now that you think about it,it was a miricale so many people where late for werk.and that had missed planes...one of my friends has this friend who has a relative over there,he was due to go on the plane that first flew into the trade center...he missed the plane by 4 minutes...,and the story you shared ds is very touching and true....i guees it shows how the human race reacts to a crisis

You're right DS! In all disasters, many people say: Where's God? And they seem to ignore the many miracles that occur. If God hadn't done all the things He did on 9/11, I'm sure there would have been at least twice as many casualties...

Have any of you ever thought this might be offensive to some? For example, those who don't belive in "God"? I hate it when people talk about this stuff in front of me. I went in to French class today and the next person came in and decided to draw something on the blackboard. She drew and walked away, it was the star of david. I went up there and erased it. Sorry to bring such an interruption to this topic but you can't just assume everyone's going to be fine with this crap your posting..no offense or anything..

First of all i believe in fate and destiny (and some may not) but i think that all the people that past-away through this attack was their fate from God. I don't know why he chose for it to be like this but it was and people here cannot answer these questions because he is the only one that knows. Second of all this is VERY offensive to people that have differen't religions so i don't think we should talk about here or anywhere. Third why r we still talking about this topic there r some people that r still trying to forget about everything and get on with their lives lik predient bush said to do and this just adds to their pain and grieving.

I don't think this is more about god than it is about unity...

in DS's case, God just happens to be who he believes in thus it's his example.. I mean would you use Osiris for an example of a god if you didn't believe in him?

I think it's more of the fact that..... why... why does it take a tragedy like this for the American people to come together?

wow god has become a pretty important part of my life this school year he is like a re enforcement (sp) I think now to myself how would I get through a day without praying at least once whether it's to do well on my math test or to just get through the day I don't know religion is such a personal thing and I don't think anyone was trying to force god on you piro I just think ds was sharing some feelings for someone who may be having a hard time with 9/11 or just a rough day anyways just believe in what you think is right and don't let anyone tell you that its wrong
