Just finished another Puck banner. (Bwee hee!) The only thing that really urks me off is how stuff looks different on the web versus the way it looks in the art program. The text looked awesome there, and pixelated here. Blehh. -_-

Anyway, I like the background, but thie pic on the laft is as bit blurry, I think you could've chose better pics. What program did oyu use?

actually, ive found that if i save as gif's instead of jpeg's it is much clearer, especially with text. i believe it was Semjaza who said that jpeg hates text.

tell us about puck... and what that translates to.

Puck is the trickster fae character from Shakespeare's play ([i]Midsummer's[/i]), but also a minor character from Disney's 90s show, [i]Gargoyles[/i]. Both he and Owen (the stiff guy in the suit) are fascinating characters to me, and I'm hoping that Disney will release those promised DVDs soon.

As for the Latin, it's quite mangled (I never took Latin, so I dunno how to conjugate), but the rough meaning is: "Solemnness stifles* what should be free**."

i didnt mean just to save the banner again as a gif. i meant that youd have to make it again and save as a gif because, if you dont, it is still going to look like whatever you saved it as first.
