Request Needs resizeing (pic inside 500 x 300)

ok the pic is 300 x 500 but i need it to be 500 x 300 ya know like a poster, and i'm not useing it for this forum, so please don't say (the forum doesn't allow those dimesions, so who will do it for me?

[color=gray][size=1]It's width x height, so it's 500x300 not 300x500 now, you confused me a little bit >_>;

I just rotated it because it will turn awfully ugly if I resize it.
