[COLOR=Purple][FONT=Trebuchet MS]A cool wind hit Namia's face as she slowly opened her eyes. A large bedroom appeared through the darkness around her. Slowly, she moved her hands to push herself up and found herself bound by shackles and chains. She glanced down at her feet - they too were bounds by chains. " What the hell?" A door slammed shut across the room. " It's seems that our little cat has finally awoken..." The voice was dark and menacing. Namia looked up and growled. A burly man of about 25 stood there with an evil grin upon his face. " What do you want?" Namia spat as she stood up, bowed down by the weight of the chains, but glared at him straight in the eyes. " Want? Something only you can give me Namia..." Namia's eyes went wide with shock as he approached her. A growl eminated from her throat, warning him to not come and closer. " I may look helpless, but I can assure that I'm not," Namia spat angrily. " I accept that you are a warrior, Namia, but you have no powers, and therefore, you cannot contend with the likes of the Black Knight," the man said. In one of his hands was a thickly-wooded spear, ones that were used by the enemy's soldiers. He smiled as he whipped it around and hit Namia fair in the ribs. Namia's body jarred violently as the blow shattered one of her ribs. " Not so helpless now, are we Namia?" the Black Knight taunted. Namia coughed out blood but glared back at him. " Bring it on Black Knight.....you cannot break me....." OOC: Hope this is ok[/FONT][/COLOR]

[COLOR=Red][FONT=Trebuchet MS]Sora sighed with relief when Sayne went to the Dress Room willingly. " I don't know what I'm going to do with that boy." Closing the door behind her, Sora looked around her room, searching for any grooming devices that will help her later tonight. After looking in the bathroom and under her bed, Sora managed to collect all the things necessary for the look she desired for tonight's Ball. It was good that the Pilots had a chance to be normal teenagers for at least two hours. They weren't tools of war (although there would be some debate on Sayne) and piloting the MechAnimas in war took a lot of energy. Their bodies were exhausted, trying to keep up with their mechanical partners. But tonight wasn't the night to be thinking about all that stuff. It was time to relax and be normal. Sora walked through the many corridors of the base to the Dress Room. A female officer stood in there patiently, waiting for anyone that wanted a dress or suit to come in. She looked around and saw Sora. " Ah! Pilot Avian! Finally someone comes in here." " Hey. I'm here for a dress. Got any to suit moi?" The officer smiled. " I have just the thing..." [B]The Ball...[/B] Sora walked into the holding bay. She gasped at how beautifully it was decorated. A job well done in a couple of hours and lots of man-and-woman power. Her sunset orange dress glimmered in the flashing white light. She looked over the heads of the crowd, trying to find someone she knew. Her hair held a dozen or so small butterfly clips and had glitter streaked throughout it. Across her cheeks was a soft shimmering gold and her lips were dark red. " Where are you Sayne?"[/FONT][/COLOR]

My first and most commonly used nickname would be Chookie because my first name is Brooke (like as in the sound that a chicken makes). That ones been with me since year 5 (10 yrs old) and has stuck with me all the way through high-school (until 17) and we'll see if I still get called it at Uni. The second is Brookie. I got called that by one of my friend's dad who was a teacher at my high-school and he still calls me that! The third is Ren. My friends call me that because my middle name is Renee. The last is Princess. My adorable boyfriend calls me that because he spoils me like one. Lol....I'm so sad......[/FONT][/COLOR]

My dad took us there on a business/holiday trip. Lol. My dad's a stonefruit grower so we looked at peaches all the way around America. Quite funny. But we went to DisneyWorld and stuff like that. Lana walked to the edge and jumped down from the great height, landing on the road below easily. Slowly, she made her way around the city, trying to find a perfect victim. One of my grandmothers is pure English (she came over to Australia in WWII) and my other grandmother comes from Scotland, so I have a real mix. And I was born, and live, in Australia. So yeah. A bitser! My dark hair comes from my German decent and my blue eyes English (from grandparents). Lol.[/FONT][/COLOR]

Everything's so serious lately and I was just wanting to be normal teenagers for a bit, our characters I mean. So I hope you don't mind if I skip ahead a few days. [B]Four days have passed....[/B] Lately, Sora had been seen talking to a lot of the officers around the base. Sayne wondered what the hell she was doing. All of the MechAnima pilots had been given training schedules, each atuned to their differents needs of their MechAnimas. But somehow, she had managed to do all of their training (which was approximately 6 hours a day), do their school work (which they now had to do in amongst their training) and do this mystery job of hers. " Does anyone know what she's doing?" Sakura asked them at breakfast where all but Sora and Liz were sitting at the table. " No idea. She's doing all her training and school work," Keiji said, crossing his arms in thought, " She even beat me in that last maths quiz Mr Fei gave to us." " Whatever she's doing, its a complete snow job!" Vick added, " I've talked to some of the officers I've seen her talking with and they won't tell me a thing!" Sayne just sat there as everyone but Liz and him talked about what Sora was planning. Liz was still in the hospital wing of the base. She was in a critical but stable condition. Ajack sat back in his chair and sighed. " Whatever it is, I hope its nothing bad." At that moment, Sora came into the kitchen with a huge grin on her face. " Everyone!" she shouted, getting their attention. " In light of no activity coming from the Cylargres in the past few days, General Rei and myself have organised a ball for the younger members of the base, including ourselves. Some of the civilian teenagers are also invited." " A ball?" Darrius asked, " What the hell are we going to do at a ball?" Sora smiled. " Dance, listen to music, drink, make friends, make lurve..." She laughed at her joke. Her mood was definitely lighter than most of the others. " What are we supposed to wear?" Dale asked with an eyebrow raised. " I already thought of that Dale. The Ball is tonight. In the base is a clothing room full of gowns and suits. You may choose one for tonight. We enter on our own, so no one gets left out. Dinner will be served there and then the party starts afterwards," Sora explained. " So is this what you've been doing the last few days?" Lyu asked. " Yup. Thought we might need a little party to lighten things up a little," Sora stated matter-of-factly. " Right...." Vick murmured. All of them got up and left to do whatever they wanted, but Sayne and Sora stayed behind. Sora walked over to him. " So, what do you think?" she asked. " About what?" " The Ball stupid!" " Oh....that.....not my scene....." Sora scowled. " Sayne De'Larne, if you don't go, I'm going to smack you one!" OOC: Ok guys, get ready for the ball. Guys in suits and chicks in dresses. The others had left her behind, which made her mad. At least Tanken should have told her or something. " What am I going to do?" she said to herself as she was sprawled out on the grass. " Well hello there little cat...." Namia twisted around. A dark figure, surrounded by many soldiers, advanced upon her. She leapt up with her spear in hand. The dark figure laughed deviously. " Well this cat had claws....hmm.....no matter....you are easily defeatable...." Three cords of pure darkness sprang from the figure's hands and wrapped themselves tightly around Namia, despite her best efforts to evade them. The figure walked up to Namia who struggled against her bounds. " The more you struggle, the tighter they get..." he hissed. Soon, they were so tight that Namia could barely breathe. " Now, what mark should we leave for your fellow Resistance members?" The soldiers around him sniggered in glee. Her claw spear lay on the ground. The figure picked it up and pressed it into her neck, making blood flow all over the blade. Namia's vision started to go. Lack of oxygen and the loss of blood was starting to affect her. She shook her head, trying to shake the feeling of darkness away but eventually, it washed over her like a wave on a beach. OOC: Sorry its short. OberOn, you can choose who Namia's been kidnapped by and where she's been taken. Well that's it for me.[/FONT][/COLOR]

Unless you want the Hero of Death to show her talents." Kayin just stood there shocked. " Ziarre...." " WALK KAYIN!" Slowly, one foot after another, Kayin started walking towards the Sanctuary. Ziarre turned to Lazarus, but kept her aim on Kayin. " Don't follow us. If you do, I'll assume our deal is worthless and kill you without a second thought." " Fine..." Ziarre and Kayin walked towards the Sanctuary, taking the long way around just in case Lazarus followed them. Soon, they were in the Sanctuary. Ziarre nudged Kayin with the tip of her arrow. " Get the others. Gather them in the dining room. NOW! If you don't return to the dining room with them, I will destroy this whole place. Got it?" Sora was hurting, both emotionally and physically. A few burns and cuts was all she received in the battle, but what had happened to Sayne hurt her the most. " I couldn't even save him Blaze..." [COLOR=DarkRed]Don't beat yourself up about it. It was a hard battle. And you had to save yourself before you could save him[/COLOR] Blaze said reassuringly. Sora looked down at the ground and suddenly saw Tiegre and Liz. Tiegre was in very bad shape. " Blaze..." [COLOR=DarkRed]Already with you.[/COLOR] They landed swiftly and Sora jumped out of the cockpit. Making her way over to Liz, she hastily checked her pulse. She sighed, relieved that Liz did have a pulse, although it was weak. " Come on Liz...don't fail me now girl...." Sora picked up Liz and carried her into Blaze. " The base, and pronto Blaze. Pick up Tiegre. We need to take her to the base too." [COLOR=DarkRed]Right. Hang on.[/COLOR] Blaze grasped his golden talons around Tiegre and slowly took off, heading towards the base. [B]20 minutes later....[/B] Sora had taken Liz to the ER for some emergency treatment. The nurses had told her to wait outside but Sora was too anxious about Liz. " Please don't let her go....I need her...." Sora whispered to herself. " Please let Sayne be ok." It looked like it was going to take some time for Liz to recover. " Please inform me as soon as she walks up!" Sora said firmly to one of the nurses that exited the room Liz was in. " Of course." Sora nodded her thanks and walked from the room, eager to find Sayne. I just made that bit up because I thought it should have a crystal because it an essential part to Ivalice. I said that some of the information in this RPG is the same as the game. I just made up the name. If you know who you fight in the last battle, I tried to make a name out of it because I've forgotten what they were called. And yes, I am trying to be vague. But if you have played the game, you'll know what I mean. And yes, I'll let you be summoners. They're one of my favourite jobs.

A small town high in the mountains. It is winter this time of year and snow has been falling softly over the past few days, covering the town in a blanket of white. A small school sits atop a small hill on the outskirts of the town. This is the place where a group of teenagers will become part of a legend in a world that is very different from the one that they know.[/COLOR] [COLOR=DarkRed]Strange creatures?ever changing laws?medieval clothing?swords, spears and bows?warriors, archers and mages? And, of course, the Crystals? The Crystals, that represent the five races of this strange world and the world seam, have disappeared from Bervenia Palace. Rumours have spread over the land of the disappearance of the Crystals and the growing evil in Jagd Ahli. The people of this world have grown in fear as night after night, small villages and towns are pillaged, leaving the inhabitants with nothing. The Queen then summoned her people and told them of a prophecy a wise sage told her not long after the Crystals vanished. " So, we have to found our angels? I hope that she is nothing like my demon." Isabelle shivered, recalling her last encounter with her demon on the roof of the cathedral. " But the fact is that our races have far different cultures. The Human race for instance doesn't think that females can be warriors or fighters. But the mother's instinct is the strongest, and can be the most lethal, thing in the world. You male humans think that females are ready to be trodden over and that we are soft and are for the indoors." " My race however is centred entirely on females. We are the ones that build our homes, rule over others and protect our family with our lives. The males of our species are only concerned about spreading their genes around. The females are the stronger gender in our race. We are fiercely independent, battle-like and don't like being treated like inferiors." " This is why relations between Humans and Murhyrr are so difficult to maintain. Your male leaders refuse to acknowledge that our leaders are females and refuse to talk to them about treaties and the such.
