Okay so I'm really new to OtakuBoards although I am not new to TheOtaku. This was suggested to let people know I'm out there I guess. I like to hear what other people think of my art as long as it is constructive so let me know! :glasses:

I don't think new member posts are really encouraged here... but you did have a peice of artwork included, so maybe it's okay! Just in case you haven't, go over the rules and whatnot, mods expect members to know the rules of the forum, and it keeps ya outta trouble <3

As for your art, I think it's very well done. The colors and shading are lovely, the background is nice, and it looks like it's professionally done. I wish I could draw like that!
I don't even have any criticisms for you... haha... maybe that it's sad??? haha I don't know...
I would definately like to see more of your artwork, and welcome to the OtakuBoards!

Tres cool. :] The only problem I have with it is that the wrinkles of the sleeve are a bit odd and don't depict a solid form around her arm. Also, the two random short strands of hair sticking out in the back seem sort of akward.

Nice soft coloring and proportions! And she plays an instrument, which is always plus cool points. Hope to see more work.
I think your drawing is great. I love how your did everything. It looks really good ^-^ I give it two thumbs up :D anyways a little more practice and you can go all star lol.
GREAT JOB!!!!!
Oh yea WELCOME TO THE OTAKUBOARDS!!! :catgirl:
What exactly did they do well? Could you point out specifics, instead of just saying "everything looks good?" This would help the artist understand what they did right and what they should keep doing in their future work.

Oh um yes of course, the way the shading was down and the color matching looked quite well together. The body postion was good. The only thing that may need help on, in my eyes, is the details. But so far so good. Practice makes perfect you know?!

Everyone, please read my post above -- I don't feel like repeating myself. Everyone should read the Official OtakuBoards Rules as well as the Art Studio Rules, more specifically the section on constructive criticism.

If this thread keeps getting spammy posts, I will be forced to close it. Let's pick up the quality of the replies here -- it's unfair to AsageKitsune to close her thread because people aren't reading the rules.
