Manga Do shonen manga artist do everything by themselves?

Like Kishi or Tite for instance.... Do they do everything by themselves? It would seem as if they have help with drawing the environments, editing and etc.

Don't quote me on this but I think they have people to do the inking for them.  And someone probably adds the text in for them too.

[font="Comic Sans MS"]Most of them have apprentices/assistants to help with art and backgrounds and such. A lot of these helpers are studying to become mangaka themselves, actually. Their editors also typically get a say in certain plot points from time to time.

Fun Fact: Eiichiro Oda, author of the ongoing Shonen manga [b]One Piece[/b], used to apprentice under Nobuhiro Watsuki, who wrote [b]Rurouni Kenshin[/b] and [b]Buso Renkin[/b], among other things. Watsuki has included references to Oda's work in some of his stories, like the Straw Hat flag appearing on a cannonball in a later arc of RuroKen, and he's also drawn the main characters of [b]One Piece[/b] in his own style.[/font]
