1. " So how did you get the real power of the gem?" Yojimbo asked Sakura as they were in flight. She smiled in return. " Next time we fight, I'll show you. It's really really hard but everyone can do it, I'm sure,"she replied myseriously. " It's hard to explain so I thought it would be better to show you than tell you about it. It's rather confusing. Now the only one who hasn't got their gem is poor Takahiro." " What are we going to do about it? He's going to be left behind," Aida peeped up. " There's nothing we can do. He has to do it by himself," Sakura answered, wishing there was something they could do. Finally they reached the dark cloud to find a citadel in it. Kitty gasped. " This must be Orion's fortress." Sakura's expression grew dark. " How did it manage to get here?" " I don't know, and I don't want to find out. Let's get Asaku and high-tail out of here," Yojimbo replied. " This doesn't look good," Aida added. Hiding their white wings, the four of them crept up to the gate, their weapons concealed underneath black cloaks they managed to steal from the guard house. The gate was an immense pair of black iron doors that couldn't be moved by anything other than Orion's magic. " Now what?" Sakura whispered, looking up at the demons that patrolled the top of the gate. " We either manage to sneak in or we have to take out those guards at the top," Aida suggested, his voice soft. Yojimbo looked unsure about this as the four huddled to the side of the gates, out of the vision of the demons above. " If we take the demons out, we'll just make a mess and we'll never get in there," he argued. " But if we can't get in there, then what?" Aida replied hotly. " Hurry up guys," Kitty said, looking at the gates, wanting them to open," I don't think Asaku has much time left. Sakura nodded and intervened in Aida and Yojimbo's arguement. " We have to get in there. I agree with both of you. But maybe the comprimise is a distraction," she suggested. "That's a good idea. The gates will open and we'll be able to get in there without anyone noticing," Aida said. " But who will be it?" Yojimbo enquired. " I will be. At the moment, unfortunately, I'm the strongest, so I'll be able to hold off any attacks at me longer than you guys can," Sakura replied seriously. Yojimbo spluttered. " But what if something goes wrong?" he asked her, thinking of what Takahiro would say if he was in Yojimbo's position. " Nothing will. If it gets out of hand...well...then I'll have to resort to drastic measures won't I?" Sakura said, looking him dead in the eyes. " But Sakura..."Kitty started. She knew what Sakura meant by 'drastic measures'. All angels had the capability to sacrifice themselves and cause a large explosion, similar to that of a nuclear bomb, of good energy. It doens't cause destruction to anything but evil. " Look, you guys get in there, get Asaku and get out! If anything goes wrong, call me and I'll fight my way in there," Sakura said, even more seriously. Yojimbo smiled in his mind. Sakura, you are a true leader, whether you admit it or not. " Now you guys go! I'm doing this now," Sakura said as she stood up. " Good luck..." they all whispered to her. She winked from underneath the hood and made her way to the front of the gate. She looked up at the demons who looked down at her curiously. " Who are you? State your name and purpose to be here at Orion's citadel!" one yelled from the barracks above. " I am Sakura, a Chosen Angel and I have come here to fight!" she yelled back. " CHOSEN ANGEL! ALERT EVERYONE!" The gates swung open slowly as a demon army poured from within. Sakura ripped off her cloak and flew backwards as fast as she could, luring the army from the gates. " GO NOW!" she yelled at her friends. They nodded and made their way quickly through the army and into the citadel. " May our Queen be with you my friends," Sakura whispered as she summoned her sword, ready for one of the fights of her life. OOC: Ok everyone. I'll tell you the real power of the gems as soon as we get Asaku back and then a plot twist. So keep writing. And you guys are on your own in the citadel. I'm allowing you to do whatever you want as long as you get Asaku back. And don't try and fight Orion. Next time, I promise.
2. Jalena looked horrified when Phelan was hit in the chest. She breathed a sigh of relief when he revealed he was wearing a bullet-proof vest. " God, this stuff sucks. Couldn't you afford something better?" Phelan said to Jacob who hid behind the bar. He poked his head up, checking if the coast was clear. " Don't knock it. It's a chick drink,"Jalena replied, smiling at her brother's comment. Soon after they boarded the place up, preventing any unwanted access to the club. Then they waited. The sounds of an army echoed up the street. Commands were shouted, the sound of feet against the pavement. Jalena sat on the bar, waiting for them to enter. She liked the dramatics of killing. The others hid in various places around the club, waiting for the perfect time to shoot. BANG! BANG! The army battered the boarded up doors. " Welcome to hell, boys," Jalena muttered to herself as they crashed open. Standing up on the bar dressed in her school uniform, the soldiers stopped dead in their tracks. They just stared at her. She smiled at them as her short shirt whipped up from the wind. " The advantages of being a girl..." With that, she withdrew both guns and started a massacre. With her lead, the others started killing the oncoming waves of soldiers. Jalean enjoyed this thoroughly. Not the killing, but the showing off of her skills to the others. She performed amazing gymnastics on the bar, flipping to dodge bullets and shooting while in a one-handed handstand. Bullets whizzed through the air. She loved this. She was in her elemental. " The black-handed maiden of death..." she breathed while throwing three of her daggers and hitting their marks," Noir - French for death." Soon, a mass of dead bodies littered the floor of the club. Jacob again stood up from behind the bar and sighed, looking at the devastation of the club. " I really should get another job," he said, lighting up a cigarette. Then he saw Jalena lying on the bar, a small pool of blood around her. " Oh shit..." He rushed over to her and helped her sit up. She was barely breathing. Jacob looked for any wounds. A small bullet hole was at her left hip. " Magnum, Phelan, Zeddrick, Jalena's been hit." The three ran over to the bar. Jalena's eyes were rolling back into her head. " Now what are we supposed to do?"Magnum asked unemtionally. Both Zeddrick and Phelan turned towards him. " Listen here Magnum. Don't you dare say anything about Jalena. You understand?" Phelan breathed, holding his anger by a thread. " I think you'd better get her to a hospital. She's not going to last long her," Jacob said, picking up her limp body and walked out the back door. Zeddrick gave a deadly glance at Magnum then followed Phelan and Jacob.

4. OOC: Gelgoog Pilot, our meeting is soon. Takuya, something might surprise you. ;) Brielle awoke to the sunlight in her eyes. Scythe was curled around her bed in a peaceful sleep. She yawned, got out of bed and dressed herself in her riding clothes. Waking up Scythe, the duo walked out of the room and to the Great Hall where most of the Elemental Riders were. Sunlight hit her body, warming it significantly. Valo was talking about a mission to get the Legendary Weapons. This puzzled her. How did he find out? Immediately, she turned to Heero with a look of wrath upon her face. She saw that pack on his back, obviously he had decided to go on the mission. Apparently he decided not to tell her after the enjoyable night they spent together. Her eyes narrowed. She didn’t like to be left out in the dark. “ Last chance,” Valo said, looking at the others. Brielle stepped up. “ We are staying here just in case anything happens,” she said a little crossly. Vanilla stared at her and Heero jumped at the sharpness of her voice. Her eyes were bare slits. Lionel backed away from her a little. Heero went to approach her when she turned on her heel and left the presence of the group, fuming. “ Scythe, we are going to follow them,” Brielle said to her faithful friend after watching Heero, Lionel and Valo leave for Ilthazar’s castle. Her dragon looked at her, seeing the raging inferno inside of her eyes. “ Wizard’s Third Rule, passion rules reason,” he sighed. “ Don’t preach to me Scythe. I know the rules,” she spat back, hopping into the saddle. He again sighed and flew up into the sky, following the three on the dangerous mission. The sky darkened around them. Brielle and Scythe watched Lionel, Heero and Valo eat on dragonback. Brielle’s stomach growled. “ Hungry?” Scythe asked. “ Yes, but it doesn’t matter,” Brielle replied back. Her mood was a little better than before but she was still quite angry with Heero. Suddenly they saw the others dive into the forest below them. “ Damn. They know we’re here…” Brielle swore. “ I don’t think so. We’re at the border, aren’t we?” “ Yes. True. Dive Scythe. From now on, we follow them,” Brielle said then smiled, “ Just like the old days with Kai. Sneaking around the forest, trying not to get caught by the guard when we followed them on their missions. I miss that peace.” “ Me too. But lets focus,” Scythe said as he dived. The wind rushed up in Brielle’s face as Scythe plummeted to the ground. He landed heavily, trying hard not to disturb anything. Brielle hopped off. “ Lets go.”
5. Sakura didn’t like what Takahiro had said. “ No. I don’t want you to go off by yourself. It’s too risky.” “ But I need to find my gem…” he said before coughing again. Sakura held him as he coughed. “ You need to rest. Yoji has his gem, I can sense it. Aida is looking for his still. You lay down in bed now. I’m going to do up your wounds,” Sakura said kind of harshly. Takahiro knew not to argue with her in this state. He knew she was beating herself up for Saio’s injuries and his. She helped him to his room, took of his shirt and looked over him. She wrapped a bandage around his stomach, covering the wound Saio dealt him. With that, she practically forced him in bed and made him drink some very gross tasting tea. Takahiro coughed, spluttered and made strange expressions on his face. “ This stuff is disgusting.” “ Don’t argue. It’s a herb from Paradise so it can do nothing but good for you,” Sakura snapped in reply. Takahiro stared at her. He had never seen her so wound up before. “ Now stay there. I need you to be well for our next fight.” She walked out without another word and put an extremely strong protection spell around Takahiro’s room. Sakura walked to Saio who was laying on the floor, bleeding. She knelt down to him, now with her wings spread from her shoulders, and picked him up with great difficulty. Walking up the stairs and to his bedroom, she thought about their task ahead. It’s so hard. I can’t stand seeing my friends getting hurt and turned to the side of evil. She shook herself mentally. I really need to find my gem and fast. When Sakura got to Saio’s room, she kicked the door open and lay Saio on his bed. She looked at his neck wound, feeling a little sick at the sight. Slowly, she wrapped it with healing-oil soaked bandage and left him. Again, she put another strong protection spell around his room so that they would be safe. When she got do to the door, Yojimbo was at the other side of it. She opened it and ran straight into him. “ Sakura…” “ Yojimbo, come with me. I need to find my gem,” she said, grabbing his arm and taking flight. They scanned over the city many times. Soon, Sakura was frustrated with herself for not finding her gem. Yojimbo was trying to sooth his old friend when she completely and utterly snapped at him. “ SHUT UP YOJI! YOU DON’T NEED TO BE SUCH A SNOB!! JUST BECAUSE YOU FOUND YOURS AND YOU CAN PROTECT THE OTHERS DOESN’T MEAN YOU HAVE TO RUB SALT INTO MY WOUNDS!” With that, Sakura teleported herself to a dark alley where she slump against a wall. Tears rolled down her cheeks as she couldn’t control her emotions anymore. “ I just wanted to help…” she sobbed. A business man walking past heard her sobs and entered the alley. What he saw was not an everyday something. An angel with wings brilliant white, crying in a dark alley. She looked so sad he couldn’t bear to leave her, even though he was a little scared of her. “ Hello….are you ok?” he asked kindly. Sakura jumped up and flattened herself at the dead end. A shaft of light lit her orchid hair softly, truly emphasising what she was. “ Go away…you shouldn’t see me,” Sakura warned. “ I just want to help…” he replied. Those words echoed through her head and she collapsed to the ground again, sobbing hysterically. The businessman walked to her side, trying not to get in the road of her wing. Suddenly Sakura looked up as her heart was tugged towards the business man. “ You’re …..” she started. “ I’m James. I come from out of town. Apparently, you do too,” James replied, looking at her wings. Sakura smiled and stood up. She summoned her sword into her hands. For that instant, time stopped. Sakura slowly ran her sword into James’s heart and out again. On the sword was a brilliant blue and red gem. “ Thank-you….” she whispered as she took off again, clutching the gem close to her. Time started again and James was back out on the street, wondering what the hell just happened.

7. Brielle looked up at Heero. " Oh. It's nothing really. Just something I saw while going down to the dungeon," she replied. " It wasn't a skeleton walking around was it?" Heero boldly joked. Brielle laughed suddenly. " No. Just something the spirits of old told me. A vision I suppose you could call it. I'm just worried about Ilthazar's next move. Perhaps.... no that's too risky," Brielle said with a side glance out the window towards the Ilthazar's kingdom. " Care to explain?" Heero asked, not liking where this conversation was going. " Well I was thinking of sending a party of people into Ilthazar's castle. But it would be sending them to their death. I don't want that...but unfortunately, Ilthazar has something we are going to need." " And what's that?" " The legendary Weapons." " What?!? Ilthazar has them, all of them. But he doesn't know how to use them.. According to legend, the fabled Legendary Riders are the only ones who can wield these weapons and can harness the true power of our dragon's elements." " So, with these weapons, we'll be able to defeat Ilthazar?" " Yes." " Hmm...it is risky." " Yes," Brielle said finally, but then looked at Heero and smiled, " We shouldn't be talking about this." She looked around the room and spied Vanilla in the corner with the commander of the defence force. Brielle knew he was the fire elemental dragon rider. She giggled. " What's so funny?" Heero asked, hoping he hadn't done anything to embarass himself. " Look over in the corner..." Heero looked. " Vanilla is on a date with the commander of the defence force. He's the fire elemental." Heero sniggered. As soon as they turned back to face each other, their food was on the table. Brielle sipped some of her red wine and started on the delicious food in front of her. Seeing Breille dig in, Heero proceeded to eat the scrumptuous food. About two hours later, it was late and Brielle began to yawn. Heero noticed her eyes grow sleepy, half because of exhaustion from the battle that day and half because of the wine. " I think I'd better get you to bed," Heero said kindly, going red at the thought of Brielle in bed. " Mmmm...." was all Brielle's reply. Heero moved around to her chair, moved it out and took her back to the palace. He left Brielle at her room, making sure she was alright to go to bed and made his way to his own room. " The Legednary Riders....does that mean us?"
8. Athene didn't want to leave Ark alone to fight bbut she knew she must get help. " Oh...oh..." she said to herself, looking around at the wall of flames. When she heard Ark yell at her to take the chance, Athene bolted through the flames and flew as fast as her singed wings could take her. Once she got to the temple, she called out to Aura and Ryojin. " RYOJIN! AURA! ARK IS IN TROUBLE! WE HAVE TO GO!" she yelled, collapsing onto one knee as she landed. She puffed in exhaustion. Ryojin and Aura rushed out to her. " Demon...attacked...Ark...have..to...go...now!" With that, Ryojin grabbed Aura around the middle and grasped Athene's arm and took off towards the warzone. Soon after, Ryojin stopped. Athene stopped beside him, puffing with exhaustion. " Oh boy..." Athene huffed. Ryojin scanned the sky. " Where's Ark?" Aura asked, saying what was on Ryojin's mind. " Huh?" Athene looked up. Ark wasn't where she had left him. There was no sign of him, the demoness or the wall of flames. " ARK!!! WHERE ARE YOU!!!" Athene yelled, her voice echoing through the burnt forest.
9. Brielle walked up to Heero with a smile on her face. However the smile was a false mask. When she was walking down to the dungeon to retrieve the royal family, a vision played across her mind's eye. A huge black dragon, bigger and more deadly than the death dragon, created chaos throughout the kingdom. She saw Ilthazar atop of it, laughing evilly at the destruction of Celebrynn. The next thing she saw was all the Elemental Riders laying dead on the ground, some decapitated, some with major gashes in the stomachs, their intestines spread over the ground. This scared her. It wasn't what she wanted to see. But the spirits of old told her this. Another vision crossed her mind. A shining sword with a purple gem forged into the hilt displayed itself in front of her. She gasped. I've heard about these weapons. The legendary Elemental weapons. Does that mean.......... we are the Riders that have been foretold by the wizards of Old? " Brielle?" Heero's voice came to her. Brielle shook herself and smiled at him. " You actually spoke to me without being forced?" she asked in surprise. He went brilliant red. " Yes." Brielle smiled. " Do you want to go to that tavern?" " Sure." OOC: HeeroDarkangel, take the floor.
10. Brielle watched Heero take off towards the warzone where Valo went. SHe wanted to talk to him but he had took off without noticing her approaching. A saddened feeling appeared in the bottom of her stomach as she watched him fly away. Turning, Brielle walked past the maids and down to the dungeons again to tell the royal family that everything was ok, for now. A few minutes later, Brielle was back outside the palace with ScytheWing at her side. She scanned the sky for any sign of Heero or Cyrus but to no avail. " I suppose we'd better help with the clean-up," Brielle sighed, feeling somewhat depressed at Heero's disappearance. " Good idea...might get your mind of Heero.." Scythe mocked as he trudged down the giant staircase that led to the palace. " Scythe!" Brielle yelled at him, blushign scarlet but running after him, pretending to throttle his throat. He just laughed and flew away. " PAIN!" Brielle yelled and walked down the stairs alone.

12. OOC: Sorry I haven't been posting lately. Been banned of the comp. I'm back though. Sakura looked at Kitty sadly. She knelt down beside her. " I'm so sorry Kitty. I didn't know you went to get your gem. I should have went with you." Tears welled up in her eyes. " Now Asaku has it. But why did he turn? Why? What have we done to make him turn?" She stood up, looking at Kitty who looked at her amazed. Sakura left the group to comfort her. Why? Why did you turn on us Asaku? You were like a brother to us? Why? Walking up the stairs, all she could see in her mind was Asaku's smiling face when they mucked around. Sakura shivered as a depressed feeling washed over her. She sat down on the top step with her head in her hands. Tears dropped onto the carpet. It wasn't fair! They were a team! Now they had be split apart. But why did he bring Kitty back? Does he love her? Is that the thing thats holding him back from becoming truly evil? Kitty? Sakura watched Yojimbo climb up the stairs and sit beside her. " You ok?" he asked. " No," Sakura snivelled, " I never knew it would be this hard." " You didn't think it would be easy..." " I thought it would be easier than this." Yojimbo hugged Sakura. " It's ok Sakura. Don't blame yourself for Asaku's turning, it wasn't your fault." " But it is...If I wasn't such a bad leader then none of this would have happened and I would have helped Kitty and Asaku." Suddenly she stood up with a strange expression on her face. " Sakura?" Yojimbo asked, standing up beside her. " Wait. The gems...Asaku...he hasn't found out the true power of the gem. Kitty came close but she didn't do it..." " What? You're not making sense." " Lillyana is telling me. To beat Orion, someone needs to harness the real power of the gem. She won't tell me anymore." " The real power of the gem? I'd hate to know what would happen if Asaku found out how to harness the real power of the gem first." Sakura looked at Yojimbo and then at Takahiro who was at the bottom of the staircase, looking up at them. " Takahiro...There is still hope. You need to find your gem. So does Aida and you Yojimbo. We need to harness the real abilities of the gem." Takahiro smiled. " That's the Sakura I know. But what about your gem?" Sakura looked at the floor, fidgetting. " I don't know. I'm scared of what it could do but you guys need to do it, find your gems. Get Kitty patched up. We're going gem hunting!" OOC: Ok guys. About the real power of the gem. You'll find that out soon enough. Until I notify you through PM and tell you what the real power is, your gem can give you any abilities that aren't god powerful. Such as increased speed and power. Stuff like that. Thanks guys!
13. " Ah Ryojin, when's Ark coming back?" Athene asked her fellow ArchAngel, leaning her head on his shoulder. " I dunno. Starting to worry?" Ryojin replied. " Yeah. I'm going to look for him...if I can fly," Athene replied, standing up and looking at her blackened wings. " I'll stay here and look after Aura." " Ok." With that, Athene took off towards the diminishing plume of smoke. Few minutes later, Athene arrived at the aftermath of the fire. She scanned the sky while hovering in one spot. Squinting, she saw two figures fighting one another in the distance. Suddenly her stomach dropped. " Ark..." Unsheathing her sword, Athene rushed at the two figures. She could see Ark and the demon lord himself fighting each other. Ark was tiring. Athene's eyes lit up with fire as she charged at the demon lord. Slashing her sword at him caught him off-guard. " Damn you Ark..." he hissed before disappearing in a haze. Athene fluttered over to Ark. " Are you ok?"
14. Jalena sprinted through the forest with Phelan, Zeddrick and Henry close at her heels. She could hear the army close behind them. But what was really going through her mind was what Zeddrick said. I don?t know how to drop it. I don?t want to. It?s a part of me. I don?t want to lose another part of myself just for someone else?s benefit. Suddenly Jalena bumped into a body. She looked up into the face of Magnum. ? Magnum?? Zeddrick and Phelan were at Jalena?s side in a instant. She winced in pain as one of them gripped her shot wound. ? So, did you organise this attack with Zerverius? Or are you here as a trap?? Zeddrick asked bluntly. Henry looked back at the approaching army. Magnum was about to reply when Henry interrupted. ? Sorry but I think we?re going to have unwelcome company if we don?t move soon.? Jalena nodded in agreement as Phelan let go of her arm. The four of them ran towards the edge, following Jalena who knew the forest like the back of her hand. When they arrived, four motorbikes stood at the ready. They were covered in camouflage so no one knew they were there except for Jalena. She pulled off the camouflage. ? Everyone get on. Henry, you?re with me. We?ll meet at Angel Warehouse if anyone gets lost.? The five hopped on the bikes and took off, speeding towards Washington DC. Once out on the open road and just going into the city on the main four-laned highway, Jalena looked behind her. Two black Mercedes sped towards them. Bullets sprayed at the members of AD-0, specifically Jalena who was at the back of the pack. She swerved and looked at the others who were far ahead of her. I have to protect them. Jalena stood up on the bike, still holding on the handlebars. ? What are you doing?!?? Henry asked, panicking. ? Take control of the bike. Stay ahead of the black cars but not too far ahead. Ok?? Jalena replied. Henry nodded, unsure about what Jalena was going to do but grasped the handles like she said. Jalena turned to face the cars, focusing herself. This had to be done by pure instinct. With one great leap, Jalena sprung off the bike and onto the first Mercedes? roof. Jalena flicked open her soft leather trench coat, grabbed out one gun with blinding speed and shot straight down through the roof, killing the driver instantly. The car swerved side to side as the passenger tried to grab hold of the wheel. Jalena then flipped onto the bonnet and disposed of the new driver. With no one in control of the car, it lost control and smashed into the side railing. Jalena sprung off the car before it collided and rolled masterfully across the road, not even gaining a scratch. Henry observed what Jalena was doing and stopped the bike beside her. She quickly jumped on behind Henry and they took off. The second Mercedes followed closely. Jalena twisted around and two shots rang out from her gun. The two front tires exploded and the car jerked forward as the it skidded. This caused the two suits in the front to smash through the windscreen. Jalena turned back around as city blocks sped past her. Minutes later, the members of AD-0 arrived at Angel Warehouse. They all came in looking flustered from their run. Jacob was drying a large platter of shot glasses when he saw them enter. ? Bit early for a drink?? Jacob started before noticing their red faces and Jalena?s ready-to-kill look,? What happened?? ? Zerverius used us to do his dirty work,? Jalena spat. ? He wants to start another World War,? Phelan added. ? I?m not surprised,? Jacob answered, continuing to dry glasses. ? Well we have to wait now,? Jalena stated, sitting on a stool and sculled a bit of vodka from the bottle. Zeddrick stared at her. Jacob and Phelan showed no sign of surprise. ? Wait for what?? Zeddrick and Magnum added in unison. ? A new member.? OOC: Ok we?re staying here a while but the bad guys bust in and start a fight. You guys can choose when that happens.
15. Jalena sprinted like wind with Henry not far behind. Bullets shattered the glass of the windows near them, spraying them with glass. Jalena and Henry shielded themselves with their arms, although in the process of getting cut. Soon they were in an inner corridor with no windows to the outside to worry about. Henry puffed and panted, hodling his kness with exhaustion. Jalena hadn't even broke a sweat. Footsteps echoed from downstairs. Orders were given to find the assassins of AD-0. Jlaena hid behind the railings of the stairs, a risky place yes but easy to escape from. She signalled Henry to go up the corridor more. Suddenly bullets whooshed past Jalena's ear. One tore through her arm. She gave a cry of anguish. Lucky it wasn't her shooting arm. Flipping over the railings and landing perfectly on the ground, Jalena shot every officer in the vicinity. Footsteps came from behidn her. She was about to shoot when Phelan's voice came to her. " Jalena..." " Phelan! Henry is upstairs. Damn Zerverius was using us." " I guessed so much." The two ran back up the staircase to feel the penetration of bullets at their heels. The two grabbed Henry and ran to Zeddrick's room, wondering where the hell the others were.
16. Sakura arrived too late. SHe saw Asaku but somehting was different about him. Darkness..... She was about to talk to him when he and the demon they hadbeen fighting before, vanished in a dark mist. " Asaku....." she whispered before seeing Takahiro unconscious at the base of a wall. " Takahiro!" She rushed over to him. He was bleeding slightly from the forehead but nothing major. She breathed a sigh of relief. Clutching Takahiro in her arms, she turned to the others. Saio and Yojimbo were out cold and Aida and Kitty were staring at the spot where Asaku disappeared with looks of disbelief on their faces. Tears glistened at the edges of Sakura's eyes. " I'm sorry everyone. I didn't do my mission as I was told....Lillyana knew this was coming...." she whispered softly, clutching Takahiro to her. Two drops landed on Takahiro's forehead. With all her might, Sakura lifted him up and, with her wings now spread from her back, she moved him to his bed. Now safe with a powerful spell around his room, Sakura went back downstairs to help the others. Kitty and Aida were helping Yojimbo come around. Sakua looked at Saio and the sadness grew inside of her. Bending over him, she could see he was coming around. More tears leaked out of her eyes and over her cheeks. Oh Asaku, I'm so sorry. I've failed you. Lillyana said to me that one of us would be turned. I should have warned you all. I'M SUCH A FOOL! Saio opened his eyes to see Sakura above him. " Sa...Sakura...what happened?" he asked, now sitting up. " Asaku turned to the other side....he's gone." " No!" Saio turned to look at the others. He noticed someone missing. " Takahiro....Takahiro! Where is my brother?!?!?" " Don't panic. He's upstairs resting." Sakura looked to Yojimbo who looked devastated. As well as Aida and Kitty. " What are we going to do now?"
17. Brielle stayed with her surrogate family to escort them to safety. Clad in a black monk cloak, she walked behind the royal family. She suspected as much from Zeddrick, using an attack as a diversion for the main attack. Her and her family slowly made their way down into the castle's dungeons where a keep that was hidden by the wizards of old were kept. As they past through the old golden stone corridors, Brielle felt the spirits of old talk to her, surround her with their presence. It was suffocating. That's why she always hated going down there. Orion opened a large waxed oak door to reveal the old keep. The rush of old spirits that now surrounded Brielle was getting too much. Their talking, telling her about the danger of above and how they wished they were fighting again, alive again. Brielle grabbed her head with her hands. " Stop it. Be quiet!" she screamed. It amplified in the corridor ten fold. Kai and Orion whirled around. " What's the matter Brielle?" the king asked concerned. " No....please no.......go away..........." Brielle pleaded, her eyes shut, her knees on the floor, her black cloak spread around her. " Brielle...." Kai walked over to her to comfort her but she stood up abruptly and sprinted to above ground. There she sat, panting at the doorway to the dungeons, glad to be out of them. The voices still swirled around in her head. The voices of past riders, of past monarchies and of past wizards. All telling he information about the past at one time. It gave her a migrane. But now she was out of the dungeons and in the fresh air, her mind was clear. At that moment, the wind gained speed. Brielle looked to the sky to see Vanilla atop Caramel, making a shield for the city. Brille wolf-whistled. In two seconds, Scythe was there. She could see he had been fighting by himself and was tiring. Brielle put the hood over her head, jumped onto Scythe and they took off towards Vanilla. " Are you alright Brielle?" Scythe asked, sensing Brielle's quickened heart rate. " I'm fine," she replied quickly. Soon they were at Vanilla's side. She saw them approach. " Zeddrick tricked us. The main attack was here after all..." was all she said, noticing Brielle's dark attire, " Still mourning for the fallen?" " Yes. This battle is their revenge," Brielle replied promptly and unsheathed her silver sword. " Lets go Scythe. For our friends..." With one great swoop, Brielle and Scythe joined the fray of Riders and dragons, all in a fight of life and death. One attacked Brielle from the right. Scythe performed a half roll, having Brielle hang upside down in her saddle. With two quick slashes, the opponent Rider's saddle was cut off and he plummeted to his death. His dragon roared after him before being bitten under the neck by Scythe, which cut off its air supply. Soon after, it too plummeted to the death. The onslaught just deepened. Brielle and Scythe fought like cornered animals, slaying one opponent after another. It was a bloodbath. Soon, Brielle's black cloak was soaked with blood, turning it a dull red. Her face had splatters of blood randomly placed on it. Her eyes were slits. Her sword drenched with blood. Scythe roared like a blood-thirsty monster. He and Brielle were one. After another half an hour, the onslaught slowed and diminished. The elemental Riders were tiring fast, their power and their dragons' diminishing quickly. Brielle caught hardly breathe. Scythe was barely staying in the sky. They had pushed their limit and far exceeded it. Now they were on nothing but pure determination to rid the skies of filth. Two or three lucky Riders had managed to get Brielle on both arms and once on the stomach. The wounds bled freely but she wasn't detered. They landed at the palace entrance. Brielle hopped off Scythe who slowly floated down the great staircase that lead to the city below. Brielle looked over the city. Not much of it was damaged but it was just the barracks which is fixed easily. Brielle lent on her sword, blood oozing down it. " I should go and get Orion........I'll wait a while, to see if another invasion is coming....." She sighed, exhausted.
18. Brielle smiled at Vanilla's retreating back and then looked at the pendant. " Thank you Vanilla..." she whispered before going back to her room to get Scythe. She walked into her bedroom, looking for her partner but he was gone. " Probably flying somewhere..." she said to herself. Brielle changed out of her morning dress and into some riding clothes. Tan leather pants and a black short sleeved shirt with a silver cape to which she pinned the brooch Vanilla had given her. Brielle walked back out into the garden to see Heero approach her. She noticed the red tinge on his cheeks and Cyrus's huge grin. She cocked her head to one side in confusion. Heero cleared his throat. " Um......Brielle....." he started. " Yes?" " Would you......I mean if its not a hassle or anything...if we could go out sometime?" he asked, looking at the ground. Brielle smiled. She never thought Heero would have the courage to ask her out to dinner or something. " Sure. When do you want to?" " Um....tonight?" " Sure. Where?" " Do you know any good places?" " Yes. There's a very good tavern in the city. We can go there tonight." " Ok." He quickly walked back to Cyrus who gave Brielle a smile and a wink. She smiled back and went to find Scythe.
19. Sakura couldn't believe what Saio just did. All that she could see what his manhood flop around. It made her feel sick. But she knew he knew exactly what he was doing. When Saio exited the room, a sense of relief ran over her. " That was gross." She looked at Kitty who had the same disgusted expression on her face. They looked at each other and left the room. " That was gross..." " Why are we the only girls in here?" Kitty whined. " Yeah. Feels a bit lonely doesn't it?" Sakura replied. " Uh huh. I suppose its not that bad." " Yeah. Just too much testostorone flying around here." They looked at each other and laughed. " Well have you heard about Lillyana's message?" Sakura asked Kitty. " Yeah. Takahiro told us before. How the hell are we supposed to find these people?" " I don't know. I wish there could have been more time for us to talk. I was cut off by something unfortunately." " Yeah it would have been nice." The two girls walked out of the dormitory and towards school. The windows that were smashed were being replaced as they walked up to the entrance. Kitty sighed. " What's the matter?" Sakura asked her. " I don't know. We can't seem to win against that Shin--whats-his-face," Kitty replied. " Yeah. We need to find those jems asap." The two waited at the entrance for the boys.
20. Athene was about to walk inside the temple when one of Ark's feathers with a kitten on it whooshed in front of her. " Oh look! Ark has sent us a kitten! Its soooo cute!" she squealed in delight. She plucked it from the feather, which returned to its master, and hugged it tight. Ryojin rolled his eyes. Aura ran to Athene who cuddled the kitten. " It smells like smoke. It was in those fires, poor thing," Aura said, feeling pity for the small creature. The two girls took it into the temple while Ryojin stayed outside. " Girls, can't live with them, can't live without them..." he sighed before going into the temple to witness the kitten getting washed in a tub of warm water. Athene was the main culprit but every now and then Aura pitched in. Ark knew that Athene had a weakness for cats of any kind. With the kitten washed and smelling good, Athene handed it to Aura who played with it for a while. Athene checked up on Ryojin who was sitting outside with his wings all stretched out. She crept up behind him and was about to pounce on him when his voice came to her. " I know you're there Athene." " Aww...you're no fun Ryojin." She sat down beside him, looking up in the sky.
21. Sakura heard the knock on the door and Takahiro's voice outside. She opened the door and let him come in. He sat down on her bed, wondering what she wanted to talk about. Sakura sat on her compuer chair. She looked deadly serious. " I've had a message from Lillyana. It seems there was a purpose to sending us to Earth. She wanted us to find our jems." " Our jems?" " Yes. Supposably there are jems that give us the power to overthrow Orion. And that's why he keeps attacking us. He wants the jems for himself. But only the Chosen Angels, us, can use them. Luckily, he doesn't know that bit yet. But, if that information gets to him, he'll be trying to turn one or more of us for sure. And that'll be a disaster." " So, what's the deal with these jems?" " Apparently they are hidden in people's hearts. We have to find them before Orion slaughters them to get the jem. We have a way to remove the jem easily but Orion doesn't because he's not us." " Ok. How do we find these people?" " I.....don't know. Lillyana didn't get to tell me before our link was severed." " Lets go tell the others." " They'll be in bed. There's no noise downstairs so I assume so." " So we're alone?" " Yes." Takahiro could see Sakura's eyes glittering in the moonlight that bathed both him and her. He also noticed a tinge of red on her cheeks as they sat there in the dark, alone. " Takahiro?" Sakura whispered. " Hm..." " I don't think its wise that we're in the same room together, alone and in the dark." " Perhaps..." " I think you'd better leave." " Alright." With that Takahiro got to his feet and swept past Sakura in her chair. Before he could exit the door, Sakura's hand was on his arm. He turned to her to feel another cool kiss on his lips again. Sakura pulled away, yet again blushing furiously. " Goodnight Takahiro..." she whispered before closing the door. OOC: Ok guys, next post should be waking up in the morning and having breakfast in the dorm so Sakura or Takahiro can tell you what Lillyana has said.
22. OOC: If people wish to continue their arguement, do not continue it through this RPG. Do it via PM. Thank you. Brielle awoke to the warmth of sunshine on her face. She opened her eyes and looked out at the azure sky. " A new day..." she whispered to herself before sliding out of bed, naked. Ever since she was a child, she had felt uncomfortable sleeping in clothes. She stepped over Scythe's tail easily, still feeling the pain from the loss of her fellow Riders, her friends. She soon was dressed in a flowing silver dress that was body tight, showing off all her feminine curves. Steps on the granite floor outside her door caught Brielle's attention. A knock echoed through the room, waking up Scythe who pushed his head under Brielle's bed. She laughed and opened the door to find Kai at the door. He looked at her. " Are you okay Brielle?" She smiled warmly. " I'm fine. A little sad, but it is the fate of all Riders to die in battle. Or I hope that would be my fate. I'd hate to grow old in this world, wither away to nothing." Kai wasn't shocked at this. After twenty or so years, he was used to Brielle's way of speaking her emotions. " Good. The other Riders have slept in various places. That Vanilla girl, she's hot." " Well, you'll have to work hard to get her." " I know what you mean." Brielle shut the door behind her, leaving Scythe to his restful sleep. The two walked down the huge corridor into the garden where they witnessed Heero just landing. Brielle left Kai's side and walked over to him. " Thank you for the blanket Heero," her voice flowed like water. He went red in the cheeks. Behind them, Kai started sniggering. Brielle could hear this but she ignored him. Cyrus looked at Brielle, who smiled back. She turned her focus to Heero once again. " You look very handsome in those clothes Heero. I like the look of black leather on you," Brielle said, admiring Heero's clothes. This time Cyrus started sniggering. Heero kicked him in the belly which made him stop. " Well I see my compliments are not welcome here..." Brielle said, searching for a reply in Heero's face but could see nothing. Her eyes saddened once again before she walked off, heading for the Great Hall where the dragons whose Riders had fallen slept. Once she had walked in there, all the dragons had woken immediately. She smiled at them. " My poor creatures..." she whispered and gathered with them. She felt more comfortable in the company of dragons than most people. Soon, the group scattered as Brielle summoned the spirits of their Riders for a final good-bye. Brielle hated her gift she shared with Scythe, how she could call back the dead. Once she had tried to do that with her parents but with no avail. It was too long ago. After the heart-breaking goodbyes, Brielle walked back into the garden, waiting for Orion to come and greet her with news about the borders.
23. Jalena walked along the corridor slowly, making Zerverius wait for her. In the mood she was in right now, she couldn't give a crap whether she was beaten or not. He was NOT going to get Leonardo's book. She turned the corner and ran straight into Henry, who knocked her to the floor. Books and paperwork went flying everywhere. " Ow!" Jalena said, rubbing her head. Henry stood up and looked at who he had collided with. " Jalena! I'm sorry! Didn't see you coming!" Henry apologised as he pulled her up from the ground. " It's alright Henry." " Zerverius is in a foul mood, better watch out my friend." " Don't worry. I have my faithful partners with me." Henry looked shocked as Jalena knocked on the door of Zerverius's office. " Come in." Jalena entered. Zerverius spun around in his chair. " I want Da Vinci's notebook," he commanded bluntly. " Why?" Jalena wuestioned his authority for the first time in her life. " Why? WHY! Because I ordered you to give it to me! That's why girl!" Zerverius said, standing up from his chair, looking menacing. " Is it because of the information about the metal that's lighter than air? Or is it because he is the key to something worse? Something that would start a new World War?" Jalena questioned, now taking the gun out of her thigh holster and pointing the barell at Zerverius. His eyes narrowed. " How did you know?" " You trained me the best you could didn't you? Well here's your finished product. You should be proud." Zerverius couldn't believe that she had pulled a gun at him, but he was always ready for this day. " You are indeed one fine assassin Jalena, but you have yet to feel the world's wrath on you. The feelings and emotions that swirl around people today, you have no knowledge of that. That is why you are the perfect assassin." " That's wher you're wrong Zerverius. I have feelings and emotions. They are just very well hidden. Beaten at your own game old man." " Hmph. Well I sincerely hope I get to see you again Jalena. If you survive." With that Zerverius pushed a button and a battalion of troops stepped out of the forest that surrounded the mansion. In a few seconds, Zerverius had broken the window and jumped out of it, masterfully landing and commanded the fire on the mansion. Soon, it was rocked by missiles and grenade explosions. Jalena ran out of the mansion, grabbing Henry on the way. " What the hell is happening?" he asked, running right behind Jalena. " Zerverius has been leading us astray..." Jalena said as the two ran to alert the others.
24. Sakura was furious. First B.T. made her get out of the water and looked at her naked, then Tallie ran past after B.T. Her eyes had a mad, steely glint to them. " Oooo. Next time we meet B.T., I'm gonna have your head on a platter." She walked over to her clothes, put them on even though her hair was soaking wet and made her way to Tom's bedroom. On the way she heard the clashing of swords. Real swords. Sakura's eyes narrowed. " Who would be such an idiot to combat each other with sword in broad daylight?" Very slowly, Sakura crept through the cover of the forest over to where the sound originated from. She flipped into a tree and stood on a branch, watching the events unfold below her. Tom and a mysterious girl were fighting one another with real swords. Sakura felt a pain in her heart. Her eyes saddened. So, he's gone off me and on to another? Why did I let myself become such a fool! With that, she flipped out of the tree and walked calmly to B.T's room. She knocked on the door. " Come in, the door is open." Slowly, Sakura inched the door forward. " You wanted to talk?"
25. Brielle looked upa t the sky as it reddened. " I suppose its time to send our fellow Riders to the Elusian Fields," she said sadly as her heart ached. Scythe felt her pain. " That's the fate of our kind Brielle. We too will one day share it," he replied. " Ah but remember Scythe, we are like the others." " Perhaps." As the sky darkened and night cast its eye over Celebrynn, a great fire was conjured in front of the Palace. Orion spoke his words. Brielle and Scythe watched on sadly as bodies of their fellow Riders were placed into the flames. Tears welled up in Brielle's eyes. " I wish that this threat never came. Then the others wouldn't have to share this fate," she said, turning her back on the fire and entering the Palace. " Me too Brielle." They walked until they found their room. It was big enough to house Scythe and Brielle comfortably. Brielle moved over to her dresser, sat down on the chair and burshed her hair. Scythe curled around Brielle's bed and fell asleep. The moon, red from the smoke of the pyre, flooded the room with its light. Brielle now in her night garments, moved into bed, covered herself with sheets and soon was fast asleep.
