Hi all. This is quite a stupid question, but then I am sorta completely new to the card game. :( Ok..suppose your Man eater bug or any other effect card is attacked by a stronger monster, and you apply the effect, then what? Is the card destroyed or do you keep it on the field?

Salamon growled at the new threat. The group could see an enormous shape lingering in the shadows. Horny appendages protruded menacingly from its back. Ivory teeth were bared in a terrifying growl. "Tuskmon!" said Salamon. "This dinosaur digimon is a terror to behold with his horns and teeth." Mia groaned. "This early?" Tuskmon roared, its eyes glinting malevolently. "Horn Buster!" he roared and charged with his horns flashing. "Scatter!" yelled Salamon. "Digivolve..and all that stuff." "What the heck are you going to do?" asked Mia in the midst of all the confusion. "Fight!" said Salamon. "Petite Cruncher!" The puppy digimon launched her tiny body against Tuskmon's massive bulk. She fell back, her attack doing no damage. Mia grabbed Salamon from behind. "No time to be a hero." she said. "Leave this to the bigger digimon." She rushed her digimon away as the others took her place. Salamon and Mia breathed easy once away from the fight. Salamon pouted. "You forgot again!" she said with childish indignance. "What?" asked Mia, out of breath. "The egg!" said Salamon pulling out Mia's digivice. "Yeah.."The enamel on the device glowed bright pink as a powerful object emerged. "Here i go!" said Salamon. "Armor Digivolve to....Maildramon!" With that she became a gryphonic android, coated in glowing armor.

OOC: The other atk would be Fox Tail Inferno. But if you're using DarkRenamon, why don't you use Yokoumon? ********* Greymon was still feeling the effects of the Horn of Harmony. The fight seemed to have gone out of him. Anemomon grinned with an advantage. "Horn of Vengence!" This time a lightning bolt erupted from his horn, bringing with it all the fury of nature. Greymon roared terribly as the pain coursed through each part of his body. Data took his place soon after Anemomon attacked. ******** DarkKyubimon grinned. "Well done!" "Thanks." Anemomon shrank back to Foamon. He turned to Miki. "Kimiyozomon's henchmen have crossed over too." he said seriously. "We can't put your world in danger, so we must go to the Digital World."

At first, MaloMyotismon took Velgmon with caution, but then in realization of his own powers, stopped. He sneered at the dark spirit. "You really think you can stand against me?" he asked. "Even at Velgmon, you are as powerful as my former evolution. A mere ultimate." "But still I've never seen an Ultimate use an attack as strong as Dark Obliteration." said Doumon. "David is not normal." "Pardon?" said Zephyrmon. "When we were uncorrupted," explained Doumon. "Even though i was a dark type, I could still wound Devimon and Myotismon..because my strength was pure." "So David will be helping MM?" asked Sakhi. Doumon shook her head. "David is turning his darkness into strength as we speak. Even if all his darkness becomes strength, he wont defeat MaloMyotismon's mega power." "What do we do then?" asked Zephyrmon, her long claws flexing. "Our energy is light already." said Doumon. "If we can somehow transfer our energy to Velgmon, we might defeat MaloMyotismon and The Chaos Masters." Zephyrmon and Sakhi lokked at each other. "I'm ready." said Zepyrmon. ******

OOC: My digivice is dark pink. ***** David worked on cracking his code, Salamon wandered off to Josh and his digimon. She bounced on Pegasusmon's winged back as Mia went on trying to get her off and apologizing to Josh at the same time. But then, Josh nor Pegasusmon seemed to mind. "Have fun." said Salamon happily. "We're in the Digital World." "Sure." said Mia. "As soon as we figure out what's wrong with it." Salamon gave up. "There were two more tamers." Josh said to David who nodded. "Mmm-Hmm." David made his final adjustments to his program. "I think we're ready to go in." "Great." said Mia. "Sooner we save this world, the better."

Lilith came down to the restraunt. She didn't feel to well with the prospect of having to leave he next day. The hotel was a comfort she had not felt for a long time and these people seemed nice enough. As she came down, Yuri was just hurrying a tea cup to someone. She smiled when she saw Lilith. "Hey, how are you?" "Oh, better than usual." was Lilith's reply. "Although I want to ask you something...Yuri,right? Yuri nodded as she set the cup in front of a person. "Ask away then." Lilith fumbled not knowing where to start. "Well..I was on this ship," she began. "And this person was talking about some strange occurances." Yuri looked up curiously. "Strange...?" Lilith nodded. "What I want to know is...do you know anything about the portals that people seem to be talking about?"

As Mia watched David work on, Salamon sniffed urgently. She gave a low growl and sniffed somemore. "Anything wrong?" asked Mia. "I donno." said Salamon. "Smells funny though." Mia looked around the area. Nothing much but grass and trees. "What does it smell like?" asked Mia. "And don't tell me it's...." "FOOD!" Salamon giggled and rushed off in the direction of a clump of trees. ".....food." Mia finished. She shook her head and went after her best friend. But as Mia and Salamon raced off, a creature watched from behind, waiting for this perfect chance.

OOC: I'll use a D-3....to hold my digieggs. ***** Salamon jumped up and down. "I'm going back home...back home." she sang as she bounced. "Don't know how you can be so happy." said Mia. "It's in terrible danger." Salamon grinned. "And I get to save it." Mia smiled back. "Of course." she said. "Are we going,David?" David nodded, clicking rapidly on his computer. "Hold out your digivices, we should be there soon." ********* "Ahhhh!" "Ouch!" The group fell on a hard surface upon entering the world. It was nothing surprising, but was often unpleasent. "That was harsh." Salamon groaned. "I got mud in my collar." "Everyone has their own problems,Sal." said Mia. "Calm down." While the others stood up, Mia turned to David. "Well?" "I'm working on it." said David. "We should find some info place soon."

Also on side note, I really liked it because of the monsters. They aren't all cutsey and lovey like some Pokemon(no offense). And I love the way they come up on the simulators. ^-^ Yeah..I'm easily amused.

OOC: In my previous post, notice Doumon said that the chaos was stopped by ?an enchantress,2 warriors and a beast?. I was reffering to the megas of our digimon, Kuzuhamon,BlackWarGreymon, Imperialdramon? and Grandkuwagamon. Felt like I had to clear that up. ********** Sakhi watched the battle, distressed. Even Myotismon and Devimon were against them, although they were ignoring her and Doumon for now. GrandKuwagamon took Leigh?s place as she temporarily left the battle. He and Myotismon were evenly matched for now. ?Shouldn?t we do something?? asked Sakhi. Doumon produced a reed brush from within her voluminous sleeves. ?I could distract them,? she said. ?For a while and the others can rejuvenate.? ?You sure?? asked Sakhi. ?You as a dark digimon would only help them. They?ll simply absorb the darkness.? ?I don?t think so.? Said Doumon, smiling slowly. ?Don?t you see? We aren?t part of the darkness anymore, we can take them.? ?Well then,? said Sakhi with realization. She smiled mischeviously. ?Let?s do it.? Doumon raised her sleeves high. ?Thousand Curses!? Hundreds of spell parchments flew in a steady stream toward Myotismon and Devimon. The aggravated digimon turned their fury on the enchantress. ?Touch of Evil!? hissed Devimon. He countered the parchmenst with a dark wind, but a champion being inferior to Doumon?s power, his counter was of no avail. ?Crimson Lightning!? a jagged bolt of red lightning struck Doumon?s back. In a moment of panic, the Ultimate directed a parchment at Myotismon. The demon digimon hissed in agony as the spells burned into him. ?Oh dear.? Said Sakhi. ?I?m thinking we need help.?

Solo, I know I put Monster reborn as Faith's ability, but can she also use her own effect?

But remember, Yami Bakura tells Tristan that Bakura betrayed him. And Bakura isn't too crazy about the spirit either.

"Hurry!" Salamon sat on a tree branch waiting for Mia to catch up. Mia herself was breathless from a long run, but her digimon being superior in matters of endurance took to waiting at intervals. "Coming." called Mia. "There's David's place." Salamon landed on the ground, floppy ears bouncing excitedly. Together girl and digimon went to David's front door. ******* "Hi all!" Salamon greeted everyone in her 'cute' voice. Mia followed suit. "So, what's wrong?" she asked David.

Said Sakhi. ?What?? asked Yami. ?What?s gonna happen now?? ?The dark legendary digimon are going to be released.? Said Sakhi. ?If I know David, he?ll try to control them.? ?Dark legedary digimon?? asked Leigh, working quickly on her laptop to fathom the problem. ?Need more info.? Sakhi went on to explain. ?David said that four digimon,Diaboromon,Apocalymon, Daemon and Armageddemon, the masters of chaos, were to be released from their prison dimensions.? ?He plans to control those digimon?? asked Leigh. ?Did he really think...?? ?I don?t think they are back to be controlled.? Doumon finally. ?They are unimaginably strong, they once wanted to plunge the world into chaos and re create it for as they liked it.? ?Well, who stopped them?? asked Yami. ?There were certain digimon.? The door behind her hissed open. A dark figure stood in the doorway ominously. Dark appendages flared out from either side and his face a white mask. ?Devimon.? ?Here, we bought as much as we could.? said Sorcerimon. ?Without damaging it.? He dropped a shard of lifesource to the ground, where it pulsed red due to the danger. And almost every other digimon dropped its piece among the others until it became a reasonable pile. ?Thank you!? Mina said breathlessly. ?You have no idea how much you saved this battle.? Sorcerimon winked. ?I have some sort of idea.? A Yasyamon came up. ?Raijinmon seems to be giving up.? She said. ?Giving up?? asked Mina. Yasyamon nodded. ?My platoon isn?t having as much difficulty forcing him back. Even without the help of the warriors and reptiles.? The pile of lifesource glowed brillinatly, bits of light erupting from it. ?Keep going.? Said Mina. ?We?ll win this, I?m sure.? Yasyamon nodded and went back to fight. The lifesource was throwing light into the midst of the fighting digimon. Few were recovering lost body parts, some were even digivolving. ?At least, it?s doing something.? Said Mina. Wizardmon came up just then. ?Look!? he pointed toward a vertical light on the horizon. Ryouka and the reptiles saw it too. They momentarily stopped battle and gazed across. Raijinmon growled as he saw it, he sensed his sister. Batting aside digimon, he stomped off toward the light. ?What was that?? asked Ryouka, climbing down Chase. ?He just saw it and left.? Mina too stared, uncomprehendingly. ?Wizardmon....explain?? she asked. ?I too don?t know.? He said. Behind him, Sorcerimon and Yasyamon glowed. Both of them leeched the light from the lifesource and its strength coursed through them. Two different digimon stood in their places after: Shakkoumon(Sorceri) and LadyDevimon(Yasya). ?He?s gone.? Said Ryouka. ?Why did they digivolve now?? ?Something bigger might be coming.? Said Wizardmon ominously. ***** OOC: Gotenks, if this isn't ok for you, tell me. I'll edit.

She was nearly dry now. Lilith snickered when she remembered how she had gotten to this shore. A quick minute in ripping down the gown and back into a shirt and pants. Then jump off the ship and swim ashore. Those ladies and gentlemen at the ship would have been horrified. Lilith laughed again. She looked at her surroundings. It was a town of some sort with everything. A meal would have been great by now. Lilith spotted a restraunt. Looked great, now time for a meal. Hoping she looked dry enough not to attract attention, she walked in.

GrandKuwagamon buzzed above a barren landscape before alighting near an electronic dome.Thr steely dome glinted in the sun and the wires and other its aother additions hummed in a buzzy monotone. "This is it." said Sakhi as Doumon slowly put her down. "The Omega Project or at least part of it,takes place here." Leigh and Yami looked over the place as Salamandemon explored with his senses. Towers and giant antennae stood in various places, doing transmissions and other jobs. Digimon were to be seen working on the apparatus. "The task force?" asked Yami. Sakhi shrugged. "The dark spore programms them to work efficiently." She went on walking while Leigh stared at her. She couldn't be so uncaring, perhaps the darkness in her didn't completely leave. "So their basically like living robots." said Yami. Sakhi half nodded. "The spore just gives them more endurance than normal." The working digimon were staring at the kids as they passed. It seemed only Sakhi's presence kept them from jumping on the visitors. A glass door hissed open. Inside was more machinery and digimon. "This would be a dream come true for any computer lover." said Leigh. "I it wasn't so...unpleasent." "Dream come true for David." said Sakhi. The group entered. GrandKuwagamon fell a bit behind due to his size. Sakhi pointed to and explained various things almost like a tour guide. Finally they were at a control room. "Either Devimon or Myotismon should be here." said Sakhi. "I think it'll be best if I still acted corrupted."

Lilith still wandered the ship. It was beginning to get irritating, especially with all the chifon and lace gowns. When she first came on to the ship, she tried her best to fit in. Her animal skin outfits just didn't work, so a few stolen gowns kept her on without suspicion. That and a ton of face powder to conceal her tanned skin. "Greetings,dear." said a well dressed man politely as he passed. Lilith simply smiled and waited for him to pass on. The man still stood there, waiting for a return greeting. Lilith blinked and then, "Good afternoon." she said in a sikly voice. The man smiled and relaxed, but as he did, Lilith softly swore. She didn't plan on having a stupid conversation with some count or whatever he was. "Well," the man was saying. "Beautiful day, isn't it?" "Sure." said Lilith through gritted teeth. "We must enjoy these while we can." the man continued. "What with those power hungry creatures in the Hollow Dimensions and all." Lilith's eyes snapped open. "Portals?" she asked, barely keeping the excitment out of her voice. "Yes." the man said airily. "The army is trying to stop the creatures from what I've heard. They seem to come from a whole another world." Lilith grinned. This was exactly what she wanted, an adventure. "Excuse me." she said and much to the man's surprise, she hurried off running in a gown.

Leaving Shado staring wide eyed, Foamon smiled and turned. Miki's digivice blazed with a beautiful light, which welcomed Foamon. "Foamon digivolve to.....Anemonmon!" A golden masked horse neighed shrilly, to the teachers' and students' amazement. The evolved Greymon glared coldly. "Nova Blast!" Anemomon escaped the fiery blast on swift winged hooves. He was deadly fast even if he didn't fly. "Let this pacify you." neighed Anemomon. "Horn of Harmony!" From a short horn on his head, Anemonmon shot a ray of pure light. The light wrapped Greymon in an inescapeable bond. Suddenly the dinosaur wasn't so fiery anymore. Anemomon looked up. "Anyone wanna take him or should I?"

Sakhi frowned. This wasn't how it was supposed to go. Why the heck couldn't David wait before he rushed in? He must really want to get rid of Leigh. "Shadow." she said. Shadow nodded. Bathed in dark light, she became Yokoumon. Velgmon's and GrandKuagamon's fury still towered over her. "Not enough." said Sakhi. "We need more power." "You really don't want to stop these two, do you?" asked Yokoumon. "This is what David wanted all along." Sakhi shook her head. "Remember what Leigh said. Something corrupted David. That is what we should have been fighting against from the start." Yokoumon stared. "Then are you not what you should be?" "I don't know." said Sakhi. "But I know that we goths aren't as powerful as we think we are. Whatever is possessing us is making us do it's dirty work: the Omega Project, the Dark Spores....we too are just slaves." "Impossible!" growled Yokoumon. "But if you are right, we can't let these two destroy eachother." Sakhi nodded. Girl and Digimon's eyes met. Sakhi delved deep into Yokoumon's amber eyes. She appeared to be in a honey colored portal, there she could sense Yokoumon's true uncorrupted spirit, her dreams, loyalty. A thought simultaneously entered both their minds. It was time. The hazy symbol in Sakhi's digivice brightened into a YinYang mark. Yokoumon herself was lifted into the air by pure power. "Yokoumon Matrix Digivolve to.....Doumon!" Between Velgmon and Grandkuagamon appeared a beautiful foxy enchantress, clothed in dark purple robes which flowed gracefully about her. ******** OOC: I hope that wasn't too controlling. I just had a great inspiration, but I will edit if needed. I'm not trying to be somekind of saviour or anything, but I'm the only one there.
