It's really the worst format to use on the web, especially when you're trying to keep the memory size down. I think the graphics are quite good, but I do think that the text could probably benefit from something...I'm not quite sure what though. Perhaps a very silght drop-shadow? And maybe have it a bit more vertically centered? Other than that, I'd also recommend some sort of border...just because I think it keeps everything looking nice and neat.
