Ryouka and Mina camped near the lake with their procession. The cloud seemed to be moving different directions. Mina glanced at it uneasily. "I hope Puppetmon's alright." "He will be." said Pixiemon. "I mean,he's a mega. Wish I could be mega..heh" "If you say so." said Mina. She turned to Wizardmon, seeking advice. The digimon was examining the lifesource. It was pulsing the color of pigeon's blood. "No..this is'nt ri,..." Wizardmon kept mutterring and taking notes on some scrolls. "Mind if I disturb?" asked Mina. Wizardmon looked up. "You need something?" he asked. "I was thinking..what really is that cloud and can we prevent anything major from striking us now?" Wizardmon glanced at Mina. "Striking us now or striking us forever?" "I'm not afraid to fight." said Mina. "But I'd like it if the odds were for us. The army needs rest and Chase is still recovering. I don't think even Royuka would want another major battle." Wizardmon nodded. "I agree we need the rest. but we should still be prepared for th worst..which I beleive is yet to come." with those words, he stared fixedly at the clouds.

"That's just not right." muttered Shadow to Sakhi as David went on about the plans. "Hmm?" Sakhi turned to Shadow. "What are you saying?" "Taking them all out, one by one...." Shadow hesitated. "It doesn't say too much about our pride and ability." Sakhi smirked. "You are a digimon in our circle who takes their battles seriously." Shadow blinked, her tail curling questioningly. "I mean.." said Sakhi. "You think more of pride and respect rather than just winning." "I'm sorry.." Sakhi shook her head. "That's fine, Shadow, it says a lot about you." she winked at her digimon. Shadow gave a foxy grin. ******** "I'm going for Leigh." said David. "You and Dranigann try making a plan or find your digimentals." Sakhi and Dranigann nodded. David closed his laptop and left. "I'm checking on Omega2 project." said Dranigann."They might need some supervision." "If you must." said Sakhi. Dranigann left with his digimon. "I suppose we should find our digimentals?" asked Shadow. Sakhi affirmed her. "Exactly. It could improve our chances of taking on those kids in a real face to face battle instead of more tricks." "Well then." said Shadow."I'm all for that."

Foamon raced tirlessly toward the Human Gate. His only salvation might lie beyond those gates. "Good thing I'm a horse." he panted as his mane streamed out behind him. The gates seemed like heaven on earth. Kimiyozimon was mon to behold. Foamon shuddered as he remembered her terrible form claiming them all as her servants. "She'll be my servant, once I find my tamer." thought Foamon as he made a daring leap into the portals.

Mina stared at Ryouka and the cloud. "Pixiemon is pretty strong and we have Puppetmon," she said. "Wizardmon's magic is exeptional, but we may need to summon more." Ryouka nodded. "We might need them." he said and turned to Chase. "Chase, please rest." Chase looked up curiously. "Not want me to fight?" he asked with a hint of disappointment. "Not untill you are in a better condition." decided Ryouka firmly. "Oh ok." said Chase, a bit reluctantly. Rypuka turned to Mina. "Now that we have an idea of what we are going to do, I think it's best to keep moving." Mina nodded. "Good idea, to wait until we can actually measure that...whatever it is." Puppetmon appeared beside Mina. "Do you think I should go check it out?" Mina hesitated. "Bit dangerous, don't you think...even for a mega." "I could just go and look from a far." Puppetmon insisted. "But what if you revert back to rookie while you're there?" asked Mina apprehensively. She didn't want to lose anyone. "Well, i'll figure something out, besides, I'm not going too close." assured Puppetmon. "Please let me go..."

Sakhi and Dranigann appeared at Elecmon's site, grinning. "You again." said Dranigann. "Why do you even bother if you know we're gonna win?" Elecmon grew furious. "You have no heart...or you wouldn't do this." "Bingo." said Shadow in a silky voice as BlackGuilmon grinned terribly, flames darting form his mouth. "ThunderStrike!" Elecmon let loose a bout of thunder and sent it spiraling at the shadow digimon. BlackGuilmon diverted it with a wave, still grinning savagely. The babies began to cry. "Now would be a good time." said Sakhi. Dranigann nodded and opened his hand. "Ahhhhhh" a high pitched shriek erupted from each of the babies as a dark spore buried itself in them most painfully. A Botamon broke down in a dark struggle. It glowed with a red and black static. It grew larger. Agumon....DarkTyrannomon... The dinosaur roared deafeningly. It's eyes sparkled with anger. Most of the other babies began their transformation. A corrupted Gomamon appeared from a Pichimon.. A Yokomon produced a screeching Birdramon... Swarms of Honeybeemon, Kunemon and Snimon came from Chibimons and Minomon.. "Excellent." applauded Dranigann and Sakhi. "Electric Thread!" Kunemon's static threads wrapped around their former caretaker's body. Elecmon fell, throughly weakened. The new digimon bowed and left, their duties programmed into them by the dark spores.

Dranigann and Sakhi entered Primary Village. An assortment of toys and giant blocks dotted the landscape. "Diamond Hail!" Shadow's crystals obliterated a huge bolck and some pillars. "That should start the babies crying." said Sakhi. Meanwhile.... Elecmon heard a blast from the distance. He turned fearfully to see a column of smoke arising. "No not again..." The keeper gathered the children close. Some of them began to whimper softly. "Hush.." said Elecmon desperately.

I suppose you can be the 5th goodie or the 'master' of the baddies.

Shadow curled up in a corner listening to David. She felt defeated and worthless. "Next time, we'll pick a better place.? she thought. "Then they'll have no escape." A jagged scar ran down her face beside her eye. She kept fingering the scar as a reminder of the first battle she lost. Shadow looked up as Sakhi came forward. "Your evolutions aren't too controlled.? Said Sakhi. ?I suppose we should work on that a bit more.? Shadow nodded with downcast eyes. ?You put more power trying to hold your form as Yokoumon, you barely put up a fight.? Sakhi continued. Drannigan came up behind Sakhi. ?We?ll get our much needed training when we go to Primary Village.? He opened his hand and revealed black spores. ?These should get those babies into higher level target practices.? Sakhi grinned. This was a great opportunity. ?Say, how did you know that Wormmon?s tamer?? Drannigan grimaced. ?Long story.? He said. ?She used to hang out with us?.and then we separated. Mina, Ryouka and Wizardmon went to Chase while Pixiemon and Puppetmon directed the Reptilian procession. The Guilmon was breathing irregularly and her bright red body began to buzz with static. Ryouka looked on sadly. He laid his arm on her flank and tried to sooth her pain. Wizardmon rubbed his hands together and laid them on Chase. A soft green light began to spread from his hands to her body. The static stopped as particles of data began to regroup. Ryouka?s face lit up hopefully. This could actually work. ?Now.? Wizardmon?s voice came through. ?Ryouka please try and capture some of the life source light in your digivice.? Ryouka nodded and held his digivice to the glowing crystal. A mini aurora erupted from the shard and began to travel in a steady stream into Ryouka?s digivice. The device glowed with the likeness of a rainbow. ?Concentrate the power into Chase.? Said Wizardmon. ?You must become one with her. Feel her pain and power and try to rejuvenate her.? Ryouka closed his eyes tightly. He thought of nothing but Chase?s survival?her struggle to remain with him. Mina looked on as the aurora joined Wizardmon?s green light. This was more than the power of the life source. Wizardmon shook his head. ?That was only part of the lifesource. It couldn?t do too much. Chase is now a little better than an invalid, but it should take some time for her to completely heal.? Mina nodded and went to Ryouka. ?I suppose we will be leaving now.?

?Yes, I ment for the Water Domain to be my next stop.? Said Mina. ?By the way, look at this.? Mina motioned to Pixiemon. He came and opened the bag. Ryouka peered into the glowing light. He was about to put his hand in before Wizardmon stopped him. ?I wouldn?t if I were human.? He said. ?The lifesource light is fatal.? Pixiemon rolled the shard out of its bag so the humans could get a better look. ?It?s beautiful.? Said Ryuoka. ?This was in your domain?? ?Yes.? Confirmed Mina. ?Sorcerimon said there were more?and I was wondering if there were any in your domain or those of any other Masters.? Ryouka frowned. ?I?ve seen the effecs of these lifesources.? He said, waving his hand around. The charred remains painted a grim picture of the earlier battle. ?Oh dear.? Said Wizardmon. ?The Digi-Mage is certainly corrupt.? ?That?s too good a word.? Shadow leaped out of the way. Bits of sticky thread still glued her claws together. Below her, BlackGuilmon fell heavily, growling and spitting flame at his bonds. Pull?one hand free! ?Black Hail!? Shadow launched a small attack with her free hands. Black shards struck Wormmon and sent him rolling. ?Now for the other bug!? Shadow set her sights on Tentomon as she disappeared into her dimension pocket. BlackGuilmon, by this time, had incinerated his bonds and stood up, his eyes and angry red. He soon locked in battle with Elechmon. With a shimmer in the air, Shadow appeared next to Tentomon. The rookie threw a bolt of electricity at the fox digimon in a moment of panic. It struck Shadow?s eye. She winced softly, but then returned to fight. The sticky thread still bound her other hand, preventing her from launching an optimal attack. Instead she switched to a physical fight. Her tail swiped wildly, catching Tentomon on his face. Before the rookie could recover, Shadow came in with a claw attack.

OOC: I guess we could swipe card.That'll be more interesting...but this is Zach's decision. ******* The dark digimon lined up. Shadow was still muttering about inefficiency. "We'll just try." said Sakhi. "We need the training anyway." "Sure.." Shadow agreed a bit reluctantly. She came forward to open attack. "Black Diamond Hail!" dark shards raced forward to Tentomon. The insect digimon turned his back and the crystals struck his armored wingcases. The rookie winced from pain, but was not really hurt. "Super Shocker!" a jagged bolt of lightning zipped toward the fox digimon. ShadowRenamon countered with a defense stance. Sakhi looked at her digimon. Shadow was truly a marvel. "Careful of the Wormmon." said Sakhi. "He could leave you all tied up." Shadow nodded as the others' digimon came forward to reinforce.

?Are you sure we shouldn?t wait for ToyAgumon?? asked Pixiemon. ?Before we go on an aimless journey?? ?We?re going to meet the other Masters.? Said Mina. ?That is not aimless.? Mina and her group were planning on how to go about to the other Master?s domain. They had decided the Reptilian Domain was closest, so that was their first stop. ?Also, there are disturbances concerning that area. I?m hoping Ryouka can explain.? Said Mina. ?After that we can go to the water domain.? ?Take this.? Sorcerimon handed Pixiemon a brown, ordinary looking bag. Inside of it came soft glow. ?What is it?? asked Pixiemon, peering inside. Sorcerimon immediately closed the bag. ?It is a piece of the lifesource. It may come in handy and also can be used as a sample to show the others.? ?The light is harmful to you, Mina.? Said Wizardmon. ?So me and Pixiemon will have to carry it. As we go on, we can explore more of its properties.? Mina nodded her head. Sorcerimon drew his staff. ?I will transport you to the edge of the Reptilian Domain. You will go in from there.? A foggy mist erupted from the staff, enveloping the group. And they were whisked away. ****** It was a foresty and desert area. ?The Reptile land.? Said Mina. ?Certainly warmer.? ?Let?s go in.? Pixiemon whirled the bag around, fluttering in the air. ?Maybe we should ask permission or something.? Said Wizardmon. ?I mean,look.? The land was not too pretty. There was a charred odor in the air and black smoke drifted from far away. And there was no one about. The very word hanging in the air was Apocalypse. ?I have to get some answers.? Said Mina.

Shadow slid out first, her dark color and lithe size working to perfection. She spied Leigh and Wormmon looking for a direction to go in. The two others accompanying Leigh must have spotted something for they were looking around in the shadows. "Get out." she mouthed to David. "Hide." Her teammates acknowledged her instructions and sunk deeper into the darkness. Meanwhile... "Wormmon, what is it?" Leigh's digimon was alert and was already sniffing the damp underground air. "I think someone's here." said Wormmon, frowning. Shadow froze. "Damn.." she thought. Insect digimon worked best underground. This certainly was a disadvantageous location. "We should leave." said Sakhi, sensing Shadow's discomfort. "Too late." said David. "There'll be others even if we lose this battle." "Fine." said Sakhi. "If we're only eliminating the digimon." "I tell you there is someone." Leon was telling Zach. "You heard Wormmon." "Hush." Leigh worked with Wormmon to find the Goths. "Now." said David. And the Goths stepped out.

Sakhi flew into the digital world in a blinding whirl of light. She soon found herself in a arid desert area with a warm wind whirling around. Digital tumbleweed rolled and disappeared. Her clothes had been trnsformed to fit the colors of her digital self. She now wore a lot of purple and gold. David,Drannigan and Rokas also landes next to her. Sakhi turned to a shimmer in the air. A lithe and beautiful fox digimon glided slowly out of a self made portal. "Greetings, Miss Sakhiren." said the digimon in a silky voice. "Shadow." Sakhi acknowledged her digimon, ShadowRenamon. "The others are on their way." said Shadow. "Till then, I must report of some other humans besides yourself that have entered our world."

The first part of the journey wasn't too bad, but as they climbed the mountains, the snows came down more frequently. "Come on." said Wizardmon. "We'd better keep walking before the storm gets started." "St..storm?" asked Pixiemon. He sounded stuffed up, but that may have only been due to sheer fatigue and irritation. ?Looks like it anyway.? Answered Wizardmon, walking briskly. Mina walked on beside them thoughtfully. ?What could Sorcerimon have found?? she asked Wizardmon. ?He wouldn?t tell.? Replied the digimon. ?But I do hope it?s something of digital science. It was radiating a golden light like fire?.., but wasn?t he traveling in a blizzard minutes before? Was this Heaven? Pixiemon bolted up. The bright orange color flashed before him, making his head spin. ?Where am I?? Minaaa?? The orange grew milder until it was only a pale yellow screen. Figures were conferring beyond the screen. One of them jumped up and came forward. A flash of purple made Pixiemon dizzy again. ?You alright?? asked a voice, unmistakably Mina?s. ?Too much purple.? Said Pixiemon. Mina grinned. ?You?re fine enough. Looks like Sorcerimon?s little remedy worked.?

He said as he opened the message. ?My brother has discovered something in the northern mountains, what is it, he wouldn?t tell.? ?Must be important.? Piedmon scanned the scroll. ?Looks like you?ll be going on the road, Mina. Pixiemon, you shall accompany.? Pixiemon groaned and shivered. ?To the northern mountains?
