Well, I guess so... Heck, it's got Yuffie, that makes up for anything.. *hopes like all hell that Scrooge McDuck will be in it*

YUFFIE-CHAN!! *dances around room* *cough* Well, excusing that... What the heck is Kingdom hearts, and why are there so many recognisable characters in it? It looked pretty good, but when I saw Disney's Hades... There goes my faith in squaresoft.. :P
Originally posted by SuperSayian Owner/Benefactor: Russia
Oh, you're so dead... :P ------------ Name: Tamatea Bishop Age: 27 Height: 7'0" Power Level: 7,000 Bio: Bishop is never quiet, and will always speak his mind. Has a strong sense of morals. He's not usually rough, but will crack heads if need be. He does enjoy a good fight, however. He is intruiged by religion and mythology, as can be seen by many religious references in his fighting and speech. Description: (I'll post a pic sometime as well..) Black hair, with light grey/white spiked hair on the top (Anyone remember Goenitz?), and a small black ponytail. Has a black goatee, and green eyes. Wears a black jumpsuit, and white shoulder-less saiyajin armour, with white gloves and boots. Has gauntlets around his wrists, and wears a gold cross around his neck. Trademark Techniques: Kontan magunamu/Soul magnum: A shot of energy fired with two fingers of the right hand, the left hand grasping the right wrist for support and aim. The attack itself is a piercing bolt of energy, very fast and capable of cutting through nearly anything. When used Rapidly, it is very deadly. Mitsukai/Angel: A defensive technique in which two massive angelic wings formed of Ki surround Bishop, protecting him from incoming attacks... It can be used as an offensive attack, however, as Bishop can manipulate the wings and make them move as he wants, and as they are made of Ki, can expel moderate amounts of energy. Kousa/Cross: A very versatile technique. One common type of cross is summoning massive pillars of energy with the lift of two fingers (similar to the Bakuhatsuha technique) which rocket skyward, and then shoots out vertically 3/4 of the way up, creating a massive cross. (Don't understand? Think NGE.) The other is an energy beam shot foward, which also shoots out to the sides, which looks like a laying down cross. Fukakouryoku/Act of God: A deadly technique capable of massive amounts of damage. Bishop grabs his opponent by the head, and powers up a massive pile of energy out the back of his elbow. He then drives the huge coloumn of ki repeatedly into his enemies face, causing massive damage in a short amount of time. (Another NGE reference, think of the attack Sachiel uses in Ep.2) Joukai soshite jigoku/Heaven and hell: Bishops finisher, requiring intense concentration. Bishop calls two portals, one blue and white (Heaven), the other a firey red and orange (Hell). These two portals appear above and below the enemy, and proceed to pull the opponent in. This gradually and violently tears the opponent in two, sending his remains to alternate dimensions. The gates to heaven and hell are about a metre and a half in diameter, but can be made very large, depending on how long they are charged. If the two portals touch, then an uncontrolable implosion of catastrophic proportions will ensue. Owner/ Benefactor: Australia/New Zealand Marine Corp (ANZMC) ----- New Zealand will OWN you.

Flash sits in the pilots seat of the Excalibur, and switches Auto-Pilot off... He grabs the controls, and prepares to bring it down on the outskirts of the storm, carefully... As he lowers the Landing struts, he notices something... After running a scan on it, he realises it's a woman... A mercenary by the looks of it... Well, who ever she is, Flash isn't going to sit by and let a pretty girl go into the storm alone... He swoops the Excaibur down, and lets it hover near her... He walks out of the cockpit, and down to the entry ramp. It opens, and he walks down, greeting the girl with a casual salute.. Flash: Hello there... What's a pretty girl like you doing in a desolate wilderness like this?

Flash: God, this garden is a mess... Even the elevators don't work. Flash is the last to climb out the top of the elevator. Being the leader of the squad, he has to ensure everyone else's safety first... It's his responsibility. He jumps up to the roof of the elevator, grabbing two sides with both hands... In a single pushing and pulling motion, he propells himself up, with amazing power in his arms... He stands on the top of the elevator, and sees that Craig and Neil are already out, and are currently helping Warlock... Flash nods, and walks over to Warlock, holding his hands out, giving him a boost... Once Warlock is up, Flash reaches up, and the others pull him out... He brushes himself off, and walks towards the main exit. When they arrive outside, Flash looks to the sky... A dark dragon figure is flying in from the Northeast... Flash grins... Excalibur... Craig: I'll take it that's the Excalibur... Flash: That's right... Our ride to Dollet. Warlock: I've never seen the Excalibur before... And I've only heard of it once or twice... The squad watches in fascination as the Excalibur lands, massive claw-like landing struts folding out from its hull... The massive chrome dragon touches down. At the very front of it, a hatch opens, and a ramp slides down... The group steps foward, up and onto the ramp... They reach the top, and it closes... The auto-pilot enabled Excalibur immediately lifts off, heading west, for Dollet...

Connor: Well, uhh, where to start... Juggernaut, or should I say, Dread, is my father... He's here now, but don't worry. He was under Xero's control during the tournament. Xero's drones are currently spreading around the universe, changing all material they find into more drones... Whole galaxies have already been transformed... I don't know how much time we have left... Sephiroth: I see... But what of earth? Connor: ::sigh:: Take a look for yourself... Sephiroth turns around, and sees earth, far away... The planet is swarmed with millions of drone hands, and below the cloud of them, massive veins of molten lava can be seen, rising up from the earth's core... Massive explosions scorch the surface of the planet, all the while Seph gritting his teeth in agony, knowing there is nothing that he can do... The green fades away from the landmasses, the oceans turn red with blood... And in a second, the planet is ripped apart, a massive dark explosion finally sealing the planets fate... Everyone on the ship went silent... This was the beginning of the end... Earth was gone.

Flash: Warlock, are you feeling... Alright? Warlock: Yes... Yes, I'm fine... Really.. Flash: Somehow, I don't think you are...

Come on now, Cloricus. Don't spam, and stay out of Ravenstorture's RPG. She's the creator, whether or not you participate is up to her. And now back to our regularly scheduled Role-Playing. :)

Heh, Seph, as long as Sushi has DSL, you've still got the rest beat :p -
Connor: Hmmm... I sense Sephiroth... Aestus: Sephiroth?! Is he.. here? Connor: No, it's a message... Connor places his fingers on his forehead, and focusses on Seph's telepathic message... Once he gets a strong lock, he disappears, leaving the rest of the fighters behind... He appears in the otherworld, standing in front of Sephiroth, Yuri, and the North Kaio... Connor: Alright Seph. Let's get you out of here. Connor raises a hand, and places his palm on Seph's chest... A bolt of white light erupts from the center of it, in the shape of a cross... Yuri and the North Kaio look up, amazed... The halo around Seph's head disappears, and Connor lowers his hand. Connor: Let's g-- Sephiroth: Thanks, Connor... But Yuri wants to come with me.. And well, I want her to come too. Connor: Really? Connor glances at Yuri, looking at her up and down... He grins, aises an eyebrow, and mouths a quiet 'Damn'... Connor: Can't say that I blame you, Seph... Sephiroth: What was that? Connor: Nothing. Now, Yuri, just relax. Connor did the same as he did to Sephiroth. The white cross burst out from his palm, and Yuri too was revived... Sephiroth looked at the Halo disappear from above her head, and smiled.. Connor: Well then, shall we get back to the ship? Sephiroth: The ship? ...Azrael's cityship? Connor: Yeah... There's alot to explain. Connor cracked his knuckles, and then folded his arms... He disappeared, teleporting back to the ship... Seph and Yuri followed his lead.

Well, this is good news... I've been a fan of the Tomb Raider series since it first came out, so I'll be happy... Seeing as it's on PS2, I expect they will add alot of things, aside from the obvious graphical enhancements.. Besides, are you trying to tell me a game called 'Angel of Darkness' won't kick ***? ^_^

Flash drew his Magnum, the Silverlight... He hadn't used it in a long time... Since way back... Before all of this... He flung his head back, closed his eyes, and remembered... He was standing in a room in Julians's mansion.. A police officer, Warlock, was facing him, gun drawn and ready to fire. Flash... Or Hiro Murakumo, as he was then known, was in a tight spot. Unarmed and defenceless, it was a do or die situation... Suddenly, he felt a strange presence inside him, like someone was taking control of him... He pointed his hand at Warlock, pushing his palm foward. A neon-green field appeared in front of it, shimmering with a yellow shine. Worried, Warlock opened fire. However, his bullets all disappeared into the shield... Hiro grinned. He swiped his hand at Warlock, and the gun flew out of it... Warlock was astonished... Everything around Hiro went black, and a light figure appeared in front of him. Light: Now that you've tasted ultimate power... Do you want more? Hiro: Who are you? Light: I come from you... I am power you have yet to release. Hiro: I... I don't understand... Light: You don't have to. You will be the host.. Hiro: Host?! Before he knew what was going on, he could feel his body being taken over... And soon, there was nothing... Hiro was gone, and in his place, stood Flash... He took the bandana from around his head, and wrapped it around a strand of hair at the back, forming a small spikey ponytail... He thrusted his arms out, and his clothes all turned white, and were covered by a heavy-looking trenchcoat... Warlock recoiled in amazement... He had never seen anything so paranormal... Hiro laughed, and jetted upwards, crashing through the roof of the mansion... Warlock was left standing in shock, when everything went white... And, just like what happened to Hiro, a figure appeared in front of Warlock... Only this one was pure darkness. He spoke to Warlock of the power he could have... Warlock accepted, but didn't lose his control... Inside him, the evil lay dormant, waiting for the right time to expose itself... Flash opened his eyes, and grasped the Silverlight... That was when this journey started. He spun the gun on his finger, and then holstered it. He cocked his head, and looked over to the holographic timer in the middle of the room... 07:17:53

Wha!? I'm totally lost now. ::stops reading CWBs post for fear of hurting his brain more:: I know PSone is just a model of the PSX, but you're not saying it's exactly the same, right? I mean, stuff that works on a PSX (120 block Memory Cards, Action Replay...), hasn't worked on my PSone...

I mean, when Jango said "Always a pleasure to meet a Jedi" how can ANYONE possibly think that's a Latino accent? That's just plain idiotic.
Kiwi - New Zealand's national symbol/native bird Kiwi - Not Australia's national symbol/native bird :p

It's pretty simple... Audiogalaxy is WAY better than Napster was, way back when... And for everything else, videos, whatever, WinMX 3.1 is awesome. End of story.
Originally posted by AJ2K1 4 Life So.....FF didn't have the ATB system? Coz now I am so screwed... I thought FFIV was FF, FFV was FFII, and FFVI was FFIII.... but now my head hurts.... ..help ^^'
Heh heh, it's pretty confusing... FF, FFII, FFIII, FFIV, FFV, FFVI are all seperate games. I ::think:: that in America, FFj was FF (maybe?), FFIVj was released as FFII, FFVIj as FFIII, and FFVj, as FFV. Where's FFIV and FFVI? Who knows. Then they started using the Japanese ones for FFVII and up. Hope that makes sense.

Hispanic?! THIRD WORLD COUNTRY!?!? God damn, I hate ignorant people... Jango Fett was played by Temuera Morrison, a leading New Zealand actor. The young Boba Fett was also played by a New Zealander, Daniel Logan ... Senator Amidala's guard, Captain Typho (with the eye-patch) was played by Jay Laga'aia. Not hispanic, not latino, and most certainly not THIRD WORLD. I would advise you not to listen to crackpots who can't get their facts straight, heh...

The doors slid open, and the squad looked across an empty meeting room. Aside from a large circular table in the center of the room, it was desolate. The dimly lit room was a little wierd at first, but you got used to it... Fortunately, most people didn't have to get used to it. Not many people ever entered this room... Around the table were seats, and each had a small luminated area on the desk in front of it... On the back of chairs were names, members of the comitee... They couldn't see many, but the ones they picked up were Flash Murakumo and Kryss Aria, the reps. from Trabia... Flash is already behind his desk, as the other members of the squad look around... He taps in several keys on a holographic keyboard, and several screens appear... One of them is a Vidcomm (Video Communication) link to Trabia Garden... A yellow 'connecting' message flashes on screen once or twice, before it turns green, and disappears... Kryss appears onscreen. She is an attractive woman in her mid-to-late twenties, with dark green eyes, and blonde hair. She smirks when she sees Flash's face appear on her Vidcomm DU (display unit), looking fustrated and annoyed ... Kryss: What's wrong, Flash? Flash: Coming to Balamb was a waste of time... Cid wants us to go on Recon. Kryss: Heh, I can tell that you're not too pleased... Flash: Yeah, but It doesn't matter now. We're still going to Dollet, but as an individual party, not affiliated with Cid's garden comitee. I'm taking Neil, 'Lock and Craig with me. Kryss: I see. So how will you be getting there? Flash: I'll need you to send me the Excalibur... Kryss: Oh... Is it that serious? Flash: I fear that may be the case. We'll need a means of fast retreat, and possibly support fire... Kryss: Alright... Do you want me to come along? I know you 4 are experienced, but you might need more help.. Flash: ::grinning:: I know you're dying to tag along with a babe like me, but your expertise is needed more back at Trabia.. I mean, who would run the garden as well as you do? Kryss: Heh heh, Flash, you're flattering me... Flash: Well maybe I am, but I mean it. Kryss: ::smiling:: Alright, Flash. I'll get the Excalibur delivered to you right away. Good luck. Flash: Thanks Kryss... I'll be seeing you later.. ::winks:: Flash closes the Vidcomm down, and stands up. The holographic screens and consoles fade away, and Flash walks away from the desk... The other meet him with smirks as he enters the elevator.. He grins back, and presses the button to the ground floor... Craig: You never stop, do you Flash? Flash: There's always time for Flirting. Neil: Just one think, Flash... Excalibur? Warlock: Yeah, I can't say that I've ever heard of it either... Flash: I'll make it quick... Have you head of the ship that Balamb garden acquired sometime back, by the name of 'Ragnarok'? Neil: Yeah, big red dragon design... Flash: Excalibur is like that, except it's more of a chrome silver.. Warlock: I take it Galbadia has one? Flash: I don't know for sure, but I've heard of one called the Masamune... Whether or not Galbadia garden has possession of it, only someone like Chang would know..
Originally posted by Desbreko What, you need 3D graphics in order to fully enjoy a Final Fantasy game? FFV and FFVI are considered two of the best FF games by lots of people, right up there with FFVII. FFVI is actually my favorite in the series. Believe me, the graphics don't matter. It's the story and gameplay and character development and all sorts of things that make FFIV, FFV, and FFVI so great. FFIV was also the first FF game to introduce the Active Time Battle system, which was used in every FF game after it until FFX. If you get FFVI and/or FF Anthology, I can guarantee that you'll like them if not love them. I haven't heard anyone say that they didn't like FFIV, FFV, or FFVI, I don't think.
Absolutely... Out of all the Final Fantasy games I've played, the best have been on NES/SNES (save FFVII ^_^). I mean, look at FFX... No offence to anyone, but I'd rather play FF... Note--By FF I mean Final Fantasy, as in, the original, for anyone who didn't know..
