your friends, they are not your friends. GET OUT OF MY DAMN HEAD!!! Blinding white light shown in the small damaged village, filling every crevice and crack with rays that only heaven should seen. Somehow a thought crossed her head that belonged to neither her or the dead. Kobe was destorying everything in his path, his transformation complete. Let me help you. A light unlike any other broke the clearing, a soft purification light. It mingled with Orikal's white aura, and she then realized. Kitra. The dead's spell lifted. Orikal lay on the ground gasping for breath like she hadn't breathed properly before. Tears remained on her face, the bodies had stopped moving for the week, but they would be back. "Is she all right?" A concerned voice reached her ears. Kitra and the gang were hovering over her, Kobe looked worse than the lot. Miroku had a load of cuts that didn't seem deep. Kitra was gasping for air, but not too heavily. Heero, Kagome, and Inuyasha were all covered with blood, be it their own or their enemies. "I'm fine, just tired. Let's get out of here before everything comes back to life." Everyone laughed except Inuyasha who just said 'Feh'. Everyone had done their share in the battle, Kobe might've done a bit more of the 'Kill'em and get it over with' part, but after some close examination, Heero and Kobe tied in the game they played. A little too much excitement, I think once we get out of the village, I'm going to take a nap.
21. Orikal grew hot with fury. This was not suppose to happen. No one was supposed to be able to steal the Earth Jewel was supposed to be secure. Now, every undead will gather, growing larger and larger. Tears were in her eyes, not of sadness, but from her anger at whoever had taken the jewel. "Orikal, you ok?" Kobe had laid a hand on her shoulder. Her eyes were glaze in a trance. She could barely hear the others around her now. Something was having an affct on her body and mind. The undead approach, taking my holiness. To make me join them. "Orikal," Kobe was persistant, waving his hands in front of her. Unable to control her body, a hand flew out and struck Kobe on the cheek. No! Kobe felt his face, then started to come closer. No, Kobe, go away, the undead a messing with my mind, controling my body! No sooner than she thought it, she saw Kobe draw back. "She's under a spell." He spoke in a cool voice. "A trance you mean?" Kagome spoke this time. "Yeah, how'd you-" "I'd now, don't worry, she'll get instructions to kill, that's when we run." "No, we won't run. We have to help her!" "She'll have to break it on her own-" Words we no longer penetrating the fog in her mind. Thoughts, hers or someone else's were coming in full doses. Kill them, angel No! Kill them, or we will rip you to shreds. You can't! You can't! She felt remotely the tears on her face, the hard ground on her legs. It was hopeless, she couldn't kill her friends, she wouldn't. But was she strong enough to over power the dead? Yes, I am. She stood and headed into the valley of the dead, facing death itself.
22. Orikal watched. "Want me to heal you again?" She asked Kitra nicely. "If you could conjuer up some clothes that-" Kitra stopped mid-sentence when Orikal started to glow. Kobe stepped back from Kitra and Orikal watched with a grin on her face at what everyone was looking at. Oh, yeah, did I forget to mention? I'm an angel that can transform. Golden eyes, white wings, and pale skinned Orikal stepped out of her transformation-holding some beads, and "Clothes!" Shouted Kitra happily. "Hold on, Kitra, let me hand them to you. My body's a little unstable after I transform." Holding out her hands, Orikal dropped the light silver material into her outstretched hands. Kitra ran off to put on the clothes. "Everyone, come get a necklace-YOU HAVE TO WEAR THESE OR YOU WON'T GET INTO THE VILLAGE." By the time Kitra came back one necklace was left. "Oh, Orikal thanks for the outfit, it's beautiful." Kitra was glittering from head to toe in the Angelic Orikal gave her. "It's an Angelic, you know that rare material that many try to sell for 6,000 ezios?" Kitra nodded, everyone else were puzzled. "Never you mind what it is, to keep it simple it a dress." Kitra responded. Yeah, it's a dress. With special ablities. Orikal watched Kitra. "Orikal," Kitra whispered in an undertone. "Hm?" "Keep your voice low, I don't want to offend the others." It was barely audible. "What?" "The Metal's village won't let in anyone unless they're pure," Orikal could tell Kitra was trying to sound off hand. "It's alright, fixed the problem." "You did? How?" "Let's just say their preistess will lose her 'touch' at telling if something's pure if that something that isn't pure is wearing a pure object. She'll have to let them in." Kitra looked like she wanted to hug her. Orikal was glad that she held back. "Genious." "Thanks." Orikal looked back at Kobe, "I'm going to have some fun now. Lord knows someone like him hasn't been around in centuries." Orikal walked up beside Kobe, to whom was still in shock from the whole 'transforming' thing. "You get used to it, you know?" He jumped. Orikal laughed. "Don't worry I'm not dangerous now, see," Orikal batted on of his ears gently with a finger. "See? Harmless." He flashed her again, and they started to have a 'Poke War'. Everyone else grumbling how one 200 year old angel could be so childish.
23. Orikal jumped after him, grabbed his ankle, and pulled him down. "Hey, get down here, we're not going through the trees, we're going on foot." Kobe stared at her. "You can fly-" "I won't fly though, it favors me not becoming apart of the living dead." He gaped. "Uh, what exactly at the Metal village people like?" Heero asked tentativly. "They're nice in general, but they want to protect themselves. So, naturally, they attack all that come they're way, unless on foot-which is the way we're going unless you want to lose your head," Orikal paused to give a 'look' at Kobe. "This village usually takes after elves that you make have heard in story books-pointy ears, good with an arrow, distant eyesight-but you'd be hard put to find one that wouldn't kill you if you mentioned they're uncanny likenesses." "Are you the only one to see them?" Miroku asked, when shakingly Kitra answered. Orikal raised an eyebrow at her. "It was an accident, I was walking, how was I supposed to know?" Kitra looked really pressured, and they had started to walk in the direction of the next village-it would take a week to get there on foot because of the rough terrain. "All right, don't answer it," Heero jumped in for her, she smiled warmly at him. Her Heero. Orikal started to laugh. I crack myself up sometimes, see I've gotten the old charm back
24. Orikal stared at Kitra and hugged her. Even though she didn't know her personaly, Orikal seemed to have some connection with this miko. Like as if Kitra was her sister, but wasn't around to play with. "You've got help, you don't have to go it alone." The silver-haired demon Kitra was talking to had spoke. "Thank you." Kitra looked emotional at the moment, but nothing happened. "I'm glad I have some people behind me." Everyone looked at her and nodded, smiling warmly at her. "Kitra, I know the people at the Metal village." Kitra nodded at her. Most of the others gaped, only two didn't. "The five jewels," explained a black haired monk, "are what each village have. One in each village, right?" Kitra and Orikal gawked at him and nodded. How one can know so much about our world, yet have never traveled to it. "Miroku?" The tajiya next to him whispered. "Yes, Sango?" The black-hair man asked the one beside him. "Doesn't this seem familiar?" She asked off-handedly. "Whadd'ya mean 'familiar'?" The older silver-headed demon spoke. "Kaguya, Inuyasha." The black-haired girl next to the silver-haired guy said. "Sango you don't think?" Miroku asked. "Yes, there is a possiblity, kazzana closed up, but-" The miko from another world cut off Sango. "Yes, Sango, I know but, she couldn't get reincarnated, could she?" "What is going on?" The younger dog demon shouted. "Heero, it was a long time ago. Naraku had tricked us, even close the wind tunnel in Miroku's hand, just to draw out an evil celestial maiden by the name of Kaguya." Inuyasha, the older dog demon it appeared, spoke next. "Kagome is reffering to the past all right. Don't talk aobut it." Miroku then leaned over to Kitra and Orikal and whispered, "Inuyasha doesn't like talking about it because he had actually showed affection to Kagome. He nearly turned into a full-blooded demon and Kgome had to kiss him to bring him back to his senses." "Shuddup, monk!" :animeangr Inuaysha's fist were clenched looking like he was about to hit the monk. Orikal exchanged a glance at Kitra who was giggling, so was Kagome and Sango. "Well," Orikal began, "if she was a celestial maiden, evil or not, she would be reincarnated. I should know, I was a celestial maiden of Callisto. I was told she reeked havoc on whatever she could get her hands on." A stunned silence fell over the group. "What? I'm not like that." "No, it's not about you. Kaguya reincarnated, will be worse than you. You wouldn't know what it's like. Undoubtedly, she'll find the celestial robe." Kagome spoke, shaking her head. Well hell. I guess I will be of some use then.
25. Orikal spread her wings and flapped them gently. IN a few seconds she was in the air. "Hey! No fair!" Kobe shouted from the ground. "Ha, I'm no fast runner." She kept flying, exceeding the group and saw a vilage in ruins. Whoa, whoever did this did a damn good job. "Hey, Kitra, I hope this village isn't what we were heading for." "What? What do you mean?" Kitra looked at Orikal in the air. "The village is in RUINS, Kitra."
