However, after the immense number of books she had been through, she hadn't found a single thing about the Masked Phantom. " Why? Why isn't anything here? Is he that mysterious?!" Boru suddenly appeared beside Ziarre. " What are you doing here my pet?" " Its none of your concern Boru. I was merely looking through these books." " Watch your tongue Ziarre. Remember, I still have Rath." Ziarre growled. Boru laughed. " Oh yes your faithful companion. The only one who has stuck beside you. Well my pet, I think its about time you do some more hunting. I have found out where a group of Acolytes have been hiding. Eliminate them Ziarre." " As you wish...." _______________________________________________ Ziarre's black wings folded behind her as she landed on the road. No cars were driving these days. Ziarre smiled evilly. Suddenly a familiar face appeared in front of her. " Well look who it is!" OOC: Anyone want a battle? I hope so![/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR=Blue][FONT=Arial]After the school, Sakura was walking with Zephyr in the park near their house. The sun was getting low in the sky and darkness started to creep in. Sakura yawned, shifting her heavy satchel to the other shoulder. Suddenly a black figure emerged from behind a tree. In their hand was a gold MC. Sakura and Zephyr stopped. " Storm, I challenge you to a battle!" " Huh? Sorry, but I've already battled today. My monster needs a rest," Sakura replied to the tenacious girl. She could tell by the voice. " I said I want a CHALLENGE!" the girl yelled at Sakura as she passed her. " Well, I said I'm not accepting your challenge," Sakura replied forcefully. A bright light burst from the girl's MC. A giant golden eagle emerged from the MC. " HEY, I SAID I WASN'T FIGHTING!" Sakura yelled at her. " I have orders from my commander that I must defeat you. For you are one of the selected players that has a Platinum Monster. These monster and their players must be defeated before they reach their potential." Sakura looked at Zephyr. " Do you have any idea what is a Platinum monster?" Zephyr shook his head. " Not the faintest!" Sakura looked at this girl. She had short blonde hair with dull grey eyes. She was taller than Sakura and what she could tell from her monster, it was a really high level. Sakura backed away, but for every step she took back, the girl took one forward. Gathering up Zephyr in her arms, Sakura started to run towards her house. The huge golden eagle flew in front of Sakura. " Ther's no way you can escape Storm. Fight me!" the girl said. " No! I will not risk Zephyr to become hurt when he's already tired from his last! Plus, I can see yours is much more powerful then mine!" Sakura replied forcefully, holding Zephyr tightly. With that she backflipped over the golden eagle and sprinted for home. A sudden gust of wind from behind Sakura knocked her over. Zephyr tumbled over the ground as Sakura hit the ground. As Sakura looked up, she saw Zephyr being picked up by the eagle. " ZEPHYR!" When the eagle was at a great height, it released Zephyr and he plummeted to the ground. Sakura scrambled onto her knees. " ZEPHYR! TRY TO FLY!" But it was no use. Zephyr plummeted to the ground and crashed into a thorny bush near the road. " ZEPHYR!" Sakura ran over to him. The thorns scratched and teared at her skin but she didn't care - she just wanted to get to him. Then she saw the white ball of fluff. Picking him up slowly, Sakura pulled out of the bush and sat on the grounds. Cuts and scratches were all over his small body. His golden eyes were closed and his wings were missing a lot of feathers. Sakura looked up at the girl who now confronted her. Tears leaked out of Sakura's eyes. " You bitch! Look at what you've done!" " I have been ordered to destroy all Platinum monsters and imprison their players." " YOU BITCH!" A storm suddenly clouded the sky. Lightning flashed and thunder echoed. Sakura stood up, furious. She clutched Zephyr closely. The storm reminded her of herself and Takahiro as sister and brother. This strengthened her. " Whoever you are, you are going to wish that you never encountered us!" A bright silver light eminated from Sakura's MC and covered Zephyr. A monstrous roar echoed through the city buildings. Both Sakura and the girl covered their ears. The silver light now formed a ball. It exploded. There stood Zephyr, fully grown. He was massive - bigger than an African elephant. Zephyr spread out his wings and charged at the golden eagle. They clashed, the sound of fur against feather rolled through the park. " ZEPHYR!" Sakura yelled. Zephyr swiped the eagle onto the ground and pinned it to it. " Leave us, otherwise you will be the monster that will be destroyed," Zephyr growled to the eagle. It disppeared into the girl's MC with a golden flash. THe girl faced Sakura. " You were lucky this time, but next time, you won't summon it!" she said before disappearing into the night. Sakura ignored her - she was more worried about Zephyr. Zephyr was now down-sizing to his normal size. His wounds started reappearing. Sakura caught him before he hit the ground. " I'm sorry...." the little sphinx said before passing out. Sakura hugged him tightly. " My little Zephyr...." _____________________________________________________ OOC: Ok everyone. More complicating stuff. As for the bad guys, everyone has a rival. You can create the rival and the rival monster. They can be whatever you want. As for the Platinum monsters - these are rare monsters and the most powerful. Everyone who signed up has a Platinum monster. Now, your next post should be confronting your rival and either losing or defeating them, whichever you choose. [/FONT][/COLOR]

Maybe we could battle!" " But if our monsters are real, then the damage they receive will be real!" Takahiro realised. " But, if they don't battle, they won't get bigger and become their real selves," Sakura replied. " True. We'll just have to take really good care of them." " We are still here you know!" Kayin interrupted firmly. The samurai boy looked at Takahiro and Sakura sternly. " Yeah, we're not images any more!!" Zephyr said happily, sitting in Sakura's arms happily. " Well lets wait til tomorrow. I'm sure that they'll be some more action!" Sakura said excitedly. ____________________________________________ The next morning.... Sakura awoke to Zephyr's face in hers. She yelped, forgetting what had happened the previous night. Zephyr jumped back shocked. " Sakura!" Takahiro ran into the Sakura's bedroom. " What's wrong?" " Nothing, Zephyr just shocked me, that's all. He had his face in mine when I woke up!" Takahiro sighed relieved. Sakura got up, hugged Zephyr, pushed Takahiro out of the door and got dressed in her school uniform - a plain white blouse, black pleated skirt and black leather shoes. She turned to Zephyr. " Ok Zephyr, now you have to go back in the MC so I can take you to school ok?" Zephyr looked depressed. " I'm sorry but I can't take you to school in my bag! Its too small for you! What will happen when you get bigger?" " Ok, I'll go," the sphinx mumbled. In a flash of white light, Zephyr transported back into the MC. Sakura could see him wandering around the digital field. " You stay there Zephyr. I'll let you out when we get back home or outside of school." " Ok," Zephyr replied. Sakura slipped the MC into her pocket and walked out of her room to meet Takahiro. " Ready to go to school?" Hours later..... The lunch bell rang. Sakura and the rest of her class rose to their feet and exited the classroom. She headed straight for her locker to place her books in it. When she opened it, she found a note in it. Come to the oval at lunch. I want a battle. Takahiro. " Wow, he's really getting into the spirit!" Sakura exclaimed. Quickly, she stuffed her books in her locker and locked it. She took out her sky-blue MC and called out Zephyr. He appeared in front of her. " Its your first battle Zephyr. Against Takahiro and Kayin!" " YAY!" They both ran out to the oval to confront Takahiro and Kayin. They were already standing out there, waiting for Sakura and Zephyr. Sakura and Zephyr faced them. " Ok Sakura, lets see what you and Zephyr have got!" " Yeah! Lets do this!" Their loud voices started to attract attention from fellow students. " Lets fight!" Their MCs glowed and a projection came out of them, in front of their faces. It was like a screen with all of their monster's statistics on it. It also listed what attacks their monster had. At the moment, only one of the four spaces was filled. Zephyr's first attack was Spark. Sakura's eyes narrowed. Kayin and Zephyr stood, glaring at each other, neither having the command to attack. Sakura looked at Zephyr's stats. " Lets go Zephyr! Tackle that samurai kid head on!" Sakura commanded, unsure of what to do. Zephyr ran at his opponent and was about to tackle when Kayin leapt up into the air and evaded the attack. Zephyr hit the grass nuzzle-first. " Good work Kayin! Now DISAPPEAR!" Takahiro commanded. Kayin nodded and disappeared into thin air. " Huh?" Zephyr said, looking around. " Zephyr! Concentrate! Have electricity run over your body so Kayin can't touch you without being shocked!" Sakura commanded, thinking of a strategy. Smalls sparks of electricity started jumping all over his small body. Between his wings was a barrier of electricity. He kept a close watch out for Kayin's kunai coming at him. " Nice work Sakura! Good strategy, but now, its time to attack! Kayin! Appear and hit Zephyr's wings!" Kayin appeared above Zephyr and plummeted down towards him. " ZEPHYR! LOOK UP!" It was too late. Kayin had connected with Zephyr's wings. Kayin got zapped with electricity and Zephyr's wings were damaged in the attack. Both monsters were blown towards their respective partners with Zephyr's electrical force. Sakura ran to Zephyr. " Zephyr, are you ok?" She picked him up in her arms. " I think so. My wings hurt though." " We'll get you back into the MC so you can heal my friend. You did well for your first battle. Imagine what others are going to be like!" " Yeah." Zephyr vanished into the MC to rest. The screen projection disappeared not before it gave the message to Sakura that Zephyr had gained some experience and some of his stats rose. Sakura stood up and looked at Takahiro. Kayin had just vanished back into his MC. " Good battle Sakura." " You too Takahiro." They looked around them. They had gathered quite a large crowd with their battle. Sakura blushed. Takahiro shooed them all away before returning to Sakura. " That was interesting. Short but interesting," Takahiro said. " Yeah, maybe when we get home, we can have a longer one. And maybe train them a bit in the park behind us. In that secret place we used hide in when we were kids." " Yeah, that'd be good. See you at home!" OOC: Ok Kayin, you take it from there. As for everyone else. Battle rules. When you use an attack that is mentioned in your sign-up, please use capital letters so we know the attack is from ur sign-up. Secondly, the screen projections are for ur stats and attack lists. It also has a list of the opponents you have encountered, lost to and defeated and what their monster is like. It only updates when you battle that person again. Third, when you want a battle between you and another person. PM them and organise who is going to win and who's going to lose. One dark feather touched the Masked Phantom on the nose as she flew away. " Indeed, you are an enigma," the Masked Phantom whispered, " with eyes like your wings." __________________________________________ Ziarre landed on Boru's church's roof. She sat next to a gargoyle. Supposedly they ward off evil. Seems they did the opposite. " That Masked Phantom.....I couldn't use any of my powers against him.....why? Why wasn't I able to use them? There has to be something deeper than this. He said to look him up in the history books. I think I'll do just that...." Ziarre spread her wings again and took off down to the library closest to her.[/COLOR][/FONT]

[FONT=Georgia][COLOR=Red]Ziarre had been sent by Boru to squash the Acolyte uprising in the industrial area of New Vista. With her pyrokinetic powers, her wings and her sword, she was now no match for any of the Acolytes. Most of them reeled away from the heat, scared of her menacing black figures behind the flames. Her fury was evident. Like the fire that burnt in her soul, she could not be tamed. Even though Boru had tried to squash her, she remained composed but she burned even more fiercely inside. The only way to let her anger out was to kill as many Acolytes as she possibly could. Also, she had to leave Rath behind in the church Boru now claimed as his sanctuary. His wounds were too bad to let him fight. This fuelled Ziarre?s rage even more. Suddenly, an ice barrier built up in front of her, blocking her progress through the alley of Acolytes. She growled, ruffling her black feathered wings uncomfortably. ? So you are the pyro my master was talking about,? a sneer voice came from above. An Acolyte, an ugly one at that, jumped from the rooftop to confront Ziarre. ? And I see you are an ice master. Pathetic really??? she said, sheathing her sword. ? What did you say?? ? I said you were pathetic. I?ve figured you out. I know your master Cold, has sent you as an assassin to kill me. You think that will be so simple? Think again?.? ? You are a confident one, I?d admit that. But no fire has ever melted my ice, and your?s won?t be the first!? Subzero yelled as he launched himself at Ziarre, a fist ready to connect with her face. Ziarre merely tilted her head to one side and he missed. ? Is that all you?ve got?? Ziarre taunted. Subzero then kneed Ziarre in the stomach and then punched her, sending her flying into a wall. Ziarre lay crumpled at the base of it. ? You are the pathetic one pyro?? but then stopped mid-sentence to see Ziarre stand up with no more than a bleeding lip from his punch. She dabbed the cut with her finger. ? Well, I can see you are good at giving cut lips. But is that all? Really? I wouldn?t show my face if I were so weak. In fact, I?d be cowering in the gutters, muttering for my mother,? Ziarre taunted even more. She wanted him to get angry, to get furious, so she could kill him by using the full extent of her power. ? COME ON! IS THAT ALL YOU?VE GOT?!? Subzero came at her with all of his physical strength. He started bashing the shit out of Ziarre. She flopped around like a rag doll. After 15 minutes of pure physical brute, Subzero let Ziarre drop to the ground. He wiped his sweat off his forehead. He waited a few minutes to see if she would do another resurrection trick, but she didn?t move. Turning to leave, he heard a quiet laughing. It became louder and louder each step he took further away from Ziarre. He stopped. The laughing came from Ziarre, and she was laughing at him. Subzero turned around to see Ziarre standing wonkily, leaning on the wall for support. She bled profusely from the forehead and her nose and she had a black eye on her left eye. But still, she was laughing. ? What are you laughing about? I just gave you the beating of your life, and you stand there laughing,? Subzero said. ? You. You think you?re so macho, so powerful??its pathetic??really?.? Ziarre said between laughs. ? And you can do better?? ? Much better.? Ziarre stood up and started walking towards Subzero. ? You see, while you were beating the shit out of me, I was merely wasting your energy. You see, now you can?t even muster any of your ice magic. I didn?t want to go head-to-head with it because I?m lazy.? ? What?? Subzero tried to summon his magic but couldn?t. Now Ziarre was in his face. ? You see? It doesn?t matter how powerful you are, it matters how smart you are,? Ziarre replied. She grabbed him by the shoulder and watched him burn into a pile of ash. Ziarre then looked up and saw Morgan looking at her in horror. With a great gust, Ziarre flew up and came level with Morgan. She looked him in the eyes. ? So you were his back-up? How quaint?? Morgan scuttled away, disappearing into the darkness. A female demon then came out of the shadows. ? You are Ziarre, are you not?? ? You?ve witnessed what I can do, you judge,? " Finally, I will make them pay..." For three hours he sat there and changed the internet coding for the newly released game, Monster Network. He sniggered gleefully as he hit the last key. Posters of bands and cute anime guys were plastered all over the walls of her room. Clothes spread all over the floor. Her bed was covered in school books and sketching pads. A computer stood idle on a desk in front of her. She sat down on her swivel chair, switched the computer on and waited for it to load. Taking the new computer game out of the bag, she read the back. ? Sounds interesting. I hope I get to meet lots of new people!? Just then, the door to the apartment slammed shut. ? Hello? Anyone home?? came Takahiro?s voice. ? Takahiro! I?m in my bedroom!? Sakura?s bedroom door opened. ? Hey sis! What are you doing?? ? I got this new game today. Monster Network?? Sakura started. ? WHAT! I got the same game too! Cool!? ? Wow! We can make a party then?? ? Sure!? Takahiro sat down beside her. Sakura logged onto the computer in her name. She then opened the box. ? Huh? What?s this?? She took out a CD-ROM and then a small sky-blue hand-held computer. ? That?s the MC,? Takahiro explained, ? It?s so you can take your monster with you all the time. You can battle with each other using the MC too.? ? Cool!? Sakura put the CD into the drive and loaded the game. A screen appeared with the Monster Network logo on it. A box then appeared. You know how I like lightning storms.? ? Yeah?.freak.? He nudged her in the shoulder. ? I love you too?? Another box appeared on the screen. [B]What is your monster?s name: What gender will it be: What element do you want it to control: [U]Make My Monster[/U][/B] Sakura looked at the screen thoughtfully and then typed her monster?s details in. [B]What is your monster?s name: Zephyr What gender will it be: Male What element do you want it to control: Lightning (Sakura chose it from the drop list)[/B] She then clicked [B][U]Make My Monster[/U][/B]. They sat back and waited for it to load. Then a huge white egg with silver speckles appeared on the screen. ? Huh?? Sakura said. ? Click on the egg Sakura,? Takahiro said. Sakura moved the cursor and clicked on the egg. A message appeared. [B] Connect the MC to your computer. [/B] Sakura took out the cable from the box and connected the MC to her computer. The message disappeared and the MC suddenly activated. The egg on the screen now appeared in front of Sakura. The holographic devices had activated and now the egg appeared in front of her. Sakura?s eyes were wide with shock while Takahiro?s were wide with excitement. In front of them, the egg started to move. A crack appeared in the shell. Suddenly, the egg split in half and a small creature flopped out of it. It was white, furry and looked like a cat. Wings sprouted from the creature?s shoulders. Big golden eyes looked up and into Sakura?s. ? Awww! It?s so cute! I want to hug it!? Sakura said and went to touch it. ? You can?t Sakura. It?s an image!? Takahiro said but Sakura?s hand was already stroking it. ? Wow! It even feels real!? Sakura picked the white furball up and cuddled it in her arms. She stroked the wings with her left hand. The furball started purring. ? That?s not right. How the hell is it real? It?s only supposed to be an image,? Takahiro said quietly to himself. ? Zephyr the white lightning sphinx, that?s who you are!? Sakura said, holding the cat up in the air, its wings a little outstretched. ? Yup, that?s me!? a small male cat-like voice came from the sphinx?s mouth. Now both Sakura?s and Takahiro?s jaws dropped. ? You can talk??!?? Takahiro blurted out. The little sphinx flapped its white feathery wings. ? Yup! How else are we supposed to communicate with our partners?? ? Zephyr has a point Takahiro,? Sakura said as she cuddled Zephyr tightly. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw the computer screen. Statistics of Zephyr was loaded onto the screen and her MC. Another message appeared on the screen. [B]Your monster?s data has now downloaded onto your MC. Care for your monster well and happy battling![/B] Sakura looked at Zephyr again and then at Takahiro. ? Ok bro, your turn.? OOC: Sorry its so long but a lot of details to cover. First, human monsters don?t hatch from eggs. They appear, standing on the Monster Network logo. And as you have seen, creature monsters hatch from eggs. Secondly, the MCs can be any colour you like, so we won?t get confused with each other?s when we?re at school. Lastly, the hacker mentioned before is responsible for making the monsters real. Just thought I?d let you know.[/COLOR][/FONT]

Lee had awoken and come out into the courtyard for some air. She watched him look around as if trying to find someone. When his eyes met hers, he smiled and walked over to her. Ziarre shifted herself uncomfortably. " Hello Ziarre," Lee said cheerfully. " Hey..." Ziarre replied timidly. OOC: Sorry its short. I have to go cook dinner. Sorry[/COLOR][/FONT]

She rode Raven down to Azufe and his three dragons which were now conversing with the general of the human army. " Look," Robin started saying forcefully to Azufe, ignoring the general, " I know what is going to happen. Whatever we do, we have to get these armies to retreat. If not, there will be a massacre. I just know. I can sense when death is impending. The smell of it is already in the air. It is the strongest I have ever smelt it. I know what is about to happen....and I will not let it HAPPEN!" Azufe took a step backwards from Robin. He was not expecting that much compassion from the Death Elemental, considering her interaction with everyone, including himself. [COLOR=DarkOrange][FONT=Century Gothic]Ziarre glared into Boru's eyes coldly. She heard Rath snarl and growl at Boru. The fire inside of her grew more fiercely. Her fists were clenched in fury. She said nothing. Boru smiled. " So you do not resist nor comply. Very diplomatic of you." Boru blasted her away with dark energy. Ziarre was catapulted into a nearby tree. The impact knocked the wind from her. She collapsed to the base of it. Rath strode over there with difficulty. " Do you understand? You half-breed!" Ziarre struggled to her feet. " I understand." She spat blood from her mouth to the ground. " Good. Now, my weapon, come with me." OOC: Sorry its short. Couldn't think fo anything.[/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR=DarkOrange][FONT=Century Gothic]Ziarre glared at Night as he retreated. Her temper flared. " I HOPE IT WAS WORTH IT ZIARRE! IS YOUR NEW FOUND STRENGTH REALLY WORTH THIS DESTRUCTION!?" Nigth yelled at her furiously as he jumped out of the window. Boru put a hand on her back. Her temper was already at breaking point. " Boru, you dare touch me, and I swear I will burn you to cinders...." she growled as she made her way over to Rath who was injured from Night and Shirow. She picked him up. " My poor baby. You have been hurt. Come, lets go away from ths cursed place and burn it to the ground." With that, Ziarre jumped out of the window with Rath in her arms. She then turned to the Manor. She held out one hand. Fire spewed forth and the Manor burnt to the ground in white and blue flames. Boru sidled up beside her. " Not enough vengence." " Never. He escaped. he was lucky this time," she said as she turned towards the Acolyte army. Her blood literally boiled. " Kill them Ziarre, make them hurt," Boru egged her on. That was the last thread. Ziarre unleashed all restraints. From her back, a huge dragon made from fire soaring into the sky. It screeched and dived down to the Acolytes, burning the first few lines of Acolytes, as well as demons. She had no alegance anymore. The only one who could stood her had vanished.[/FONT][/COLOR]

How did Elyron or Azufe know so much about Gwydion? It was peculiar. Robin closed her eyes. Kadaj's tantrum, Lee's little spack, everyone seemed to have secrets they didn't want to reveal. If they were ever to fight as one, they would have to know each other like themselves. Robin opened her eyes and sighed. She cleared her throat, gaining the attention of every Elemental there, including their companions. " Azufe's information was exact, however, I have learned something more. Not about the enemy. But about us, and how we are going to defeat the enemy. This may come as a shock to most of us who have skeletons in our closets." " But, my source has told us, as he is an Elf and has powers of sight. We must know each other as we know ourselves to defeat Gwydion. We may have to share pasts that are too painful to relive, however, if we don't, our purpose is negilible." Everyone looked at her shocked. It was not news they had expected to hear and news that rattled some. Kadaj and Lee looked at the ground. Robin stayed firm. " However, it is not time to devulge such secrets. First, we must stop the Battle of Five Armies and consult the King in matters he does not understand. To the Plains of Semna." _________________________________________________________________ Hours later, the Elementals arrived at the Plains of Semna. The company stood at the mountain pass that was one of the few ways into the Plains of Semna. The Human, Elf, Dwarf and Lizard-people armies gathered before them. A great darkness stood in front of them. It was a wall of black, an omnious sign. Arawn pawed the ground cautiously. [COLOR=Red]Something is wrong. Death is near Robin.[/COLOR] The Hell Hound growled. " I can feel it also Arawn. Raven, we have to get down there and warn the Kings of each army." Robin turned to the others. " Kadaj and Gray, you are to go to the Human King and tell him pull back. Ianus and Lee, you have the Dwarf King. Kari and Kumiko, you have the Lizard-people. Azufe, you and I have the Elven King. She was deeply concerned when Tellzar and Jessica became unconscious, although her fear of getting in the way of Lee stopped her from moving to help them. When the others had moved out, Ziarre remained behind. Shadow strode up behind her. Dark perched himself on her left shoulder. " An outsider again Shadow. I haven't been doing much on my part have I?" Shadow didn't answer. The rancid smell of death wafted through the air. Ziarre's temper start burning. " WHY! WHY CAN'T I DO ANYTHING TO PLEASE THE WORLD!!!!!!" she screamed into the air. Fire sprung up from the ground and burnt the bodies of the demons, cleansing the air. " WHY?" she growled. Shadow nuzzled her in the shoulder. " Ziarre, calm down my child. You will get there eventually." She half watched Lee fight the demons off with such fury that she was actually a little afraid of him. More demons came for the onslaught. She released her arrows but they didn't have any effect on the thick-hided demons. " Curse them!" One of them swung at her. She flipped over backwards one-handed to move out of the way. " That's it. I'm starting to get really pissed off at these things." Her eyes narrowed. The beast suddenly burst into flames. It screamed, trying to put itself out. In a matter of seconds, Ziarre had notched an arrow and released it to strike it in its forehead. The demon reeled backwards and landed with a heavy thump, dead on the ground. Another surge of demons came her way. " Oh that's it. I've had enough of you vile creatures for today!" Ziarre screamed in frustration. Dark landed on Ziarre's shoulder. Ziarre's eyes turned brilliant red. The raven flew up into the sky and burst into flames. A piercing flacon cry echoed from him as he dived for the wave of demons. As the phoenix passed each demon, they caught alight. The fire was magical, not able to be put out. Soon, they were all burned alive. Screams echoed through the air. Ziarre looked away, unable to stomach what her medallion's powers could do, even to the Enemy. Their screams soon died away. Ziarre regained her composure, still with her eyes closed. " I hate my powers......." [/COLOR][/FONT]

[COLOR=DarkOrange][FONT=Century Gothic][I]So this is the moment of truth.....[/I] Ziarre thought as she watched, delighed, at the onslaught of demons on Sierra Manor. The Hunters were running around helpless, others were being slain. Catapults beside her released burning corpses one after the other. Ziarre felt her demon blood run through her veins so powerfully, it yearned for bloodshed. One particular Hunter's blood. Two black feather wings burst from her shoulders, finally completing her demon transformation. Boru sidled up beside her, unable to touch her though. A circular wall of the hottest white flame surrounded her. Her black velvet eyes eyed Boru. " I want revenge Boru. I want his blood on my hands. I want him to burn for everything he has done," Ziarre growled wildly. " You want his?" Boru replied. " If you dare touch him, you too will be mine," Ziarre threatened, her wall of flame becoming more intense. " If you fail me, you will be mine," Boru replied threateningly. " I won't. Not when I have my powers." With that, Ziarre soared into the air, leaving a trail of white fire in the sky. Soon, she landed on Night's balcony. Demons made way for her, as per their orders not to get in her way. As she walked into the room, her black wings folded behind her. The room's temperature sky-rocketed as soon as she entered. In there, she saw Night fighting against a few more powerful demons. Her black eyes narrowed. The demons were incerated in seconds. Night looked up. " Ziarre! Thank god!" Ziarre smiled wickedly as a wall of flame separated Night from any Hunters that wanted to come to his aid. It was just him and her. Ziarre unsheathed a sword from a scabard on her back. " Its just you and me Night," Ziarre growled. Night looked completely bewildered. " Ziarre! What is wrong with you? The enemy is out there, not in here!" Night yelled at her. " YOU'RE WRONG! You are my enemy Night. You've been surpressing my abilities for far too long. I want revenge.....and for you to see how powerful I have become! Don't you notice anything different?" she hissed, circling him like a predator would their prey. Night did notice it. Her voice wasn't normal. It was full of darkness and power. Ziarre's eyes weren't the right colour. They were completely black, like endless tunnels - not brilliant green. She seemed much more dangerous than the last time he had seen her. " What happened to you?" he asked, lowering his bastard sword. " I found who my real friends were!" Ziarre said as she launched herself at Night in attack. OOC: There you are Silver.[/COLOR][/FONT]

She heard what Alvadon had said to him and she soon made her way to the battlement overlooking the Gates, the one Shadow and Dark where sleeping at. " What are you looking at?" Shadow asked as he awoke. Ziarre looked anxiously over the battlement's edge. " Lee and the people of Sorian," she replied, hoping nothing bad would happen. " I'm sure nothing will. Well, not while you're around anyway," Shadow replied rather smugly. " Shut up Shadow!" They watched the events between Lee and people unfold. The roudy roar of " For Valahria!" made Ziarre's heart soar. There was still hope after all. ___________________________________________________________________ Soon, Ziarre was attending the knighting ceremony of Jessica and Kayin. She agreed they both had proven their worth in battle, much more than anyone had expected them to. Ziarre only wished she could speak to them more, be a bit more friendly. That time will come, her conscious kept telling her. ___________________________________________________________________ Now, it was time to depart from the kingdom of Sorian. Ziarre had sung her last song atop of the battlement to the late King before making her way down to the Gates. Shadow was saddled and ready to go. After the heroic send-off, Shadow had a hard time keeping up with Lee's furious pace. " If he keeps it up, he'll never get there. He'll be too exhausted," the griffin huffed, soaring along in the winds above the riding party. " Just leave him be for the moment Shadow. Let him had his adrenalin burst. He's like me. You know...." Robin unsaddled herself from Raven and led him to his stall. Her and Arawn then walked to the Elvish Council Chambers in Cerridwen. Elyron was a fatherly figure to Robin and she took his advice as often as he gave it. The air was quiet....dedly quiet. Robin's hunter instincts started to kick in. Something was wrong.....very wrong. She took her bow off her shoulders and notched an arrow. A small crunching of dry leaves made Robin whirl around and draw Hades to its full extent. Elyron stood elegantly as the tip of the arrow touched his chest. " You have come for information Robin?" he asked magestically. " Yes I have." ___________________________________________________________________ Soon, Robin, Raven and Arawn had arrived in Ithica and made her way to the fountain. It was the dead of the night when she made her appearance. Elyron had said to her to be more friendly to the other Elementals and not be so much like her Element. This was extremely hard for her as she was shunned by commonfolk. The fountain sprayed water elegantly. Robin sat down. Arawn jumped up beside her and nuzzled into her side. " You and Raven have been the only ones who have stuck to my sides. Maybe I should be more kind to the others," Robin trailed off. Kadaj's voice came to her suddenly. " Robin, took long enough." Robin whirled around. " I had to get some more information about these demons. It seems we've bitten off more than we can chew. But I want to tell everyone at the same time. [COLOR=DarkOrange]First, characters are of the age between 12-16. A new computer game has come out. This game allows players to create a monster of any sort on the internet and battle with their friends. With this game is a portal device. This device allows the player to carry their monster anywhere with them. In these devices are holographic mechanisms that allows the monster to become life-like. These monsters can be anything the player desires. From dragons to horses to wildcats to elves to cyborgs. However, the monster has to have a main element and these can be shared. They must also have strengths and weaknesses. However, a hacker infeltrated the main system and has corrupted some of the programming. This corruption has made the monsters become real and able to destroy anything living. A gang of kids has taken to using these monsters for evil. They are under the influence of an evil source. What do you think?[/COLOR]

[COLOR=Red]Ziarre watched the King die in his son's arms. She felt such pain and heartbreak for Lee. It was a great loss to Valahria. During the ceremony, Ziarre sung a song of Mourning in the old tongue of the Sorcerers. She didn't know if the others heard it. The sound of the song was haunting and sorrowful, helping the King to make his way to the Great Halls of Sorian. After the ceremony, Ziarre made her way to one of the palace's battlements. She stood on the stone edge. A great rush of wind almost knocked her off the edge. The inky blackness of the sky was dotted with sparkles of stars. Ziarre closed her eyes. Her medallion grew a fiery red. Dark, the raven perched on her shoulder, outstretched his wings. The bird glowed a bright red and transformed into the fire phoenix. Dark's blazing wings made a glow even in the darkness. " Oh Dark, I wish I could help Lee. He is hurtin so much at the moment. I would be too if I had lose my father." The phoenix pierced the air with a falcon's cry. It landed on Ziarre's shoulder and nuzzled her. Shadow walked up behind Ziarre and covered her with his white wing. " You realy like this one, don't you?" the griffin asked. " I do," Ziarre nodded, " I wish I could help him Shadow. So much. I can feel his pain." " There is nothing that can bring the King back. It is a part of life I am afraid." " Then I shall sing a healing song. For him." Ziarre walked to the edge again and started to sing. She sang like the Elves, sweet and harmonious, in the ancient tongue of the Sorcerers. The wind carried the song around the palace. ______________________________________________ Ziarre was still standing on one of the battlements, looking over the land, when a familar voice behind her asked her a question. " Sleep well?" She turned around to see Lee. " Lee.........no, I didn't. I couldn't sleep - not at a time like this." " I see. Me neither." " I know. I could sense it." " You wha?" " Nevermind." He walked up beside her. " What are you doing here? Were you out here all night?" Ziarre blushed. " I was singing here all night." " Singing?" Lee asked. " For your father." Lee's face turned pale. " For....for my father?" " Yes. I'm sorry. I wanted to say good-bye too." Veradon came up and nuzzled Lee in the back. " Ok Veradon, I'll go have something to eat." He looked at Ziarre. " You'll need something to eat before we go Ziarre." Ziarre looked at Shadow curled up against a stone wall, sleeping, and Dark perched above him. " I'll come. These two need sleep. They've been up with me all night," Ziarre said to Lee before following him to the Dining Hall. Lee sat down at the side of the head of the table out of respect for his father. Ziarre sat next to him, feeling rather attached to him at this moment of time. The table was spread with delicious foods of all sorts. Not feeling very hungry, Ziarre just ate some fruit and drank a cup of honey tea, enough to keep her going for a while.
