hi im an insane gundam wing fan. its my favorite all time but im not too familiar with the other gundams. which do you think would be good for me? i like things with philosophy and good character depth like gundam wing.

Maybe 8th ms team would be A good one for you.

08th MS Team is a good choice but you should definately watch the original Mobile Suit Gundam, the one that deals with 0079 and all that. As you've probably figured out I am also a HUGE Gundam Wing Fan and am happy to provide any assistance. I do own the Box Set after all. Gimme a Private Message if you need more info. By-the-way if you cant find anything on Mobile Suit Gundam, I don't know why you shouldn't, look for the main characters like Amuro Ray and Char Aznable. Make sure not to miss Z Gundam coming on Toonami this Fall!

[Ben Holiday]

You should also look at X it's one of the better series as well as 0079 and Z. X deals with what if they had dropped colonies on earth and is pretty cool it contains a good storyline and characters. But if you wan't the more philisophical stuff go with 0079 and Z.

I highly sugguest that you go with the Universial Century due to the fact that it has major character development and you really become attached to the characters. And even though some of the animation isn't all that good its still awesome!

I'd say go check out 0083 its pretty good and keeps up alot of destruction like wing and 0080 is short artistic and has a killer battle at the end thats alot like the wing gundams. Also ive heard good things about SEED and the trailer was awesome.

are there any "trowas" in the other gundam?

[IkkiMechaPilot]

Well like trowa just kind of gets to be the pilot in wing there is the same thing in MSG and i bet stuff like that happens in other series.
