[COLOR=Indigo]In my dictatorship personal wealth would be a thing of the past. The money would be better put to finding cures and treatments for diseases. Health care will be available to everyone and world hunger will be a thing of the past. Cruelty to animals would not be tolerated in any form and would be punishable by public torture and or execution. No one will be allowed to give Poodles those psychotic hair cuts. Bichion Frise?s would be one of the pets of choice. Abusing a Bichion Frise is a severe crime and a more extreme method of punishment awaits those who dare to do it. Visiting a National Park would be a privilege one must earn. Anyone caught damaging or littering in a National Park will be tortured to death. Yellowstone National Park would be off limits to the general public other then maintenance workers and a few select people. Anyone caught throwing litter or damaging any thermal feature in Yellowstone will be tortured for a prolonged amount of time to be determined by me before they are allowed to die. No simple death by torture for this crime. That?s right I might just use a chain and dip you head first into the hottest thermal feature in the park. Hunting will be outlawed. Anyone caught violating this law will be feed to a pack of ravenous wolves. When necessary more extreme methods will be used to punish law breakers to set an example to the populace, crime will not be tolerated. My police force will be empathic with a few select officers having telepathic abilities. No one will be able to read my mind or emotions. Sports are stupid and will not be allowed unless it?s gladiator style, chopping each other to pieces. No more morons being paid millions to carry a ball across a piece of grass. That?s right, no more football taking over the airwaves when my show is on. Edit: Snails would be obliterated. Never again would they pester my garden, eating my plants, destroying everything they touch. [/COLOR]

[COLOR=Navy]What to do with a time machine? I would go back and loot stuff to bring forward to make a fortune with. Nothing big of course. Simple stuff like gold coins from ships which are going to sink anyway. I would look for different historical events where great art was lost and take it right before things went bad. I would love to use a time machine to go forward in time to see how things are and possibly bring back cures for various diseases like cancer, aids, arthritis etc. I certainly wouldn?t want to go back to interact with people. I would probably be killed as a heretic or burned at the stake as witch because women have so many rights today that they didn?t in the past. It would be difficult to blend in with people since my social values are so different. [/COLOR]

I?ve been having problems with pms for quite a while. I get this when I try to reply to a pm that was sent to me. Notice: Query failed: You have an error in your SQL syntax. I am posting again regarding another wallpaper issue that has occurred. Several of my wallpapers were removed. One saying the image quality was poor, I modified it, but if it was felt that I did not improve it enough I do not mind redoing the wallpaper in question. What really concerns me is two that were deleted for plagiarism since they were made from scans of my Ceres Art Book. Here are scans to the front and back of this art book and if you need me to prove I do own it I can scan any page you request and post it here. Just tell me which number you want and I will post it. I did not bother to make them smaller so the pictures are quite large since I usually scan at 300 resolution to ensure a quality scan for making a wallpaper. If someone else has a similar wallpaper up it does not surprise me since quite a few copies of the art book were sold so I know I am not the only one to have a copy. The graphic program I use to make wallpapers is Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0. First I cropped the picture to fit the wallpaper size guidelines. Usually art book scans are also so large that I have to resize it to make it smaller. If you are familiar with the effects you can use in adobe then you know that the different effects can be adjusted by a percent scale until you find the level you like. Between the scanning, cropping and other effects I did, I probably spent close to 30-45 minutes working on each wallpaper as I usually try different effects until I find a combination that I like. I really would like some help with this as I do not want to lose my Senior Artist status for something I did not do. I would greatly appreciate help on this as I work hard to make my wallpapers. I even went and got the book to my program so I could better understand how to make wallpapers. So thanks in advance. A while ago one of my wallpapers was removed because a moderator thought I had modified a pre-made wallpaper from another site. I wish to address this issue, as I did not make it from another pre-made wallpaper but from a scan from a calendar. The original picture, which I will post, came from a 2003 calendar from the Inuyasha series. I then used an effect that is called ?reduce noise? to clean up some of the jpeg artifacting that resulted from scanning and re-sizing the picture to fit the wallpaper size guidelines. Then I used several effects on the picture. I used one called ?Oil Pastel? to soften the colors. I then used a layer called ?Cold lava? and another one called ?Inner glow? to give it a border. If you are familiar with the effects in adobe then you know that the different effects can be adjusted by a percent scale until you find the level you like. Between the scanning, cropping and other effects I did, I probably spent close to 45 minutes working on it as I usually try different effects until I find a combination that I like. I understood that using official art like Calendars was considered acceptable to use for making wallpapers, if that is not the case then please let me know and I won?t use Calendar scans in the future. If it is okay, please re-post my picture or at least remove the mark saying I plagiarized.
