So you can't apply an OB avatar over there. But also, just as importantly, our avatars don't fit the size restrictions of theOtaku. Each site has different layouts and formats for these things. I have an idea that may help with this in future, but I have to talk to Adam about it first. Sorry to disappoint! For now your best bet is to request an avatar within our Art by Request forum.
