I've always admired her sense of being perpetually depressed( not that being depressed is a good thing, but it's amusing). In light of Hotaru's dark mood, I would like it somewhat dark too. If you don't use this banner I won't be offended just make sure to credit me if you do. I did one of young hotaru since I wasn't sure what you wanted, not my best work, but I tried.
