In the year 410 AD.... He sat on his bed looking out of the high window... pretending he felt a breeze whisp past his face. He shook because of how dark and cold the room was. He laid down softly on his rock hard bed, staring at the wall. Razel was only 6 years old. It was dinner time, and he was given the same food everyday... cold meat and a glass of mineral water. He sat there chewing the food softly and looked at his fork and spoon. The mind of a child, no matter where he is will wander... and imagine things to be what they aren't. He picked up the spoon and fork and played with them, pretending that they were real. He smiled as he made himself laugh at the things these silly plate settings were doing. "Razel...." a calm soothing, yet eerie voice called out to his mind. He froze on his bed as he listened to her voice. "Razel... what are you doing love?" "I... was just... pretending..." he said. "Pretending? Foolish little boy..." she said. Suddenly, Razel cried out in pain as he clutched his head and threw the plate off of his lap. "Temper? I think not..." she said as the pain in his body intensified. "I'm SORRY!!!" he screamed in the pain. He pleaded for the pain to stop, but she continued. "Pretending is a dangerous game, my dear Razel..." "I was just.... " "Lying? That's what pretending is, Razel... lying.... are the forks in this world real, Razel?" she asked sweetly as if singing him to sleep. "No.... no!!" he cried. "That's right my dear... so why do you make it as such? It's lying Razel... I don't want you to grow up and become a liar..." "I won't... I promise... no more pretending..." he said, tears in his eyes. "That's a good boy.... but what about your temper?" she asked, making him cry even more. "I PROMISE!!! Please.... please..." he said, whimpering as his whole body ached in pain. "Alright... I'll believe you love.... but no more lies... because then I won't believe you anymore..." she said as she stopped the pain in his mind. He laid there on the floor catching his breath. "Now pick up the mess you made and slide the plate under the door sweet heart." she said. He quickly picked up the place settings and put them on the plate, pushing it out of his room. He ran to his bed and laid down, closing his eyes to the world he was in. "That's a good boy, Razel.... you make me so proud when you're obedient..." she said as she soothed him with her voice. A small smile creased his face.... he listened to her sweet words as he went to sleep. ..............************.............. In the Year 2504 AD ...............Awaken.... promised guardians.............. ********_____________________________********* Ciress stood in the hall of Auran as she thought of how she would take action... she had been preparing for this moment for 3000 years.... and as each day passed, as each sun rose and fell... she had waited for the day the world would be hers.... the world was changing... the world, everyone knew.... would soon be no more. The nation would rise from the sand, covering all of Egypt... spreading it's darkness all over the country... and soon... Over The World. She had been studying the forgotten nations secrets... and she finally was ready to manipulate the powers embedded inside the deep and ancient city for her own purposes. She looked to the right of her and smiled at the chamber... the boy had been kept isolated... he was truly ready. These promised guardians wouldn't have the chance to foil her plans now.... She sat on a stone chair and lifted a small device from her pocket. "So Easy..." she said smiling as she switched it on. "Razel my love..." "Yes... Ciress..." he said as he woke up from his sleep. "You have another assignment.... a young woman by the name of Jessica.... you've seen her before.... you need to dispose of her.... for she is trying to hurt me..." "I will Ciress... I promise." "I trust in you love... just take care of her... and bring me back the pendant she wears." He waited for a while and remembered the assignment from before. "It will not be removed, Ciress... it has a power of it's own." "Kill her first, Razel... then bring the body to me, and I will take the pendant myself." "As you wish Ciress.." "Don't fail me Razel.... you know what happens to those who fail me." "I won't Ciress..." he said as he gathered his things, just in the way he did on all of his missions, and left without a word. Ciress ended the transmission and laughed out loud. "What a fool Thor was to think that he could stop me so easily... it would have been easier if he just let me take the kingdom then." she said as she laughed even louder in the shadows of her tomb. ..............************.............. Jessica ran to her work. She was a waitress in the diner in the middle of Cairo. She hated her job, but it gave her time to do what she loved more than anything... looking over the ancient ruins that her father so proudly discovered. She barged through the doors and ran to her station. "Sorry I'm late..." she said, as she noticed her pendant hanging out of her clothes. She quickly hid her pendant under her blouse just as she caught sight of her boss as he stared her down. "Jessica, this is the third time this week, and the 14th time this month." he said looking at her. She shifted a little, all of a sudden becoming nervous. He shook his head in dismay. "What am I to do with you?? What have you got to say for yourself???" he said. "At least I'm consistent Mr. Jerig." she said with a sheepish smile. "Shut up and work. One more late day, and you're fired." he said as he walked away from her. She watched him walk off and put her hand on her gun. "If only I could have a moment alone with him....." she said. She let out a loud tiring sigh and put her apron on. In the corner of the diner, sat a man no older than her. He was reading the paper with a half a cup of coffee. She walked over to fill up the coffee cup, when all of a sudden he stood up and bumped into her. "I'm sorry miss." he said as he continued walking. "Sir... SIR??" she said motioning to his coffee, but he didn't turn around. He left the diner after paying and didn't even look back at Jessica. She put her hand on her apron and sighed. "Ungrateful bastard." she said under her breath... she took no notice of the tracking device he had slipped into her pocket..... OOC: Alright guys, refer to the pms I sent you and get posting! :D

Keisha counted 15 of them... this was no easy pack. She looked at her new allies though and knew they could take them. "5 each... that's not so bad." "Damn girl, you're WAY too optomistic." Storm said, pulling out his sword. She smiled "In this line of work, you gotta be." she said as she ran at the wolves. 4 of them were running toward the walls as if trying to escape. "Oh no you don't!!" Keisha said as she blocked them off, but as soon as she had done that, she realized they were just pulling her into a trap. They had surrounded her on the other side of the alley, and their fangs snarling at her. They looked at her, and slowly stood up straight, spit drooling from their mouths. "She looks tasty, don't she?" one said stepping toward her. She laughed. "I hope that wasn't your version of a pick up line..." she said staring at them. They walked even closer to her expecting her to back away in fear. But she held her ground. "I'll enjoy this bitch..." "You can dream about me in death." she said smiling as she touched the Werewolf's face and watched as his body froze from the inside out. The others howled in anger and attacked her. She dropped the werewolf where he stood, and he shattered into millions of pieces on the ground. She jumped out of the way of their attack and lifted the millions of pieces of frozen werewolf and flung it at the rest of them. Their bodies were pierced with the miniture blades, howling in pain as blood seeped down their patches of fur. She walked up to the howling wolves as they bent over in pain, and touched their cheeks. They screamed at her as they felt themselves freezing from the inside out. When they were frozen, she stared at them and frowned. She took no pleasure in killing... but their evil exsistence had one purpose, and that was to wreak havoc on this earth... and she wouldn't let that happen... life or not. She stared at the ice statues and clenched her fist. She let all her anger out as she punched the ice and smashed them into the wall, breaking them too, into tiny pieces... She looked down the path to where the others were fighting. Hopefully they were holding their own... She created a sheet of Ice under her, and ran with even more speed back to where they were fighting. OOC: Fight scenes are just fun

Excellent sign ups you guys!!! SIGN UPS ARE CLOSED! I will be starting this thread as soon as Heero Darkangel Returns, and reposts his Sign Up. In the story, your guys characters will not be meeting mine and Heero's characters until later.... maybe in the middle of the story. Your characters will be a group... learning about one another, and becoming a strong team. It's imperative that you four become a good team in this story... really close. Because at some point, your characters will be brought to my evil lady  :demon: Tortures will commence, and my Ciress will do all she can to turn your character... And then a decision will be made by your characters... You can choose to be good, or bad... the choice will be up to you ;) But the turning of a few characters will be adding to the depth of the story... That way, if one falls, it will be like a body losing an arm or a leg... I really want the inner monologue to be played up... head games will be forms of torture... oh you'll see  I got so much in store for you guys!! :D During the story, You will be fighting your own assassins, If you're planning on being "good" you can turn your assassin good, or have him/her as a constant thorn in your side... whatever you want. Keisha had heard the commotion outside just as she entered the doors. She watched as the man used his powers. She smiled. "Looks like we've found another." she said to heself. He walked inside and just looked around. Keisha smiled at him and put her hand out. "I'm Keisha, fellow Slayer, nice to meet you." she said. He looked at her oddly, not really knowing what to say at the sudden approach. "It's called a hand, and we use it here to say hello... commonly called, a handshake." she said raising a playful brow his way. She got a small smile out of him, and shook his hand. "This way, we've been looking for you." she said as she brought him to the table. Storm and Flynt looked up. "Here's the Fire elementalist, Storm.." she said. "Well you've been mighty busy, haven't you Keisha." Keisha laughed and sat down at the table. The man introduced himself, and started talking with Storm. She watched, but her mind was still elsewhere. Ever since she was a child, she was told to trust her insight... and go with what it told her. And for some reason, the song from that angel... or ... dark angel... kept ringing in her ears... as if they needed to find him... "Keisha?" She looked up from her thoughts and smiled at Storm. "Yes?" "You still with us?" "Yeah, just thinking.." she said still smiling. "Alright... we only have one more to find." he said looking at Flynt. "But very little time..." he responded. "Hopefully it will be enough time.." Keisha said. Leon nodded and the three left the bar.

Excellent Sign Up!! Here's mine EVERYONE PLEASE READ... VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW CIRESS' BACKSTORY Name: Ciress Yan Age: Appears to be 25 years. In reality she is 3025... (explained later) Appearance: Attachment Below (left) Bio: Ciress Yan was born into Royalty of her Kingdom, Din, and was to be the promised Queen. Her father was a Ruthless man, who hated the nations around him with a passion. Expecially, The Nation of Lire. At age 5, Ciress watched as her father conquered all the nations around him. And it came time for him to invade Lire. She waited with her mother who, unlike her father, was a kind and beautiful woman... one worthy of being Queen. But she admired her husband, and at times could be just as Ruthless in a loving, and twisted sort of way. Her father never came back. The people of Din were devastated that their entire armies were destroyed. The Queen, Ciress's mother, took over the throne, and demanded that they find out what was their downfall... When the spies were sent out, reports of magic was brought back... saying that the people in the land benefited from some sort of power source that allowed them to live long lives, eat healthy without starvation... Ciress's mother demanded a new army to be created and to be sent to take over the "Oasis of the Sands..." Not too long after the order, her mother fell ill. They did all they could to save her, but they just did not have the medicines, nor the magic to revive her. Her mother died that night, and Ciress's once vibrant heart grew cold. A hatred for the nation of Lire grew in her heart. At age 15, she had become queen, and she became even more ruthless as her father. She wanted a completely new and powerful army created in 10 years. She would declare war upon her neighboring nation. 10 years past, and as her army grew, so did her hatred, and her lust for magical powers. She learned all there was, and became a very powerful Soceress. At the age of 25, she attacked the neighboring nation, using the magic she had aquired. They destroyed the entire city of Lire, and was about to accomplish her one goal, when the King destroyed the entire city, and all of the army and her people died with it. The only ones living were the King, Ciress, and the young boy, Razel. She threw a burst of energy into the King's chest, killing him slowly. She was about to kill the boy when he begged for his son's life. She laughed at his request, and almost did away with him, when the King revealed to her the only way the city would ever be rebuilt was if he were to live. She agreed to let the boy live, but she vowed to his dying father that she would make the boy's life one of misery.... and hatred. The father cried out for mercy for his son, but she laughed at him as he died slowly. She carried the boy to the depths of the earth where she found the only remants of the kingdom left... a chamber... where time moved slowly. 4 Wise men of the land lived in the chamber... and she demanded to be told of what she was standing in. The men told her that she was living in the chambers of Auran... an ancient source of power called Jirax... pleased at what she found, she vowed to bring the city back... it was then the wise men informed her of her fate. Angered at them for making such prophecies, she killed each one instantly with her powers. But before they died, each of the wise men had tossed their Jirax pearls into the river, where the disappeared and were never found again... They knew that since water signified rebirth, the pearls would be born to those who were destined to bring about her downfall. Ciress put the boy into one of the rooms and left him there for 3000 years... he would eat... sleep... and train in that room, and she molded his mind to be in sync with hers. She never aged for 3000 years since she resided in the main hall of the Auran Chambers... living in solitude, learning more and more about the hidden powers of Lire. Enticed by it's promising power, her lust for power grew even more... she learned of everything in the world... and she planned the assassination of the "One" that was to destroy her... and of the four who were destined to aide her. Her plan was simple... to lure the Jirax holders to her, where she would make them join her or die... and once in control of all the Jirax stones, she would be able to summon the Nation of Lire to be pulled out of the ground. Weapons: Whip, and socery powers. She weilds all weapons, and a transmitter... one she uses to torture Razel whenever he disobeys her orders. Personality: This is pretty much explained in her bio. She is ruthless and cunning. She's a master at deception, without an ounce of kindness in her body. When she shows warmth, it's because she is trying to gain something. PLEASE READ EVERYONE'S BIO'S PRIOR TO POSTING... VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW ALL YOU CAN ABOUT PEOPLE'S PAST AND PERSONALITIES Name: Jessica Nareece Age: 20 Appearance: Attachment Below (right) Bio: Jessica was raised by her mother and father as an only child. Because of this, Jessica would appear to have been spoiled. But she wasn't... her parents loved her and cherished every moment of bringing up their only daughter. Her father was an archaeologist, who studied the ruins of Egypt. He knew his daughter was meant for something special when at age 3, he found her with a pendant around her neck. When he tried to pull it off, he was burned by the pendant itself. He studied the markings and realized the pendant matched that of the prophecy from Ancient Egypt. He studied the tablets and writings for many years. When she was 16 years old, he discovered the reason for the prophecy. It was ground breaking discoveries, and he was to go to the board of directive with the information he had found. That night, her parents were murdered in their sleep. Jessica knew that the murderer was after her pendant, because she was woken in her sleep by someone trying to yank it off. And that's when she discovered her parents. At that point, she knew she had a purpose... there was a growing evil somewhere... and she knew she had to protect herself or face the consequences. She became an expert gunman, swordsman, and duelist... her teachers often marveled at her speed in learning, knowing that she was meant to have those skills. She knows nothing of the prophecy, since her father was killed and the information, tablets were all stolen. No one had ever found the assassin who was sent after her parents... Personality: While Jessica's parents were killed, her heart is still warm and caring. She's not a push over, which she proves everyday of her life, but she's not the kind of person to attack without warning. She's not talkative, but she trusts her insights, and more importantly, she trusts that her heart will lead her to do the right thing. On the pendant she wears, she put a small picture of her parents, so they would be with her always. Weapons: Two guns she wears at her sides, and twin blades in leg sheaths. Also has a sword, but barely uses it.

Sorry everyone, completely forgot about ratings! 496 B.C. In the land of Egypt... there was a Kingdom that held mystical powers. Under the direction of their Pharaoh, the powers were used to prosper the nation, creating good living conditions for the people, and making sure no one went hungry. The powers were used to prolong their own lives... it was a perfect garden, and all of the people were happy. The Pharaoh was wise, and he had lived for many years... because he was such a good man, the people wanted him to stay as their Pharaoh for as long as they possibly could have him... but at the same time, the Pharaoh knew no amount of magic would cheat him from death. In so doing, he and his wife brought a child into the world... one he would instruct and give insight, so that one day, he too would become a mighty and trustworthy ruler. Across the Nile River, a woman named Ciress, watched as her neighboring nation prospered, and grew jealous of the King and all the power he wielded in that magical land. She came with her thousands of armies unexpectedly and attacked the nation, killing every thing in their path. The soldiers went into the houses and killed every man, woman and child. Ciress reached the Pharaoh's palace, and found the King guarding his wife and child. Ciress's armies barged in and killed his wife in front of the Kings eyes, and took the baby boy. They were about to kill the boy when the King summoned the rest of his powers over this mysterious and magical land and drove all the cities, and all of the technology, beneath the surface of the earth. The entire land was covered in sand, and the only living beings left was Ciress, the Pharaoh, and his only son, Razel. Ciress used her powers to kill the mighty Pharaoh, and with his last dying moments, vowed that she'd seek out her revenge upon him through his son. The Pharaoh pleaded for his son's life as he slowly died. After he was gone, Ciress holds the boy and decides upon the perfect revenge.... Above all else, Ciress want the powers of Lire under her control. The only way she was to attain that power was to kill it's King and take over the land herself, in so, becoming the new ruler... But now that the nation is beneath the ground, she has to keep the heir to the throne alive, so the prophecy of the foretold Jirax holders would be revealed. If he was to die, those Jirax holders would never come into existence. In order for the land to be brought back to the surface, the Pharaoh's son needs to live... and she must summon all four of the Jirax holders. They are descendants of this magical land that would appear in the world after a long period of time. When they would come was the question. The wise men of her land gave her the answer. They said the sign of their revival would be when the light of Auran would appear. The light of Auran would be the pendant of royalty that had been lost in the crags of the earth. It would resurface and appear upon the neck of the promised individual who would be the one who could bring about Ciress's demise. When this one appears, the other four will come out of hiding, and will be revealed one by one. They will all bring their powers to this one, who will bring about Ciress's destruction. But if she was to capture all of the Jirax holders before they could give their powers to the one, then she would be able to use their powers to summon the Nation of Lire, the Forgotten Nation of old. Determined to not let the Jirax holders be revealed, she would train the young boy to become an assassin. This boy would know no love... no warmth... the only love he would know, is fear... and he would only fear her... and love her... doing every single one of her wishes, without a second thought. And only after the Jirax holders were revealed, and the powers of Lire were hers... would she kill the young heir to the throne... 3000 years have passed, and the year is 2504. The young boy has become a man. The son of the King has been able to live passed the normal lifespan due to the ancient powers of Lire. Down in the depths of the earth, Ciress was able to recreate the powers that would give her and the boy longevity. Because of these powers and his direct lineage, each of his single years were 150 years in the real world... Ciress knew she had to keep him alive, for without him, the last remnant of the Forgotton Nation of Lire, the Kingodom along with it's powers would be lost forever. So she trained him... as she resided inside of his mind, posing as a Supreme being (Goddess) and communicated to the boy with a frequency embedded deep inside his mind. He has never seen her face, and so the boy believes her to be a Goddess of some type. She makes him live alone his entire life, forbidding him to think on his own... making him into the perfect killing machine. He was sent on many assignments with success on each mission. Not knowing anything of his past. The time is 2504, and the one who was destined to destroy the sleeping evil had arisen. Jessica knows of what she is supposed to do... she was born with the sense of knowing what she was there for... the prophecy was being fulfilled, and she sought out those with the Jirax pearls, in order to bring peace to the world from the undying evil that lurked somewhere in the midst of mankind. She knows nothing of Ciress, or of Razel's intentions. She only knows to keep the pendant she wears safe, and to be on the lookout for the Jirax holders. But whether the Jirax holders would be kept safe from Ciress and her evil plans, was the actual question. Unbeknownst to her, Razel has been sent to kill Jessica... as well as the other Jirax holders... SIGN UPS!! "If you'll excuse me..." Keisha said excusing herself from the group. She went outside for a breath of fresh air and leaned against the wall. The rain was still pouring, but she loved the rain. It revived her in ways no one else could explain. To the side she saw several shadows passing along the wall. She followed the shadows, there was no time to get Storm. She looked down the alley and saw them climbing up the sides of the buildings... she raised her hand and put a forcefield of ice around the entire alley and right below the top of the building, creating a prison of Ice, so they weren't able to escape. They dropped from the sides of the building and looked at her. Blood dripped from their mouths... there were five of them this time... she has miscounted. "Fresh?" one of them said. She couldn't comprehend the responses. Her eyes glowed blue as she thrusted Ice into them, smashing them toward the wall. But they weren't dying... She looked puzzled as they got up from her attack. "Fine.. I'll have to do this the old fashioned way." she said as she picked up her blades. She blew on them again, and the blades turned ice cold. The Vampires laughed at her as they circled all around her. She smiled. "What are you smiling for girl?" one said. "Humans can be so confusing." said another. "Or maybe she's been wanting to join us for a while now." "I'm afraid you're all wrong." she said as she crouched on one knee. They took this chance and jumped on top of her. Right before they made contact with her flesh, she brought down the Ice prison she had made, crushing every single on of them, as she was protected by becoming one with the Ice. She broke free again of her ice defense and looked at all the piles of dust and blood around her. She felt the back of her neck, and there was blood seeping out from her neck... apparently, they had only scratched the surface. "That was a little too close for comfort." she said. She kneeled down to the sheets of ice and blew softly, her warm breath cracking all the ice, as it turned into glistening pools of water. She looked around as all the dust floated away and down the drain. She smiled. "Just as it should be." she said as she went across the alley to find the woman who was attacked. She kneeled down to the woman to see if there was anything she could do, but the woman was turning into a vampire herself. Keisha backed away and looked at the woman. She was young... no doubt she had a life... with someone probably waiting for her. The woman woke up, her eyes were white and pale. "I need..." she began and lurched to Keisha... fortunately, Keisha was expecting this and dodged the attack. She grabbed the newly created Vampire and thrust her dagger deep in her chest. The woman let out a cry as she looked at Keisha. Keisha had tears in her eyes. "I'm sorry..." she said. The woman looked at her and nodded... as she fell to the ground. Keisha looked down at the woman and shook with grief. She picked her up and buried her quickly, as she soon turned into dust... and there was nothing left. Keisha stared at the grave and dried her tears... "Many were saved...." she told herself. She walked back to the diner, in hopes to see no more shadows or hear no more cries.

Heads up ^^^ LOTS of reading... but all needed in order to understand where the story is going ;)

Name: Jessica Nareece Age: 20 Appearance: Attachment Below Bio: Jessica was raised by her mother and father as an only child. At that point, she knew she had a purpose... there was a growing evil somewhere... and she knew she had to protect herself or face the concequences. I'll be posting Ciress's soon :)

Across the Nile River, a woman named Ciress, watched as her neighboring nation prospered, and grew jealous of the King and all the power he weilded in that magical land. They are decendants of this magical land that would appear in the world after a long period of time. But if she was to capture all of the Jirax holders before they could give their powers to the one, then she would be able to use their powers to summon the Nation of Lire, the Forgotton Nation of old. SIGN UPS!! They reached the base in no time. Liz smiled... it was as if each pilot had a boost of energy given to them when they learned of Sayne being alive. **Transmission from Commander De'Larne** "Take out those fighters pilots." **Sayne** "Copy that.." **Ajack** "Let's get going you guys!" **Vick** "One step ahead of you Liz laughed "Let's make them pay." She checked her systems and locked onto her first target. "Get ready Tiegre... let's make this fight one to remember." I've been ready... **Transmission to Liz** "Liz?" Liz looked at the controls and realized her father wa right there. "Daddy..." she said. She was in the middle of battle... but she knew she had to talk to him. "Liz... I'm proud of you... and I know she would be if she could see you..." he said. Liz's heart fell in pieces. **Ajack** "Liz, you sleeping?!!" he said She laughed softly. "Thank you Daddy...." was all she could say. "I love you..." "Same here, Liz... Same here." **End of Transmission** **Dale** "Liz?" She knew she was just standing there... but she laughed. "Whatever happens Tiegre... this is truly the best day of my life..." she said. "Shall we go?" I'm sure they're waiting on you... she said jokingly. Liz lunged forward and proceeded with locking on to her targets. She jumped over their own battalions and attacked the ground tanks from the Cylarges. She jumped in the middle, taking on the enemy fire like crazy. "Divert all energy to the shields, Tiegre..." We're taking exstensive damage, Liz... "Trust me... they'll regret sticking around..." At that moment, Liz used Tiegre's healing powers to their absolute extent. As she fought, she let the damage attack the hull, recovering as soon as it hit her... she was invincible in this technique, as her speed increased as she recovered even more. Do you think they're alive...? Tiegre asked. Liz's thoughts went to all of them... and to Darrius who she last saw unconscious. "They have to be, Tiegre... They have to be." she said as they took out the enemies that surrounded them one by one, their efforts perfectly syncronized...

Keisha looked at the pile of dust in front of them. ?If only we were here sooner?? she said. ?Hey, don?t get doomsday on me? we?re trying the best we can. We aren?t responsible for their deaths?.? ?I know? it?s just hard to know that you could have done something, but wasn?t given the chance.? she said looking at Storm. She shook her head and they walked away from the alley. ?I?m confused to why that woman turned into a Vampire so quickly.? he said. ?Is it s a sign?? she asked. ?Oh now you?re wanting me to give you clues on what we?re facing, don?t you?? he said looking at her. ?Hey, I?m entitled to an explanation too you know.? she said. ?Maybe later then.? he said and was surprised when she stopped. He looked at her oddly. ?What?s wrong?? ?Music? don?t you hear it?? she said trying to figure out where the sound came from. ?No?. oh great, you?re not one of those people who have voices in their minds, are you?? he asked jokingly. ?This is serious Storm?? she said. ?It?s ? sad?? she looked behind her and started running down the alley. ?Damn, this woman is frustrating!? he said aloud as he followed her and tried to keep up. She ran until she reached a clearing and stopped when she saw an Angel?. or was he a dark angel? She waited for him to turn around and see them, but he took off in the sky. ?WAIT!? she called out, but he didn?t hear her. ?Keisha, no?? Storm said looking at her and pulling her back. She stared at him, with a questioning glance. ?Keisha? he could be a dark angel? do you know how much trouble just one of those can be? You and I alone may not have the power to destroy it?? ?But that song? it was sad? and beautiful?? she said looking up at the sky. ?Keisha?? ?He killed all these Vampires, surely he can?t be that bad?? ?Dark Angel?s can give a damn about life in general? they aren?t just prone to killing the good. They?ll dispose of anything that gets in their way.? Keisha nodded to his reasoning, but the song still lingered in her heart? she followed him out of the alley, still thinking about the music? and just exactly what secret Storm was keeping from her.

Okay.... Let's see... I'm half Mexican, a 1/8 Indian (Cherokee) , 1/8 German, 1/8 Swedish, and 1/8 Jewish.... Before my 2nd grade year, I had no clue I actually had so much heritage. :) When I first found out I was half mexican, I was floored. At age 8, those things surprise you... I denied my heritage and went to bed that night angry at the fact that I was Mexican, lol. In hindsight, I have no clue why I reacted that way... I never grew up with a racist family... it was more of just a shock I guess... but I really don't know anything about my heritage. I wish I did, but I'm not. And it bugs the hell out of me when people want me to "prove" I'm mexican since I don't look Mexican, nor do I know anything about my own heritage... but I got the cutest grandmother  She speaks Spanish whenever she gets angry with my dad, and watching that is probably the most fun a person could ever have :D
Do you really think that there is someone out there for everyone? Like a soul mate, perhaps? And that you have to just open your eyes and see? Like it could be that person living next door, or someone you met on a trip by chance? Do you think that fate and destiny have their roles in it as well?
I do believe there is always someone for somebody in this world... you really just have to open your eyes. Do I believe in a one and only? Well this question often proves tricky. Because on one hand, you have those answering this question when they are in love. Those people more than likely (and I'm not saying all of them) will feel there is only one person out there. Because they have found that one person, and cannot believe in finding love again... understandably so. When you're in love, no one else comes into view... the thought of another just simply doesn't exist. But on the other hand, you have those answering the question when they are not in love or have lost out on love. These ones will say that there is always another love out there. There is never just one. As for me, I am one of those people who feel there is only one person for you... because I have found that person. Again, does this make me right, and those wrong? No... but because I am in love, I cannot possibly feel that there is another out there for me. The thought of losing that one special person is the furthest thought from your mind. And as for the question of Fate... I don't believe in destiny. Because that belief contradicts itself.... completely. The thought of a predestined future would mean there was a creator with an original plan for each human. (And I believe in a creator...) But then, if that creator already has our life planned out, why do we live and make our own choices? Again, there is no fate. There is fortunate circumstances... coincidences... but I don't believe there is a "meant to be" Well those are My thoughts for the day :D

"Keisha." she said as she looked at the Vampires. "Messy work..." she said with a smile. "Yeah..." he said as he looked at her. She looked at him and noticed the sparks from his fingertips. "You have powers too?" she said bluntly. He stared at her for a second blankly and then nodded. She smiled warmly. "Don't worry, your secret is safe with me." she said as she cleaned her sword. She turned around and walked away. "Wait..." he called out. She turned around and smiled. He walked over to her. "You said... too... does that mean you have powers?" he asked. She laughed. "Well of course that means I have powers." she said as she looked at him. She knew she was giving him a hard time. She enjoyed it... it was rather ammusing seeing him trip over his words. "Oh great, you're not going to make this easy." he said cooly looking at her. She shook her head with a smile. He stared at her and finally smiled. "What powers do you have then?" She smiled mischieviously as she backed up and let the rain pour over her. Without moving, the rain around them turned into soft icicles that glistened in he moonlight. The icicles hit the ground, breaking softly. She gave him a friendly wink and left as quickly as she came. She would have stayed longer, but she heard a scream. She jumped over the houses, by using an stair case made of Ice. When she got to the top, she saw another vampire cornering a young woman. In the blink of an eye, she made herself a sheet of ice, that she rode down the roof, landing on top of the demon. She melted the ice, and quickly turned the moisture into icicle daggers that she threw at the vampire. The Vampire let out a shrilling cry as he stood there pierced, waiting for the daggers of ice to melt... "Go... quickly..." she said to the young girl. "Tha-Thank you..." she said as she ran home. Keisha smiled as she looked at the Vampire. "Bitch..." "Now I don't tolerate such language!" she said as she fought the Vampire, blade to blade. She knew the icicles she had thrusted into the vampire just moments before had damaged him... making him weak. "You made a mistake human..." he said smiling at her. "One that I will make you forget." he caught her off guard at that moment and pushed her against the alley wall. She could see his fangs as he smiled. She stared at him as her eyes turned blue. She then created a barrier around herself, as she was covered in ice. The Vampire backed away, and Keisha made her move. She broke out of her own Ice prison and stared at the surprised Vampire. She pulled out one blade as she blocked his attack with the other. She blew softly on the blade making it frost over. "I make no mistakes." she said as she thrust the frozen dagger deep within his heart. He fell to the ground and expired in the same way as the others. She put her blades away after cleaning them and turned around to see Storm standing there, leaning against the side of the alley. She laughed. "Couldn't find anything useful to do?" she asked. "Nah, you were doing a fine job on your own. Why dirty my own sword?" he said jokingly. OOC: And while you did say man .... I felt like posting anyway... so yeah, she's not a guy, nor does she look like one.

For me.... I like to liken love to hope..... when all else fails... one tends to cling to hope.... for me... when everything around me falls a part... I look to love... and to those I love... to save me. While... I can't say I've ever been able to benifit from the gifts love is suppose to bring... I have loved dearly. I've loved dearly... and held on for as long as I possibly can... without a returning of love. Does this hurt me? more than anything.... does that make love evil? .... I can't say it does.. and in everything I have been through.... I come to realize one major aspect of love..... love is long suffering... it bears all things... believes all things... endures.. all things.... These words are firmly etched in my heart.... and I guess... that... would be my definition of love... something... that keeps the body alive... and hopefully... as long as I put my trust in love, it will carry me through.

Liz fought her hardest as the Cylargian ships came their way. Suddenly, she got a distress signal. **Transmission From Ajack** "Liz, we can really use your help right now... my mech is in need of healing..." **Liz** "We're on our way, Ajack, hold on." **Transmission From Dale** "Liz, where are you going?!" Liz bit her bottom lip as she turned around from the battle "Ajack needs help.... I can't let another man die out there!" **Vick** "You'll need cover..." **Liz** "I won't be long... If you abandon this post, they'll follow all of us, and I won't be able to heal Ajack... you need to stay here... I will be back." she said as she and Tiegre sprinted to Ajack's position. They spotted the Griffith. "What's their status?" Damage to the hull is 80%...stress level 150% "Can you repair their systems?" Shields will be up... stress level will stay... "Do it Tiegre..." **Transmission to Ajack** "Give us a few minutes, we'll have you up and running in no time." she said smiling. **Ajack** "What are you doing to my sheilds?" Liz didn't understand... "I'm repairing your systems Ajack..." she said **Ajack** "NO!!" Liz stared at the griffin in disbelief. "Say that again?" **Ajack** "I'm giving my life for her Liz!!! Don't take that from me!!!" Liz knew he was losing it... his grief was too much. **Ajack** "I'm going to die for her... it's the least I can offer her!!!" **Liz** "SNAP OUT OF IT AJACK!!!" she screamed over his rantings. There was a dead silence between them as the Terradactyles closed in on them. **Ajack** "This is not your call.... back off Liz... I only needed to get off this ground." **Liz** "You inconsiderate bastard...." There was no reply from Ajack... just silence. She continued. **Liz** "Have you ANY IDEA what it's like for her? She's fighting to stay alive in hopes to be reunited with you... doesn't that mean ANYTHING to you?" There was still no sound. Recovery at 85% completion... **Liz** "She loves you Ajack... and you dying for her is going to haunt her for the rest of her life. This isn't about HONOR... this is about love. Fight for her, and don't let that dream of being together die... You and she share a bond.... and if you die Ajack... everything inside of her that was good will die along with you. Is that what you want? To give her a life of misery???" **Ajack** ".... no...." **Liz** "Then fight for her Ajack... and don't give up the life you two could share..." Recovery complete... incoming fire... heat sources coming in fast. "DAMMIT!!" Liz said. She ran in front of the Griffith as three missiles made impact to her hull. **Ajack** "LIZ!!!" **Liz** "Save Lyu... you have someone to live for... and she needs you more than anything right now... don't fail her Ajack... don't give your life to them..." At that moment, Tiegre stood back up. Liz smiled. "Are you ready Tiegre?" Ready as I'll ever be... are you thinking suicide? "I don't do suicide.... but I will give them the chance to be happy. Now Tiegre..." Tiegre let out a large cry and ran with extensive damage to the hull.... more missiles making their mark. Tiegre glowed red as she and Liz were completely in sync, running at incredible speed, burning, and destroying all in their path... as the damage continued to tear at their Mech.... "We're giving him a chance.... we're giving both of them a chance..." You have a lot to live for as well... "And I don't plan on dying. But he has more to live for than I do... and I'm not afraid..." Liz's body was shaking from the damage Tiegre was getting... feeling every blow because of their perfect syncing. But she went out alone... hoping to God that she had given Ajack the time he needed to completely recover.

While I've never been in a relationship, I know one thing... to wait for someone... is very hard. But there are several things you need to take into account if you feel you are willing to wait for this person. 1.) What kind of man is he? Is he the kind of person who could possibly be fooling around behind your back? Has he made any real commitments in his life? What kind of life has he led? Pampered? Or a life where decisions were usually made for him? 2.) You need to do some soul searching and truly figure out whether he is worth your time... if he did come to you, and tell you that he would like to work it out... is he truly the man for you? he's already displayed a lack of concern for where your relationship is headed... and that in my book means trouble... when someone seems very wary about life decisions, it usually means that he simply is not ready. 3.) You also need to think about your own life... you are in COLLEGE.... studying for a career of your choice, that will undoubtly become a large influence in your life. Is settling down something you're really wanting? Again, soul searching is needed... for me, if all these questions still showed me he was worth waiting for... I'd wait.... but if something showed me that he wasn't worth my time... I would "drop him like a brick" you can wait for his response, but don't be afraid to push... in my opinion, if he truly cares about you, he'll understand your concern and worry.... and he will respond. That in itself... tells a lot.

Liz was silent the entire way... everyone was. Dale... Ajack... Vick... they were all worried about the others... and in shock of what happened to their Captain. ***Transmission to Ajack*** "Ajack...." "Yeah?" he said... his voice serious and unmoving. She knew he was worried about Lyu. "She'll be alright... just have faith..." she said. ***Transmission From Dale to Liz, Vick, and Ajack*** "Five squads of Cylagre ships coming our way..." Dale said. **Liz** "Got it, what's the range?" **Dale** "500 km.... coming from the east and west." **Ajack** "Were they expecting us??" **Liz** "Most likely... they should have expected us following sooner or later." **Vick** "I'm taking the east, you and Ajack and Dale can take the west." **Liz** "Like HELL YOU WILL! Vick, we're all fighting together on this one. They'll all meet in the middle anyways." There was no response from Vick's Mech. **Dale** "The odds are against us guys." **Liz** "As they always have been..." she concluded. She checked her systems. Everything checked out fine. **Ajack** "Let's give them hell!!!" bellowed from his Mech. Liz looked over at Dale... he was quiet but focused. She admired that.... for herself... she was scared as hell. We'll take them out Liz... don't worry... "I want those bastards to pay.... they killed Sayne Tiegre.... why did they kill him? How could they do that to Sora?" Her anger fueled her making her want to lash out. Liz... just fight with me... we'll make them pay for all the damage they've done. She nodded and ran toward the enemies along with the other three Mechs... the odds were against them, but they weren't about to fail the others... too much was at stake...

OOC: OOPS, clarification, that all happened before yours and Kelthor's demise... sorry about that... and he's still got his own demons to deal with you know. Besides... my character could die... I kind of like that! lol Either way, this ending will be good

OOC: Oh HELL NO... I don't do suicide... I'll just have to figure out a different way.... hmm.... Sam ran as hard as she could; she wasn't sure where to go. She knew she had to find him.... she would never forgive herself for letting him out of her sights again. She slowed time as she ran, causing everything to move slowly, she dodged the demons with excellent speed and listened to the whispers as she ran, letting them guide her to her goal. She came to a cliff that had deteriorated, and the bridge was broken. She looked around her and crouched to one knee. You're Weak love... She closed her eyes and the demons ran toward her, with her back to them. Just as they were about to prey upon her, the rest of the cliff eroded, letting the demons fall into the earth below them. She raised the earth as she stood on it, and made it safely to the other side. Using her powers once again to slow time, she let the crags of earth follow her, killing and knocking all the demons behind her or in her way. The earth circled around her as she ran, creating a shield like defense. She stopped and looked up the side of her mountain, and caught sight of him upon the cliff. She destroyed the side of the mountain below her, killing all of the demons around. Sam felt a jerk on her shoulder as she fell backwards onto the falling mountain. "Going somewhere? He's a dead man, Sammy, there isn't a thing you can do about it." Sam's eyes blazed as she stood up and fused her powers. The mountain collapsed around them. "You fail to realize that I too have these powers." "And you fail to realize yet Gayle that I'm your master... and you are only a part of me... one that will no longer live on this earth." "Why you-" "The Earth obeys one master, Gayle... and that is me." Suddenly, the rock masses from below entrapped Gayle as she tried to struggle free. Sam watched as she helplessly fought her coming doom. "It's destiny... that we were BOTH to die!!!" "I don't believe in fate." Sam said as she raised the rock mass with Gayle inside and thrusted her in the air. Her Angel appeared and took the oppurtunity. She merged with the demon, and exploded into a brilliant light, one that shone for only a few seconds. The light circled in the air and dropped straight into the earth, where the beings belonged... she looked up at where Jun had been and knew she didn't have time.... She slowed time just as the earth under her lifted her to the top, and then collapsed, leaving her on the small chasm, looking at a still Jun. She found him staring at the dead demon in front of him. She walked over to him and put her hand on his shoulder. He didn't turn. ?Jun... we need to go back to where the others are... they need us." Jun still wouldn't turn. She backed away and was about to yell at him when her mind was invaded once more. He can't hear you... can he? "No...." she said as she stared at Jun. Jun started laughing as he turned to look at her. His eyes were completely black. "No... Jun... please no." His voice changed as she heard him laugh again. Kelthor's voice came through his. "It was foolish for him to think that he could keep this wonderful secret from me. After I realized there was a merge, it didn't take me long to convert him." She backed away, but there was a cliff.... she would use her powers.... if she needed to. Her thoughts were interrupted when she heard him make a blood chilling cry as his wings departed from his skin, leaving blood falling from his back... he was a human... with a demon inside of him... he would die soon because of this merge.... it wasn't meant to be this long... their unity... wasn't meant to last long in the beginning. "JUN!!! I know you can hear me... please.... fight them" "It's too late!!!" Kelthor said as he laughed at her. Jun walked closer to her, as Sam withdrew her weapons. Jun stared at her, his black eyes not faltering. He touched her hair and she felt weak.... No.... it's not him.... it's not him.... she kept telling herself. "I told you I found your weakness..." Kelthor said in her mind as he controlled Jun. "Damn you... Kelthor... Damn you...." she said as Jun stroked her cheek. Tears formed in her eyes. Just kill him... it's not Jun... Jun is lost.... she kept trying to convince herself. She stood there shakily with her weapons drawn, but not able to use them. Jun's black eyes flickered once, and her heart stopped. Was that Kelthor's doing? Was he trying to confuse her? Or is Jun... fighting? He then kissed her deeply, and she shook at the touch... she had longed to feel this... but something wasn't right.... it was.... hurting her..... she felt it then, and pushed Jun away. Kelthor laughed as she fell to her knees. I told you that you were mine, Samantha.... Sam looked at her side and felt the dagger he had placed deep under her ribcage... she held the dagger, not removing it as she stared at Jun.... despite everything he was doing to her... she still wanted to save him... but her wound would make that difficult for her. Jun stared at her, no longer laughing, eyes still flickering. Sam closed her eyes as she pulled the dagger out of her side and flinched in pain, but not letting out a sound. She looked at Jun and he was still standing there. "I know you're in there..." she said as she slowly stood up. He's gone you foolish bitch!!! Kelthor screamed in her mind. "Jun.... I know we haven't been on the best of terms.... but I want to change that.... I have cared for you... more than you'll ever know or even begin to realize." "Back.... Away...." Jun said, his voice slightly distorted. "You're not alone anymore.... neither of us are.... we need you with us Jun...." she said as she walked over to him, the blood pouring from her side. Jun said nothing, but his eyes were flickering even more now... "I need you with me, Jun.... I will always help you fight your demons here.... and after... I don't want to lose you...." she said as she walked over to him. He was shaking... she saw this... and the tears came down from her eyes... he wasn't her weakness... he was her future. Do you think you can turn him? You were never worth anything to him!!! He'll kill you Sam... because I'll tell him to... but most importantly... because he can give a DAMN about you!!!! Sam dropped her weapons and walked over to a shaking Jun. He raised his sword, but just as he did, she put her hand on his wrist and stared at him. "I'm putting my life in your hands." she said as he held the sword even tighter. She looked up at him, and his black eyes shown at her... no longer flickering. Not a smart move Samantha, I thought there was hope for you. She smiled weakly as she looked up at him. "There isn't any other way I would want to die..." she said as she kissed him fully and passionately. Time moved slowly for her... as she wished to let the last moments of her life last as long as they possibly could. OOC: Well... hmm... Heero is it a good idea for me to let you go ahead and choose whether she lives or dies? ;) And please, no suicides either.... lol

OOC: Let me know if I need to make Changes :) Name: Keisha Lushneir Age: 19 Gender: Female Appearance: Brown hair, down to her waist. Hazel Green eyes, with a hint of brown in them. Stands 5'5", and has a very dark complexion. Her hair may be her best feature, for it's thick and smooth with a small wave that makes her look older and much wiser than what she really is. In the light, her hair looks red like fire. Personality: While she is kind to those she trusts and cares for, she is tough, and cold to those she knows to be enemies, or bad influences. She helps her friends whenever she has the chance, and rarely cares for her own well being. Biography: Keisha grew up without a family. For the greater part of her childhood, she lived in the Gardens of a monastary, without anyone knowing. She enjoyed hearing the church music and laughter. Despite living without a family, or friends, she grew up to be an incredibly warm and caring girl. With the proper view of bonds, and enemies. She can sense the good in people. As a child, she had played with the powers she possessed. Her powers with Ice were remarkable. As she was playing and experimenting, she was noticed by one of the women there. She was brought to the halls and was raised by the women there with love and care. When she left at age 16, she encountered many things she had never seen, only had heard of. Killings... stealing... she opposed all of these things, and helped all those she could. One night, she encountered three Vampires who cornered her and tried to destroy her very existence. She was well prepared, and her powers were displayed that night in a night that none of them were able to forget. She's an expert with her powers. And the ironic part of her powers, was the fact that they were ice... a very cold, and unfriendly power, that she weilded with such warmth. Her eyes turn to a brilliant blue whenever she uses her powers. Weapons:Twin Blades, which she uses in conjunction with her powers. Powers: Ice, and healing. Her powers of healing was a gift she had developed as closely as her powers with Ice. Other: Her one weakness is her willingness to die for anyone. She never gives a thought to her own life. She is constantly looking to others, and this earns her the respect and compassion of those she encounters and saves. She is a heroine in disguise, never wanting to take credit for anything she does... she does, without a second thought... as if it was her duty. And she seeks the evil, which has earned her the title of "Slayer"
