This is the new Battle Tower exclusive to Pokemon Crystal. Here is all the
information I found. The Battle Tower is located west of Olivine City.

In Battle Tower, you fight other in game trainers with Pokemon at certain
levels. They are fairly difficult, but proper training and proper team
management can beat them.

Here are the rules:

- Only 3 Pokemon on a team.
- All 3 can?t be the same.
- They MUST hold different items.
- They must be within the level area of the tower.
