I don't know, but I really like fire Pokémon. Especially in the trading card video game. Man, I'd put my Superfire deck up here if I had my game with me...

I can't believe it. You know how at baseball games there's usually some famous person or group doing the national anthem at the start of the game? This is so incredible. Our high school band has been given that privilege. May 2, against the Houston Astros, we play the Star Spangled Banner in front of tens of thousands of people. I'm ecstatic but scared at the same time. You don't wanna make a fool out of yourself in the middle of the field. I hope I don't screw up or anything... :nervous: :nervous: :nervous:

Yeah, privileges are good, but don't go crazy if there ain't any 80x80 pics out there... I had too much of a problem finding 100x100 pics for something else...

Man, the only horoscopes I bother to read are off of the ONION, a semi-national spoof newspaper. Other than that, I think horoscopes are a bunch of hooey.
Originally posted by PiroMunkie Dude.. Lady Macaiodh is a girl -_- It would have been more correct to say "sis" isntead of "bro". I don't know, there might have been a post that got deleted before yours that was of a guy.. but that just struck me as odd :drunk:
Yeah, I caught that a little while ago. My friend and I were messin around, and in our craziness I put down the "bro" part. No offense, Lady Macaiodh. :D

ZeoMiraiTrunks, you have eremophobia. Sere Tuscumbia, you have arachnophobia and acrophobia(heights). BabyGirl, you have Brontophobia. Though storms are cool, especially on a summer evening... Here's a site that has a very long list of phobias. A sample: Hippopotomonstrosesquippedaliophobia- fear of long words. Phobophobia- fear of phobias. Thaasophobia- fear of sitting. Arachibutyrophobia- fear of peanut butter sticking to the roof of your mouth. Unfortunately, they have no name for a phobia of bunnies *shudders*:nervous:

Spikey, you must live in one of those small towns where everyone knows everybody if you have no city buses. But moving slightly back to the subject... Our school has no air conditioning or anything. We make due with several fans, but the way things are going up here, fans won't help.

([I am not Char-Char,Mander-Char!. I myself would not use that name but am forced to use it untill my mail program is up and running and I can activate the link. This is my friends ID and I do not want to tarnish his reputation in any way so if you find this post offencive please route the blame to me. My ID is will be DarkOrderKnight.]) All those types of Mythology are really cool I will admit. I have dabbled into each at one point or another in my life so far. Greek is quite interenting, as is celtic. I however enjoy the mythology of the city of New Orleans. Many people think that Anne Rice started the New Orleans vampires. That is not true. When the French gave the Louisiana area to their convicts to live in after the Louisiana Purchace (Or sometime around there) they realized that after a few years the female population was decreasing rapidly. Men outnumbered women 5-1. A group of Catholic Nuns decided to ask all the homeless women they could find to come over to the new world and live in the Louisiana area. When they gathered enough they gave them new cloths and shipped them off to the new world. When they got there the men were waiting for them. They noted that the women were bringing large coffin shaped suitcases with them. They would joke around and say things like "Hey Piere, I heard that women packed heavily but these women bring their dead relatives too, hahaha." Soon the population of the colony decreased even farther. The colonists had no idea about viruses and micro biology so they blamed it on the vampires that the Catholic Church sent over to kill them all with. They sent emisaries to the main Catholic Church and were refused. Soon after they built a large library-like structure in New Orleans. The windowshutters on the third floor were bolted shut with 800 blessed screws. No one except the highest level people in the Catholic Church are alowed in the building. Every so often after the sun sets the shutters are seen open. What I want to know is what continually opens and shuts the shutters. Also about ten years ago there was a murder outside the church that is connected to the building. The local athorities blammed it on a wild dog attack but me, like many others, think not. The autopsy files from the corroner were leaked out from the office. It stated in the files that nore than 80% of the fluid in the bodies were gone. It is impossible to drain even 60% in an imbalming proccess. The victims throats were litterally ripped out . They were propped up next to eachother in a sitting position. No dog could do that. There are a many sites online dedicated to wierd New Orleans stuff like this. I suggest you check it out if this has interester you. :demon: DarkOrderKnight:demon: __________________________________________________ Char: My friend, everyone! *applause spreads throughout the room as DOK takes several bows. Anyway, one question I've always asked is this: What turned these religions that many people believed in into mythology? What stopped everyone from believing? What turned these highly evolved cultures (at the time ;)), into nothing more than a fable? I don't know, this sounded much better in my head, but I hope I got my question through clearly enough.

I hear you. Up here in Milwaukee, the weather's been just plain scary. Less than a week ago it was around 30º, and now it's jumped to almost 90º! And this is only April, by the way.:therock: Watch, we're gonna literally roast this summer...:flaming: I think this whole "global warming" stuff is serious. In less than a few decades the glaciers will be half gone, we won't be able to cope and we may go extinct. Sucks to be us, huh?

I just hope our posts or memberships don't get erased again...

I never ever shall forget, My friend's Slowpoke named Slave/Pet. Ah, the good ol' days...

Missingno will screw up your Hall of Fame; I found some hideous pictures in mine after using the infite items cheat several times. I found a Mew once in the Hall of Fame, too, which was pretty cool. And yeah, you can get Kangaskhan off of a Missingno., more specifically a Lv. 0 ^*`~M~`*^, or whatever those weird things are. Just use a RareCandy.
-
...which it will, of course. The odd thing is that nobody seems to expect this to happen; it always comes as a big shock to them when prices suddenly escalate to huge amounts. It's funny, how even old Smurf and California Raisins crap is so valuable. I mean, practically anything real old is of some good value.

Yeah, if they were real, it would be awesome, but they're not, so it isn't. Scientists may have been willing to try that, if Pokémon were just a bit more popular than they were in their prime. But again, since they weren't, ain't gonna happen...
