yes, there will be an option to kick people off team games, but only the person that created the game/party will be able to kick them off, noone else

the crashed gelnika battle plane that you access via the submarine is a good place to level up, also the forest around mideel is ok, even better if you fight 4 of the jumping grasshopper things, the crater is another good place, watch out for the dragon and the stone gargoyles, and if a magician casts roulette you had better hope it does not land on you

sorry to tell you but there is no advanced hall, there's only the beginners hall in sector 7 and an intermediate hall in junon, the intermediate one is supposed to get you on your way to becoming an expert, thereby meaning an expert hall is not necessary
